Holla at my boys Jerry in sales and David in finance. Really worked hard to make going from a Renegade to a Tundra happen. Great water service and just hands down they listen. No pressure to get into something we couldnt afford. Helped us get what we wanted for the price. Why wouldnt you want service like that? Like come on HANDS DOWN the right people at the right place. I brought my car in for an oil and tires battery change, my appointment was at 3pm and they said it will be done in about an hour so I fell asleep in the lobby for an hour. The receptionist then told me to leave because they haven’t done anything yet. I came back at 6:28pm and there were people still inside but they said they were closed and told me to come back the next day. Okay I went back the next day at 4pm and paid $93 only to find my car was unlocked and everything inside including cash, coins, AirPods, 2 microphones and other stuff were gone. Also the tires light was still on and there was no reminder sticker either. I waited 1.5 hour to speak to the manager to find out who did my services but no one there had any idea as if they didn’t want to take responsibility for it. Please stay away from this place!!!

I needed a 30,000 mile oil change for my 2018 Tacoma prior to a trip to Montana. All appointments were filled until after my return. I left the truck and said if they had time, go ahead, if not no problem. They went above and beyond expectations and were able to complete the work and allow me time to pack and be ready for my trip. I wont go to any other Toyota service but Titus Will. Many thanks

I took my camry in for a diagnostic due to a check engine turned on. I didnt receive the full diagnostic report besides what what I had told them what my concerns were. Long story short ended up paying close to $300. I drove my vehicle around and I kept hearing weird noises coming from the engine. Three weeks later I decided to check my oil and the dip stick was completely dry so I had to pour 3+ quarts of new oil into my engine. I do not recommend this place at all. Paid quite a bit of money to drive off with no oil in my ingine. And no, I check all my fluids regularly and do my own oil changes so I know whats goes into my engine. I do not recommend this place at all unless you like to throw your money away.

Good golly miss molly is Shanel amazing! She was so informative and made my experience the best I’ve ever had! I’ve heard from a reliable source she has a desk that smells of rich mahogany and has many leather bound books! 10/10 would recommend that you see her!! Not to mention ever time I call Nicole and Hailey are the sweetest and are so helpful! Keep up the great work dream team!

Terrible experience! They mistakenly charge me for other customer’s service, took them 15 minutes to find my keys and realize their mistake in the wrong charges. They handed me the car keys back without even apologizing for their mistake. They didn’t even show me where my car was parked until I asked. Maintenance light was not reset, no reminder sticker was placed. Will not be coming back.

Ive always had a quick and friendly experience here. Ive always had constant contact with someone if my vehicle is taking longer than expected. They do the service and recommend fixes afterwards, but do not force you into getting a service. They let you decide as the owner.

I went it for a issue and Nick did an awesome job at figuring out what it was. He helped me out with a loaner car while it took a few days to get mine fixed and I’m pretty sure he fixed a windshield wiper for me as well and didn’t charge me for it. My only complaint was the lack of communication (said my car would be done the next day but didn’t get a call that day) but again because he set me up with a loaner, it wasn’t a massive deal. Would definitely go back!

Been a very loyal customer for 6 years and do all the maintenance religiously but they are starting to care less about the quality of the service. You spent over $690 bucks but your engine light will come back on and they will put water in your wiper fluid.

I wish I had read these reviews before making an appointment! The service here was SO disappointing. This is my first negative online review ever. My 17 year old son took our truck in with a couple of stated concerns. I called when he arrived to let them know how I could be reached with updates and estimates. The service rep told my son they would check in with him after an hour of diagnostics. They never contacted me or communicated with him for 3 1/2 hours. Even then, I had to call several times to get an update. There was no explanation for the lack of communication or information about when or how the issues might be fixed. After a whole afternoon of being ignored in the waiting room, my kid finally drove away at 6:30 pm with engine light still on, some rodent damage and brakes that still needed to be replaced. They took an entire afternoon and into the evening to perform an oil change and rotate the tires. I have been going to Toyota service departments for 18 years. This service by Bailey at Toyota of Tacoma is the worst I have experienced. A little communication and respect would have gone a long way regardless of whether they were actually able to fix the vehicle or not. Stay away if you value your time. Ugh.

Poor communication and service. Simply put amateurs. They don’t know what they’re doing. It took four visits and over three weeks without our car to replace a piece of molding on the exterior of the backside passenger door. With empty promises and missed deadlines one after another. Just wow!

Took truck in for an oil change. The rep Nick was really cool. Oil change took almost 2.5 hours. Didnt get a reminder sticker on my windshield. Makes me wonder if they even changed the oil.Really concerning to see that they allowed a person to be in the building without a mask. Not one employee confronted him as he walked closely to other patrons at the check in desks, waiting area, and retail shop. Maybe if that jerk stayed still in one spot, it wouldnt be so alarming. You can clearly see he attempted be around as many people as possible. Hope he didnt have the Rona.

I made an appointment (8 am) for an oil change and showed up 15 minutes early. It took them almost 2 hours to complete the oil change. I did not get out of the service area until 9:50 am.

Would not recommend.Took twice as long as promised, partly because they didn’t have correct oil (which they only admitted after installing incorrect part and driving out of garage) for an oil change...simple enough.Not even the courtesy of replacing the oil change reminder sticker on windshield (still had old one on there).Service techs talk salty in public- things probably better talked about behind closed doors.

I will go out of my way to visit this Toyota location. The staff members are friendly and thoughtful, professional and timely. I know its the same owners as Puyallup, but this location has much better management, both on the sales side and the service side.

We bought a used car from Toyota of Tacoma exactly one month ago today. Kyle was very attentive to our wants/needs at the time and found us our dream car. Tony made the paperwork and trade-in process seemless. They were very friendly, helpful, professional, and attentive throughout.Yesterday, our new-to-us car suddenly wouldnt start. A bit of worry, some phone calls, and a new battery later, Tony, J.R., Roland, and Shaun helped us square things away. We felt heard and taken care of. All my concerns were laid to rest. Definitely happy to continue our buisness with Toyota of Tacoma!

Wasted my entire afternoon here while I left with more problems than I came in with. Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. They’re nice people, but there’s a lot of standing around doing nothing while people are waiting for hours for their cars. I would know because I spent my whole afternoon watching while my card was allegedly being worked on.

Took my Tacoma in for 5000 mile service and told them that the front driver side tire had a piece of metal in the tire and was leaking that needed to be patched. Service guy told me it was taken care of, 3 hrs later the tire was low. I don’t recommend this place they straight up lie to your face.

Just got my Spark Plugs changed here. Looked up the cost of factory OEM Denso spark plugs for my vehicle - they charged me 9 dollars over MSRP per plug. Coupled with the fact that a 2 hour job took them 5 hours to complete despite me coming in on time for my appointment. To add insult to injury it took a hour to get a hold of them to get a ride back to pick up my Truck and then they lost my keys for awhile. Altogether what should have been a simple job took 6+ hours from drop off to pick up. Once my service contract is done here I’m never coming back. Don’t come here; can’t recommend them at all.

I scheduled my service appointment four days in advanced, and arrived 15 min prior to my appointment. It was my first time at this particular dealership service department, and it was quite confusing to say the least, where I was supposed to park my vehicle. After finding a open spot, I go inside and have 0 people greet me or ask if I need help, and found my way to the front desk where a kind receptionist let me know that I need to bring my car back to the front of the garages, leave it there, and someone will come out to me to get me checked in. Lets just jump to the point, no one came. I stood there for 8 min, yes I timed it, went back inside, and was told to go back to my car and wait. Yet again, no one came. At this point, several employees saw me standing there, and I clearly look confused, and did nothing. Claps to you.So I decide to go into the garage, and found a desk and got checked in. Firstly, my jaw literally hit the floor when I was presented with a 82$ price tag for a tire rotation and oil change. Perhaps I am naive about the service that was going to be preformed, as I have been the owner of a Nissan Rogue for 8 years and have never paid close to 82$ at a dealership for service, for those services. However, I begrudgingly signed my name and agreed to the 82$ price tag. This is also due to the fact that I now drive a hybrid, and wanted to make sure I was getting serviced correctly for my new vehicle, so I chose to go to a dealership.An hour goes by, my car is finished. I walk up to the desk to check out, what was my total? Was it the 82$ I was told it was supposed to be? No no. It was now 95$. Do not start by telling me its 95$ now and expect me just pay that after I stop you and ask why was I told it was 82$ and I signed for the work to be done, and now its 95$. If it truly is labor cost, then why was the woman in the garage who checked me in, not able to calculate labor cost. Really? Thats absolutely ridiculous. Either was, let me say it again, ridiculous. And dont say tax either. The checkin process should tell me the upfront cost. Period. Especially on a standard service.After inserting my card, I was told it wasnt working and to try again. So I do, and now its declined. So im asked to try again. Before attempting a 3rd time, I am glad I checked my bank account to find that it was processing. If I hadnt have done that, I would have been double charged.All in all, dont recommend. Its also quite humorous that after this lovely experience, I spoke with many toyota owners in my friends and family circle, and they all agreed that this location is absolutely terrible and they never go here. Which I wish they would have told me beforehand, and would have saved me 95$ and wasted time and breathe.Oh, I almost forgot to mention I did not receive a sticker in my vehicle to let me know when I need a new oil change. Just wanted to add that little cherry on top.

Great place to bring your vehicles for service, friendly people who take their time because they do it right the first time and theres no price you can put on that. Shuttle provided free of charge should you want to go about your day. The team is prompt and polite keeping you worry free and well informed.

Dropped truck off at 615pm for a 630 appointment. No one was helpful with process or giving information. Waited 2 hours and my truck still hadnt been looked at or because it was never checked in. Waisted 2 hours waiting only to not get truck serviced or even looked at. They claimed vehicle wasnt checked in, but they had the keys and the floor mat papers were placed in the vehicle. Waste of time employees are not helpful.

They werent able to do what I wanted, but only as Toyota didnt make the particular part for my model and year, but they provided a list of places that Can do it, with an After-Market part.Plus, they didnt charge me Anything for what they DID do!Which wasnt much, and not what Id come in for, so That is Greatly Appreciated!!

In December on 2019 I paid to have my air filters replaced, then began teleworking very early in 2020 and did close to no driving at all for the entire year of 2020. I recently went in to get my oil changed and was told the same air filters I replaced in December of 2019 were almost due for replacing again. I find hard to believe. I no longer believe they replaced my filters in 2019, next time (if there even is a next time) Im going to ask to see any and all parts they claim to replace.
