From Ohio, on vacation road trip. They got me in next day. Looked the car over after a 2600 mile drive. Informed me about a slight transmission seal leak. And let me know about my check engine light. Very professional. No hard sale. These guys are great

Dave and John took care of me with some of the best customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. I was mildly screwed over by another shop and on my way home I called Eagle. I asked for a price quote on some tires for my car. I didnt need the best, but I didnt want cheap. They set me up with a damn good quote mount and balanced. I asked if they could possibly get me in for an alignment and tire mount THAT DAY. Without skipping a beat they said they could and I was there within 20 minutes. dropped my car off and went and picked it up a couple hours later. My car feels like its new again! Thank you guys so much for getting my car safe and sound for me to drive. You guys are the best!

I don’t usually leave reviews but these folks knocked it out of the park! I accidentally left my wheel on the side of the road and Todd offered to go find it for me, so that it could be used with my new tires! Who else would do that?? My usual experience as a female is to be charged and taken advantage of, but not here! They were so nice and kind, even taking the time to get to know me. I will for sure be returning to Eagle Tire and Automotive! Let’s keep these folks in business forever!

The service at Eagle Tire & Automotive has always been exceptional! I have been going here for around a decade, prior to them moving to the location they are at now. My mother has been going to them longer, along with my brother and his vehicle. The people that work there know what they are doing, and do not up-sell/over-sell items or services. If you are looking for an auto repair shop with individuals that actually care, and are not trying to break your bank, than have your vehicle serviced at Eagle Tire & Automotive. A big kudos to Tod and the crew!

Backed into a tree in my VW putting my alignment out of wack. They got it back in alignment and cleaned up the wood. The alignment is now perfect and no complaints. Thanks!🙂

Didnt have the tire size I needed but ordered one for me. They called me about 2 hours later to let me know that they went to the warehouse and got the tire I needed and got it done. Quick service and went above my expectations. Definitely recommend for any tire issues.

I have been to several dealership service centers before and never left satisfied due to low quality service and communications between them and myself. (Kia dealer in puyallup and ram dealer in puyallup/tacoma.)This is an awesome place to get your vehicle serviced! Took my ram and kia here and they did great! Although they couldnt service my ram due to a complicated transmission transfer adaper needed. Even the dealership cant do it. I still recommend this place 10x over the dealership!! I will never go back to any dealership for service again! Ill be back when I need service again! 😄

NOTE: Below the business responds with No record but they certainly worked on my car and have responded with me relative to complaints Ive lodged: Dishonest.I brought my car in for new tires and it went very poorly...2 years of ownership: no issues.I got new tires put on at Eagle and a couple days later I had a broken wheel and a flat tire...It was the same car on Wednesday as it was on Monday, except for Eagle Tire work on Tuesday. I cannot prove it, but I feel pretty confident in saying my tires werent installed correctly and that made my wheels susceptible to damage. They did not take responsibility for anything when I brought my car back and told me that I must have hit something; I hadnt.I bought a non-matching replacement wheel (and another new tire) and went on my way.

The oil change was great but when it came to the brakes they where over charging

So this is premature, as Im going to eagle later today for the first time. Ill be having front brakes replaced and rear brakes inspected. I called this morning and talked to a gentleman named Dave and he was very polite and professional, so far, so good. Ill be back on here tonight to share my experience and rate the work performed. I sincerely hope its as good as these reviews say because Im going on a long road trip in a month or so.

I will give nothing but 5 stars to Eagle Tire!I had 4 new tires installed and a 4 wheel alignment and they got it done at a really good price!Very happy with their service and how David and Todd treat their customers.🦅

Pretty disappointed in the customer service. I needed a belt tensioner replaced and called around after having a noise diagnostic done while getting a brake change at Firestone. Eagle quoted me a cheaper price over the phone after giving the exact information on the diagnostic results I had already paid for, and I chose to bring it there as it was closer to my house. Once I dropped the car off they called me back and stated they couldnt do it for the price I had been quoted since they hadnt seen the car when they spoke to me. The guy I spoke to kept saying what do you want us to do? Do you want to just come pick up your car? In the end, the price was $50 more than I was quoted at Firestone and a complete waste of time. I gave two stars just because they did complete the job and in the 4 hour time window I needed it done. Wont be taking my car back there though.

HIGHLY ENDORSE AND RECOMMEND!!! It took just over an hour of phone calls, shopping for that rare combination of quality and value, to decide to go to Eagle. Excellent prices on a quality product and outstanding service. Bought a new set of tires for my wifes car, and had an alignment done, also. All in all, a great experience thanks to doing a little extra homework. I will definitely be a return customer!

I came in for an alignment and they charged me 200$ just to tell me that they can’t do an alignment I definitely recommend not taking your vehicle there for anything Meineke would have not charged me at all

Well priced and good customer service

I went to this place to get an oil change. I called before I went in and got a quote; after oil change the price was significantly different. The guy said it was the tax but I thought it was unreasonable and felt the man was about to get argumentative. I asked them to fill my tire at 30 psi and swap the tires. ( This is a basic service and the man said yes.) I thought it was done and when I got home I realized it was not. This is lying to the customer on two counts. I also noticed oil marks on the inside of the car. I would not recommend this place due to their lack of ethics and carelessness. You are better off paying a little extra for a better establishment.

I had called earlier today to set up an alignment and was told that they could squeeze me in. After requesting to leave work early, i showed up and they told me that they could not service my car because they were too busy. Completely wasted my time and then proceeded to act like I was the one who had misunderstood the time of the appointment. After speaking with both the tech and the manager no solutions were provided. Business hours say they are open until 5:30 but in reality they will not work past 5:00. Extremely unprofessional business with no regard to their customers time. Take your money elsewhere.Of course their response attempts to shift the blame onto me.I was told to come in at 3:45-3:50, not 3:00 as they state in the reply!

I called yesterday to ask if I can bring my car by to have a noise checked out and diagnosed and I was told it was OK to bring it by today when I went to drop the car off I was told it was a $120 for them to diagnose the noise which is not something they shared with me. I called another other shop and they were willing to diagnose for free.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle for repair. Ive been going there for years and highly recommend them.

Took my Van in to get breaks done was good for a few days till we almost crashed on I-5. Took it back only to find out THEY FORGOT SOME PARTS!!!! Important ones to The Bots that hold the breaks together.. On top of that I was charged to replace parts

I have gone to eagle tire the past 3 years after ski season to get my winter tire and wheels swapped out for my summer wheels and tires. I was not in the system today when I went back not a big deal at all. Then as I was being entered in the system I was asked for my address and did not want to give it out. I was told they could not do the work unless I gave a correct address. I took my business somewhere else

I have been a customer for over 18 years simply because I can trust them.They do excellent work and are experts. David provides excellent customer service .

I had a bolt in my tire. I went to another tire place first who said my tread was too worn to repair then continued to give me a quote of ~$325 for a new pair of rear tires that didnt match my OEM existing tires. I then went to Eagle Tire. Not only were they able to repair my tire which was not too worn, they also gave me a quote of $222 for a pair of new tires that are an exact match for my OEM tires. When I called them, the scheduled me even though I was coming in within the hour. When I got there, they were ready for me and got the tire repaired very quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with them!

From the day I discovered them at their old location these guys have been our go to place for repairs. They have never let us down, always get things done on time and on budget/estimate.They are so honesty and upfront with their customers that when I need struts all the way around on my Maxima, they gave me an estimate and then told me to go to Les Schwab because they had a better quality strut at a better price. When was the last time that happened to you?

TL;DR: They give you conflicting info and are overly aggressive. Clients here will be man-splained to until the staff feel theyve asserted their dominance. Dont use this place for tire repairs/replacements.Prepare to be man-splained and fed conflicting information about payment status! I told them that my insurance would pay them directly and that there was a stop-payment issued on the check that was sent to me, and they told me theyd call when they received payment.The next day Eagle Tire tell me everything is good and to pick up my car. Because of my partners work schedule and my lack of car, I went to pick it up the next day, driving 30mins out to get there. They then tell me that they havent received a payment and that they cant release my car! Strike #1 for making me drive out there expecting to leave with my car because they told me that I could and wasting over an hour of driving.Heres the worst part, however: the entire time Im talking to them, theyre being overly aggressive and man-splaining to me why they cant release the car. I counted how many times the phrase you cant leave with the car until weve received payment was said to me by the men there: eight times. After the first time, I acknowledged that Id talk to my insurance and get an update for them. They didnt have to bash me over the head with the same information an additional seven times! Strike #2 for terrible communication and tact.Im going to come back to this review after I get the car. Well see how terrible they are then and if they get an additional strike, and therefore an additional family-wide boycott, then.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The person working the front desk seemed utterly clueless about brakes or cars in general. When I got my car back from them there was oil stains all over. It looked like they tried to clean the spills but it just made it worse. Dont waste your time or money on this place
