This is the best auto shop around. Not only do they do fantastic work at a great price but their approach to customer service is fantastic. If you call around to other shops they will actually recommend J and J to you. Check them out and you will see why they are the best around. Loren, Connie and Jeff are amazing at keeping you updated on your repairs. Their motto is Still small enough to care and they absolutely live up to it.

This review should have been done a few years ago when I had my new Passat repaired there after having someone change lanes into the drivers side of the .vehicle. The car was repaired quickly and the workmanship cannot be complimented enough. The fit and finish was like new. Im still in awe on just how good it came out. Talk about pride in your work. Whomever did the work is an artist, in my opinion. This place may not look fancy and modern but the results are second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop.

Unfortunately I have had to use these guys more than I liked to. Same vehicle hit twice from behind. They do great work and are always prompt with the repairs. Always works directly with my insurance and never had any fuss.

They are rad! Great work, ethical and you shouldnt go anywhere else! An added bonus... they put up with our smart cars with a smile on their face. Great group of people.

They got the job done very well this is that they took forever to do it. I dont know if they were really booked because we do have a lot of potholes in our town and that can cause a ton of repair work on peoples vehicles, but it took nearly a month and a half for them to replace the roof of a car after a tree branch selling it. The car was quite drivable and theres no interior damage just a really ugly outside cosmetic issue. It felt like this job could be done within 1 week instead of the time it took them to do it. overall I would recommend this service to other peoples if overall I would recommend their service to the people. The outcome came out awesome despite the long wait.

I came here after I was in a car accident. My sister who drives a brand new BMW, had brought her car in for body repairs and was very impressed with their service so I decided to give it a try. The front end of my car was totally smashed in. They fixed it to perfection. They handled all the insurance claims and kept me informed during the process. They are very very friendly and always seem to be familiar with who you are. My insurance covered only the front end of the car and I had deep scratches on the rear passenger side that I was concerned about but had no idea if that somehow came from the accident. I expressed my concern for that area to the nice lady at the front desk. She said it wasn’t covered by insurance but would have them take a look at it. They actually took the time to buff it out and used some touch up paint free of charge! When I picked up my car it looked good as new and they went beyond the call of duty and even gave me a little container full of touch up paint in my color for any future scratches! Such nice and professional people! I hopefully won’t need them again, but if I ever do, without question I would look no further that J & J Auto Body!Kari SullivanPuyallup, Wa.

Took a dinged up work truck (Chevy) in to the guys at J&J for quoting on repair. Greg was out in a flash and gave me a very competitive quote (price was actually one of the best I had received). Not only that one of their technicians hopped out to help set the door so we could open and close it. Prior it had been stuck and was a big inconvenience. Experience definitely won our business.

This used to be my auto body shop in Tacoma but recently they have gone downhill quite severely I took my truck there after it was stolen and it came out of there with more problems than it had when I took it there I wouldnt suggest them to anyone

I just sad because after my front & rear bumper replaced the color not matching then we lets them know but the body shop doesnt want Re Do it...How come bussiness like that???????!!!!!!!
