Little like Jekyll and Hide. Maybe its good one day. Then they Spit in your soup and throw things at you.Ive had great service here, then a few days later a bi-polar employee throw things at me. I like supporting local brick and mortar but after BJs recent intemperate outrage, I will just order codes online cheaper from elsewhere.You just dont know from day to day if you will get good service and quality.

I have been working with Wesco before the bought LDI, 30 some years. Barry has always been a constant. My go to when I decide to step out of my comfort level as a Jack-of-all-trades.

Asked Wesco in Tacoma to mix paint for a 60 year old car. Cody the paint tech used a camera to get it close then added more tinting to get an exact match. We left a panel for the car to they could take there time to get it right. Very pleased with the results. Thank you Cody.

Excellent customer service

The guys working on this day were friendly and what impressed me was the fact that the gentleman who was helping me was not sure which product would be best for my particular needs so he excused himself and sought out a coworker with more knowledge than him. Now most guys would walk away and go do something else but not this guy he listened to our conversation and soaked it up and even had a couple of good questions. I would recommend coming and seeing these guys if you have a need for auto body supplies, I know I will.

I went to this store with just basic knowledge. The guy that helped me was great. He advised me and taught about the paint and ect I bought and the job was perfect. I was worried about the price and it was less than expected. Very helpfull. I dont know the name of the person that helped me but he was a you man in his 20s

I went in to purchase a face mask and the employee behind the counter would not give me a price on what I asked for and instead insisted that I purchased something that was 20 times more expensive. Its really frustrating when Im trying to buy something that they clearly have for sale and they wont even sell it to me. Needless to say I wont be going back here ever again.

After reading the poor reviews, I was sceptical. I had a good experience and they had a HUGE selection of colors available. Prices are VERY reasonable and they offer a military discount.

These guys doomed/damned themselves from the get-go! Ive been calling BOTH stores for the last 2 hours & they wont even answer the bloody phone! That is a HUGE negative for this sort of business. Sherwin Williams, here I come!

Today I came here to get a paint matched and the employee who was working the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in his attitude towards me was unwelcoming and very unprofessional. He used profanity when he addressed me. I left with out getting my paint matched and very disappointed in this company. Wesco needs to seriously consider reevaluating the employees they have working for them.

The autobody shop on Center St. closed down and I found this store on S. Tacoma Way. I work on a project car at home (57 Chevy wagon) and needed more supplies so stopped by during my lunch break. I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of supplies available and when I talked with the proprietor he was very knowledgeable and helped me select some filler. I plan on making this store my new autobody supply shop. Would very much recommend this store to others.Tom Hubbell

Was at this store a while back for some car paint the service was not too bad but they werent very helpful, main thing is the price. They charge way too much would not go back. I went to ldi paint shop in tacoma way better service and I paid 1/3 of the price for the same supplies.

The man at the front counter was very rude and disrespectful when I was trying to make a purchase. He refused to answer any of my questions and was not helpful AT ALL.
