I just moved from Michigan where we dont need a front license plate. When I changed my registration I needed to put a front license plate on my car. I asked my car dealership if they would do it for me. They told me it was important to put the holes in properly and they wouldnt do it. They immediately referred me to Precision Auto Body and Collision to do the job right. When I called, they told me it wasnt something they usually did but would be able to help me out. They didnt even make me wait, they told me to come in and they would do it right away. What great service and the nicest people in the world!!!!!!!! Would recommend them for any job, big or small, they really care about you and the work they do!!!!!!!!!!

The owner of PAB (Jessica) was so helpful in taking care of our car I cant thank her enough. First, she helped me when 5 other shops I called wouldnt. You see, I used to paint cars and I owned my own shop before so when I had a small accident with my wifes Toyota I bought a parts car and repaired all the sheet metal. Then I sanded all the parts and prepped it for paint. I could have painted it myself but its not environmentally safe to paint at home plus I wanted it done with a good air system as well as a heated spray booth. The other shops said they couldnt do it because I had prepped it but Jessica said bring it by and let her see it so I made an appointment and stopped by. She went over the job with me and I was impressed at her autobody knowledge. She then wrote me an estimate and even adjusted the amount as she knew I was paying out of pocket. I am fussy about color match, being shiny, dirt nibs, orange peel, runs, sags, etc as I have dealt with all of these things myself over the years. The car looks fantastic I am very pleased with it and can recommend PABto anyone needing autobody work. If I ever need more work done(knock on wood I dont, lol) I will take my car to PAB! These guys were super helpful. I didnt need anything really extravagant, I had some door hinge pins in my 30 year old Chevy that has started to do the famous door sag a long time ago in finally broke down and bought the pins. They were very reasonable with my time and money. Very helpful people and even pointed me in the right direction of where to go and get other things done that they dont perform

Its unfortunately rare to find a business that IS in business to satisfy the customer and will go all in to achieve that goal. Thats what my wife and I found at PAB. Jessica looked us straight in the eye and told us what she was going to do for us and if she couldnt get the it done the way we wanted it then she wasnt going to do it.I cant tell you how many times Ive left an auto service shop wondering how much of the work was done, was only part of the work done or if any work at all was done. Not at PAB! They stayed in touch with my wife throughout the entire process, both the car repair and her dealings with the insurance company. Top notch work getting my 2010 camaro back into proper OEM condition after suicidal bambi t-boned me while I was on a road trip in Utah. Yellow is a hard color to mat h and o have a sharp eye and you absolutely cannot tell. They communicated throughout the entire process and even clued me in to the shady games my insurance company was trying to play. I would not take my car anywhere else but here and for good reason. Awesome, friendly, helpful people throughout the company!

We have brought out Tahoe to PAB twice now after body damage from a car accident and a hit and run. They dealt with insurance to make sure that all the parts were factory parts and that all supplemental charges were covered by Allstate. Jess was such a pleasure. She was communicative and so helpful throughout the process. PAB did a fantastic job both times our Tahoe needed to be fixed. I highly recommend them for any/all body work needs.

I have never been in a car accident and was recently hit in my 2019 VW. I was very overwhelmed but Jessica and Erin were amazing. They were very clear about what to expect from the shop and the insurance. They gave me advice on how to deal with insurance and how they would advocate on my behalf. Once my car was deemed totaled I also received a call from the owner Phil who was extremely helpful with educating me on next steps. He even offered to 3 way call the insurance with me if I had any issues. I highly recommend Precision Auto Body and Collison.

I can not say anything negative about this shop. We brought in a 94 Honda that needed a new seat and antenna. Due to the age of the car, the parts are obsolete. Jessica went above and beyond. She found the parts within an hour. Very professional, had our car completed within 2 hours! Amazing shop. If we ever need any work completed again this will be the first place we call. Love them!!

I brought my Jeep in for body work because they are a Jeep certified clinic, Phil is a Jeeper, and Jess used to work for an auto insurance company and knows their process. While there were unanticipated delays due to shipping, they went above an beyond to make it right by me.Jess contacted the car rental place for me because THEY had me to my limit.No hassles with insurance after Jess took over....and Ive got a beautiful Jeep again.They are a great team!!

To begin, I was rear ended on the 2nd of November with what looked like repairable surface damage to my 2017 Toyota Camry. My cars trunk was unable to close down, but I was still able to start and drive it. I took it over to this shop because I saw how many great reviews they received. This was my first collision ever so I did not know how the process worked nor the little important details I needed to know in order to get the best outcome out of this situation. The folks over at PAB are knowledgeable and provided me with guidance on how to handle the situation appropriately with insurance. Unbeknownst to me, it had structural damage from where the collision took place. This ended up with my car being totaled. Thankfully, my coverage was sufficient enough to pay off the rest of my loan to Toyota. Had I taken it to a preferred shop that my insurance provided, I would not end up with the same outcome. For any of my friends and family to be in the unfortunate situation of being in a vehicle collision, this is the shop I will direct them to as I am confident in their ability to deliver the best outcome for them.

Thirty days after I bought my dream car, somebody crashed into it in Tacoma, 150 miles from home. It was...really distressing. I had taken my minivan in after being rear ended on the freeway, and Phil was so helpful in explaining everything about the vehicle and why it was considered totalled, he even went to battle with the insurance adjuster who kept insisting that the van could be fixed even though the steel frame was bent. The staff was extremely helpful on giving us advice and also explaining the process of what will happen with the insurance adjuster, they have always answered any and all questions that we had. My boyfriend and I came in today after being the victim of a hit and run. My car had some front bumper damage, but the biggest issue was not being able to get my hood open. We assumed it was the latch that was broken. This was bringing me much stress, as my car had no coolant, and I was already pushing it by driving it to PAB. After bringing it in, the kind lady at the counter helped me identify some of the issues the accident most likely caused, and the other gentleman was able get my hood open in like LITERALLY THREE SECONDS right there in the parking lot. And didnt even charge me! This lifted SO much weight off of us. My partner and I are not rich by any means. We dont make much money, but were prepared to spend basically all that we had to our name to fix this issue. These kind people did not ask for a dime. They did not take advantage of my desperate situation.They could have took my car back in the garage, and up-charged me whatever, and I would have most likely ignorantly paid it. I am so grateful to this place. I know it was only about a 10 minute interaction, but it really made our entire day. Thank you, guys!

I recently visited here for a passenger side mirror replacement, and it was on of the best experiences I have had in an auto body shop. They were able find a way to nearly cut the cost of repairs in half, super friendly, and I definitely recommend this spot if you have any car issues! Fantastic people!

I was just passing by on the road and noticed how nice the building was, for starters you drive into a very well kept and very clean property. The grounds are well manicured and the buildings are clean and organized. Once you walk in, you are met with both a smile and concern. You can tell that the staff truly love their jobs. They fight with you against the insurance companies too! Oh and that is all before I have talked about the quality of work! Seriously! The quality and care put into these vehicles for repair is unparalleled! I am so happy I am bring in some other vehicles to have some very minor repair work done. I received the best care ever. I came in because my bumper on my van was detached and I had it roped off. I had PAB do some repair work to my 2017 Honda Civic after a fender bender. Excellent work, but what really stands out is their customer service. Phill found some very poor repair work was done to my quarter panel from a previous accident and repair done at a different autobody shop. He was extremely helpful talking to me about the poor repair and what I should do to get it fixed. He has spent time putting me in contact with a post-repair inspector, in order to assist with negotiating with the shop that did the poor repair. I appreciate all the time he has taken to help me and this was after my repair with PAB was already completed. Wish I wouldve gone to them for my first repair!

This is my first time being in an auto body repair due to an accident and I am very happy I selected Precision Auto Body & Collision. Brent kept me informed all the way through the repairs. After the repairs were complete and I had a few days with my newly repaired vehicle I noticed that my door, which was recently repaired, was not opening correctly. I contacted Brent and he advised me to stop in and see them whenever I was available. I did and they jumped right on it and found a minor adjustment that could be made to the door. My door now works just like new. From a guy that use to be in the auto service industry, hearing, and being part of a few less than proud moments I am happy to recommend Precision Auto Body, Brent, Phil, and all of his crew. I will start by saying that the body work that they did on my car was fine but things they were saying about the damages and previous damages felt shady and questionable. In addition, while my car was there it got broken into. Insane right?! They promised they would compensate us for everything that was stolen and make things right. They replaced the window but refused to take care of the things that were stolen, including parts of the car and personal items. They have questionable character and every time you talk with them it feels like theyre lying about something. I wouldnt trust them with my car ever again.

Lets just start with this place is amazing. I grew up in NY with a family of mechanics and have never really been without an honest family member to fix my cars. I moved to Washington recently because my husband is stationed here. I hadnt seen him in over a month and on the drive up here I ended up denting and scratching the back door of his brand new truck. I was so upset and on top of that for the first time ever I had no knowledge of who or where to go to get it fixed. After reading the reviews I chose PAB. From the moment my mother in law and I walked in the door we were treated like family. The owner and his wife Christina and the rest of the crew went above and beyond. They not only had the truck ready by the day my husband came home, but also gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. They went out of their way again and got other marks off of the truck, cleaned and vacuumed it free if charge. I am truly thankful there are still honest hardworking people out there like these guys! I was involved in an accident and my car was badly damaged. I was going to have my car towed to Abra on Meridian in Puyallup but I was told by a woman at my chiropractor to instead take it to PAB. She explain to me why I should and it turned out she was right. They are highly reputable and theyre not just in it for the money. They seem to honestly care a out their customers and actually engage in honest conversation with you. Well my car turned out to be a total loss. It wouldnt be safe for the class of car it was. They walked me through the entire process from the time they received my car until the time the insurance company picked it up. Integrity is the word that comes to mind when I think of this place. I had just started checking out repair centers, after a hit & run demolished my back bumper. This place happened to be on the Met-Life list, the only insurance company Precision Auto Body works directly with. That simplified the whole payment & car rental process, but that isnt why I chose them.My initial questions were answered very capably by Phils wife, via phone. No pressure, just the facts pertinent to what I might expect next as I navigated this whole repair process. I brought my car in and was further impressed by the knowledge and expertise both Phil and his wife demonstrated as they answered question after question I hadnt even asked yet. All with a personable sense of humor that is very reassuring.Phil showed me damages from the impact I hadnt even noticed, patiently explaining what next steps would be. I felt my car would be in really good hands here. And I certainly was not disappointed! I was kept in the loop about any delays. A part was mistakenly delivered to Precision Collision, a company with a similar name. Phil also sent back a rusty part he refused to use in my car, necessitating a re-order. Not only was the outside immaculate, the inside was tidy with vacuumed floor carpets, a clean dashboard and a sparkling windshield. I drove out of that place with a new affection for my car, and great thankfulness for all the help I had received. I brought my Benz in 2 weeks ago with key scratches on both doors, also some minor sratches when i park next to people. But they make all of them disapear. Also there are no extra charge for the minor scratches that they have helped me fix it. Best place to fix your car ever. The 2 ladies at the front desk are very nice and friendly. Have been rear ended and needed back bumper repainted and a little body work done to it. The owner did a great job and did some body work on the bumper for free because insurance wouldnt cover it due to it being from a previous accident. They did a great job, fast and it was a pleasant experience. Would recomend to anyone who needs work done right.

To start, Brent explained my options to quickly get a quote from my specific insurance company. When the work started and prior damage was discovered, they kept me in the loop and explained what the plan. The work was still done in the timeframe promised. I am thankful to have a body shop I can trust.

Today my check engine light came on. I called my dealership and they quoted me a crazy amount for a diagnostics test. I decided to call around and found Precision Auto Body & Collision on S. Tacoma Way. I spoke with a guy named Phil, who told me to bring the car in and they would perform the diagnostics test for much less than what the dealership had quoted me.When I went down to retrieve my car (my sister dropped it off for me) not only had Phil performed the test, but he had printed out the variables of issues the code brought up and he called shops that dealt with those issues to find out what my next move should be. He then explained each item to me and what it could entail and recommended a couple of places he had personally used that were trustworthy. It was after all this I discovered, THIS IS NOT WHAT THIS PLACE DOES AT ALL. Phil went more than above and beyond, he went out of his way to help me.I am amazed and astounded by the level of customer service provided by Precision Auto Body & Collision. They can perform many services beyond what the store name entails but they dont do actual engine work..Thanks Phil. Youre truly awesome.

Precision Auto Body is the best of its kind in the area. I came home from vacation to find that someone had sideswiped my 2014 Camry. My side window was smashed, my door, mirror, front fender and bumper were banged up, dented and marred by paint from the car that hit mine.As a personal injury attorney, I work with a lot of repair shops. Precision auto body did beautifully with my damaged car. Looks like its never been in an accident and its brand new off the showroom floor. They didnt cut any corners and used the OEM parts like i requested. Loginne is awesome to work with. She stayed on top of everything. Precision Auto Body (PAB) is by far the best auto body shop I have ever done business with. At the front desk I was warmly greeted by Loginne and offered coffee. When they were ready to perform the alignment on my car, Phil and Dean were incredibly professional and meticulous in their execution of my alignment. They kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing it and answered any rookie questions I had about suspension and alignments. My experience with Precision Auto Body (PAB) certainly attests to the truth in that statement.PAB provided the BEST service I have ever had with a body shop. I brought my car in after it had been involved in an accident and, months after the incident, was informed by the place where I get oil changes that the tie rod was out of alignment; long story short, the car had a lot more mechanical issues from the accident than initially indicated by the previous body shop -- sufficient to deem the vehicle a total loss.PAB thoroughly inspected my vehicle, communicated with me regularly, and really advocated on my behalf when conversing with my insurance company. No auto accident is wanted, especially an injury accident that lays you up! Should you ever find yourself in such an unfortunate situation I believe you will be hard pressed to find a better business than Percision Auto Body or a better advocate than their employee Logan. Logan was a godsend. Her willingness and patience to ensure we completely understood not only the process that her employer was involved in for repairing our vehicle, but how to best promote our options as an independent consumer are almost unheard of in modern business practices! If you ever wonder why you chose an independent highend shop rather than a preferred shop recommended by the Insurance company, you just have to ask yourself who they are working for and where the loyalties lay. Our vehicle turned out to be a Total Loss based on the Independent Claims Adjustors evaluation of our vehicle. Percision Auto Body could have left it at that if they wanted. In the true form of total customer care, Logan stayed in the game and made a tough process not only manageable, but ensure we attained the best result. Last month someone made a last minute right hand turn from the left lane. Resulting in a lot of front end damage to my vehicle, I googled auto body shops near me and read tons of reviews before I came across Precision Auto Body and Collision. They had TONS of great reviews so I chose to go with these guys! Loginne was nothing short of amazing! She quickly got a very detailed report written up for the other drivers insurance, there was some timing delays due to the insurance adjuster just doing his job just as well as Loginne was! Loginne handled EVERY THING! She kept me updated on the whole process with updates twice a week, I was included in all the emails between her and the insurance company not only was she firm and didnt stand down she was very professional and knows what she is talking about! The insurance company of course was pushing for the cheaper after market parts and Loginne fought hard to get the OEM parts paid for. She ordered both after market and OEM parts did a very thorough inspection of the parts detailing all the ways how the after market parts were unacceptable! In the end she was able to get the insurance company to pay her quote to the penny! She even touched up a scrap that I created months before the accident, with no charge to me! Precision is no doubt my go to shop! The customer service is absolutely outstanding and the shop did amazing work and did it very fast once every thing was approved through insurance. I couldnt be any more satisfied with this family owned business!!

I had my Escalade front bumper and side fender replaced at PAB and they did an outstanding job not only does it look great they got to match the paint which I heard is hard to match the tri coat paint so great job guys. Becca and Loginne where great to deal with and would up date me every Tuesday and Thursday and a big thanks to Phil who explained to me the prosess of the repair thanks again you guys have a customer for life.
