They kept me updated on the progress and stages of the repair process through regular texts so that I knew exactly what they were working on and when it would be finished. Took my SUV in after it got smashed in a parking lot, they were professional from beginning to end. My car looks beautiful, like new! They went the extra mile for me, and I really appreciate them.

Got hit in the parking lot of Costco and our rear fender and rim was damaged from impact. Wetook our vehicle to Hi-Tech Carstar on 6th Ave. and they did body work and painting. They also checked on our vehicles alignment to make sure no issues were there. They re-finished our rims and now the damage that WAS there ISNT anymore. We cant even tell there was damage! I needed my daughters car repaired while she was out of town, and I was arranging the repair from another state as I dont live in Washington. Steven at Hi-Tech was wonderful and went the extra mile--totally! Because my daughters college was on break, I sent him the extra keys and he (Hi-Tech) was kind enough to go pick up the car. Then, true to his word, the repairs were done within the time frame I requested, AND they drove the car back to my daughters house--without a charge/fee. I chose Hi-Tech because of its proximity to the house but mainly because of the great reviews.! They were so accommodating and professional, and we would use them again were there to be a need. Repaired right rear quarter panel and rear door damaged by white car scratching those pieces and leaving paint on my car.

They had my corvette for 6 months plus. Part of this was difficulty finding parts. When we picked the corvette up we noticed a scratch on the back deck lid that they tried to buff out. After we got home we noticed many more problems. The whole front bumper assembly is damaged, emblems were replaced and are off center, gaps on fenders are different from side to side and what looks like buff marks on the hood that should have been taken care of. Pat communicated through the whole process but on the whole did a very poor job. State Farm was worse. They drive business to this shop as their preferred provider. The insurance company made me feel that if I took it to the shop that I wanted to I would have to pay the difference. So I took it to their preferred provider. If you want your car repaired properly the body shop and insurance company will negotiate a fair repair bill. My corvette is now at the new shop and judging by the time they have taken to go through all repairs to correct it will be done right.

Everything went very good and timely.

They were extremely fast with fixing my car. I had dents, scratches and more after an accident and now my car looks brand new. They kept me updated everyday and called to let me know they were done early. Customer Service is on point. Everyone is friendly and courteous. I noticed a whistling sound when I started driving and called to see if they could check it out. They brought me in same day, got someone in my car to hear what I was hearing and figured it out. It was no problem getting my questions and concerns taken care of. I would definitely recommend them. The prices were decent too.

Great work fixing damage!

Very happy with the service here! They keep you informed every step of the way and the original estimate was very accurate. The team even went above and beyond to diagnose and repair a starter issue that another auto shop could not even detect! So relieved to have a reliable car again.

Steve was very helpful. However your parking has alot to desire. Its a collision waiting to happen .

I stopped by CARSTAR on 6th earlier today -- they were quite busy in the office and had a lot of cars in the shop. Regardless, Mike who was handling the office by himself at that time, came out and looked at my car at my request, advised me about what was needed regarding a problem with my bumper. He also took the time to install a few clips that were needed near the bumper. I appreciate Mikes help and told him I will come back to CARSTAR with my car for the repair to my bumper in very near future. My interaction with Mike left me with a very good impression of CARSTAR.

Second repair here, always open and honest with estimates, time for completion. Work done is clean and professional.

Worst people ever, especially Steven, he did the worst estimation ever, after i was to another estimator and the difference was totaly, they input me to go there and repair my car, so thats why they put to me and my insirance an estimating for couples dolars after to get more from the insurance ! wish to close this shop, non professionals!

Worst experience of my life bumper was misaligned had to go back there after already waiting about a month to pick up my Mustang now A month and a half later my paint job is already fading after Ive already taken it there twice these people are absolutely the worst. Take my word and dont go here.
