I dropped off my car to get a professional detail of the interior and exterior and I was very disappointed. The description said that they would do a deep clean of the inside and outside but it looks like they sprayed some cleaning product on there to make it look “clean and shiny”. I’ve been coming here for years to get my car washed and now I don’t want to come back.

Detail shop was great and everything done in a timely manner. Great job all around. Sean was the detailer and it looks excellent!

From start to finish this entire experience was a nightmare. This was my Mother’s FIRST car detail and LAST. I purchased a gift card for her, for a detailing service. The website did not work to book an appointment, so don’t waste your time. When I called, the employee that answered I could barely understand and he had no idea about packaging. Upon our visit (we arrived 15 mins early) we were NEVER greeted by anyone. We were told 2 hours and when we arrived back (in 2 hours) her car was not finished, not washed, not waxed. We were told another 10 minutes… THREE TIMES = 30 additional minutes. On top of that they then decided to park the completed vehicle on the OPPOSITE end of the building. To complete this nightmare, my Mother is now missing her driver side car mat which they have NO idea where it went. Currently we are jumping through hoops in order to get her LEASED car mat back. They wanted her to come back IN to the facility to fill out a claim… oh and had the audacity to ask HER if she misplaced it on her own, instead of taking ownership of the situation as a whole. We are still waiting to hear about the car mat….. All in all, I am very, very upset by this as all I’ve ever heard in the past are great things. Unfortunately, we will never be back to this Delta Sonic in Fairmount. 1 Star.

I’ve been a unlimited member at delta sonic for almost 3 years now. Today I went to this location and Sean detailed my car. He was very professional. Never seen someone detailing my car like he did in the past 3 years. I really appreciate him. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Sean.

Her customer service attitude was great! When car was finished, I was thrilled with outcome. Day/night difference. Kudos to the whole team ...wish I had their names. Good job! 👍

Often when I have a person dry my car after I go through the wash he/she doesnt do a good job but yesterday a young lady named Amal (I think) did a fine job and I was happy to tip her. This was at the Fairmount car wash.

I’m just slightly annoyed. Why write the number of order in which a vehicle arrives if you aren’t going to follow the order? I arrived for an express interior cleaning before another vehicle, mine was marked with 2 and theirs with 3. But their vehicle was brought in before mine. Making me have to now wait an additional 15-20 minutes. Just annoying is all.

I’m new to the area and an essential worker. I got a flat tire while on the highway on my way home after a long, hard day already, and pulled into Delta Sonic having no idea what to do, but asked if anyone could help me. Michael changed my tire free of charge and even helped me put everything back in my car when he was done. I couldn’t be more grateful and have never received such amazing service or kindness. I cannot thank him enough or emphasize how helpful he was.

They move the car wash lines very fast. And you get a good carwash.

34.99 to clean and interior. I used to do this for a living. These kids are a joke. They pretty much cleaned my floor mats and windows for 35 bucks. Still had stuff in the cracks of my leather seats. No attention to detail what so ever. I do not recommend at all. 35 bucks for 10bucks worth of work

Paid for the express detail $140 it took over 3 hours. Was incredibly sub par, then cleaner was dismissive when I handed him over a 15% tip then when I get home I find he shoved everything in the back seat halfhazardly into the trunk and broke a friends micky mouse headband her daughter made for her, as well as shattering the stem of my tobacco water pipe when shoving everything in. I then called customer service (and was respectful), however the lady on the other end was not. Other than actively pursuing reimbursement for damages ill never be going back

Place is annoying. I give you cash you clean car its not that complicated. Long lines, they want to write on my car with their market and ALWAYS try to upsell...Pisses me off

One of the only express detail car washes Ive found in update New York, particularly in central New York. They had a nice service oriented staff, a great convenience store, large gas area, and a Tim Hortons for your cafe fix. Best find for me in this category, in the area, by far!

Great to have this service in our area. I really appreciate them, after living on the auto-centric west coast. Customer service from management is great, however the little worker bees can be all over the place with the quality of their work. High school kids and early 20s mostly.

I top off my gas tank and wash the car twice a week.

I have a monthly plan where I can get the inside of my car detailed (a quick 10 minute clean up) and I go to delta sonic weekly. I am usually content with the service, but twice now Sean has detailed my car, and his attention to detail is amazing. Sean has taken the extra time to really make sure the interior of my car is spotless. I couldnt be more satisfied with his work and I really appreciate the extra effort he puts in. I visited delta sonic today to get my car washed today (6/5) around 3pm.During this busy time of the day I expected a wait however I waited over 20 minutes. After going through the actual car wash I then waited to have my Audi dried. The young employee was drying the truck ahead of mine when I pulled up, the driver then tipped him for his service he collected the money with his hand thanked him and the driver drove off. When it was finally my turn I was feeling particularly empathetic to the young man having to work in the hot sun so I tipped more than I usually would he then put out a net to receive my tip as if I a woman of color was not worthy of just handing him the money like the car directly in front of me. Shocked by this event I did not know how to respond immediately and simply drove off.Only then was insult added to injury when I saw how dirty my car was! The amount of streaks that were still on my car made this whole trip not worth it regardless of that mistreatment I endured.My car was not cleaned and when I tried to tip the young man working he treated me differently then the cars before me. I would NEVER recommend delta sonic car wash in fair mount to anyone

I find that more often than not I’m waiting in a very long line to get my car washed. Additionally the entrance of the facility and the exit for gas and car wash create confusion and create further delays. As far as the car wash even after I get my car dried I find water spots.

Ive gone to this location quite often, and while Ive always received high-quality service, my recent visit raised the bar. I own a Subaru Forester. There are areas on the vehicle which the car wash is unable to clean properly. Enter Alex. Theres customer service, and then theres the amazing level of attention this employee delivered. Alex took the time to personally hand wash these problem areas before drying my vehicle. Superb service.

I was at the W Genny location on Saturday, October 5, 2019. Miguel was the attendant that did the finishing work after my car wash. I watched him do the car in front of mine and was impressed with his attention to detail. When it got to my turn, Miguel proceeded to perform his job with the same attention and with a SMILE! Unlike so many people these days he was polite, professional, and thorough. He truly seemed to care and take pride in his job. I will trust that Delta Sonic will make good on their word and give Miguel the recognition he deserves. Thank you!

Tons of soap was not washed off and car looked horrible. Was going to do the unlimited but of this is the quality then I absolutely wouldnt consider it.

Always a great visit at this Delta Sonic. Come at least once a week for exterior and interior and they always treat it like its their car. I believe a car is an investment and they clearly feel the same. Sean was an udder delight, very personalised experience with him! Couldnt be happier. I do need to start carrying cash tho, kid definitely deserved a tip!! Ill catch him next time ☺️

The car washing service was very quick and the staff were all very friendly to me. The gentleman named Sean had wiped the exterior of my vehicle after the wash. You should give Sean a promotion because hes one of the hardest working guys at Delta Sonic. Very good car wash machine and workers, my Jeep was covered with layers of thick mud and it all came off after and they don’t use spinning brushes so no scratches on paint, all workers were nice

After filling up, our car wouldnt start. My husband spoke with Sean who quickly spoke with Jordan. They returned to our vehicle with a battery jump starter. The car started the first time. It was an extremely cold day, so if we had called AAA, it would have taken forever! Thanks, Sean and Jordan for doing a great job and for being so friendly!

Nader cleaned my car the other day and it came out really good. He went above and beyond by taking the time to ask me if there’s anything else he should do. I am very happy with my car and will be coming again.

The hours for the car wash are not opened long enough! The unlimited wash isn’t worth it because when it is opened it’s like an hour wait for a car wash because the lines are so long !

I paid $45 for them to vacuum and clean cup holders...I waited over 2 hours and had to redo when I got home...very disappointing.

We have the unlimited kiss and interior membership. We love being able to bring our car through as often as we want. The techs also always do a good job, but last week when we brought our van through, the kiss off employee did an outstanding job ensuring our van was fully clean. He took the extra time to make sure our floors were completely clean and had great customer service. I told a manager of the great service and was told the employees name was Steve Root. Thanks for the positive experience.

I had car paint on my car and Sean helped to dry my car and fully remove any paint that didn’t come off in the wash I highly recommend going here for a car wash and drying your car.

I had the pleasure of having Chris dry my car this morning at 8am or so. He did an amazing job. He took care to wipe it down and was friendly while doing it. He has bright red hair and that is all I know to describe him. This was not the first time I had him dry my car. And as always it was a great way to start my day. Sean in the detail shop did a very thorough job on my 10 min. Even more so than i used to do when i was a detail tech there. And i pride myself on having been one of the best basic 10 min techs that worked at the erie blvd location when i worked there. Wish i had the capability of tipping him more than i did. I will likely stop back later this week to give him extra for the terrific job he did cleaning popcorn out of my car, leaving the surfaces spotless, and even cleaning the carpet under the rear windshield. Great job bro, keep up the good work.

I had a great experience today. I always do really but today when Sean cleaned my interior he did a great job and was so very pleasant! Wasn’t having the best day and Sean definitely put a smile on my face with how nice he was to Chanelopè (my car) and I!

This past week, I had my car detailed by Donovan L. He did an amazing job! My car has never been so clean. I chose to do the Interior Detail, and it was worth it for sure. The cleaning of the leather and the carpets was absolutely superb. I will recommend this specific location to anyone I know!

I went to Tim’s to buy a glazed donut and the supervisor Jen cashed me out. She was very attentive and it was the best pastry I’ve ever had. It just hit different because Jen was the one that got it for me. Idk what is higher than supervisor over there but she honestly deserves a promotion. Also Tia at brick oven was there and we love Tia so she deserves a raise as well. I didn’t buy anything from her because I’m broke but I would if I had the money because it would be worth every penny. Great service- fairmount brick oven/Tim’s is the place to be!

Get the unlimited wash and interior its definitely worth it

Good Afternoon,I WISH I READ THESE reviews prior to going!!!I don’t normally do this but I must with the amount of money spent. Last week 9/19 I scheduled a full-service interior detail for $119… Personally, the most profound improvement of the car was the Armor All on the dashboards. This was a new car for me (previously owned). The previous owner had dogs or cats. I understand animal hair may be of a challenge, off the carpet. However, there were many residue left under the seats, and plenty of hairballs that was not embedded in the carpet or seats, most certainly removable.I moved both seats the (driver and passenger) crumbs crumbs and more crumbs. Sugar, as well as salt packages, were under the seats as well. I had this car for 2 weeks. I brought the car to Delta for a fresh start before driving the car. The car still has some disgusting areas. The crevices were barely touched as well as between and under the car seats... I used the wipes that was provided as a gift, when I used to wipes (as a test) to check if the dashboard were actually clean, so much dirt was left on the wipes. The work was pretty disappointing especially for the amount paid. On the site it said 4 hours to complete, my car was completed in 2.5 hours I think it was rushed. Before driving away I went back two times for corrections. I will like to add, the customer service I received after coming back 2 times on the same day, was great. However, I am SO disappointed with the services received.Yes, please reach out to me. I completed the contact form . I havent heard from anyone.

This location has excellent service! Last time I went through, Nick M. dried my car and was very helpful and polite! I will be returning and I highly recommend!

I paid the extra $2.00 for tire shine, but when I went through the wash the tire shine sign didnt light up. I figured I was out the 2 bucks. When I arrived at the drying station, I said something to Pat Spiddle about what happened. He said they did get coated, but not very well and offered to redo the tires at no extra charge. I have the unlimited wash service so Im in there quite a bit. Everyone is always pleasant... and if you dont get great coverage on your tire shine, just let them know... theyll take good care of you.

I wanted to tell you about my experiences at the Fairmount Delta Sonic. I have been a customer of Delta Sonic since before this location was built and I drove all the way over to Erie Blvd to wash my truck. I have a very large truck with custom rims on it. I purchase the Unlimited Plus package, so that means I get everything that the wash has to offer. Unfortunately, my rims get as excess of tire dressing on them every time. When I exit the wash, I always look for this one employee that takes care of my truck like its his own. He wipes my rims down without me asking him. He takes a sponge and wipes down the front of my hood as well. He is the one bright spot that Delta Sonic has. I just want to say thank you to him. His name is Luke @ the Fairmount location. Thank you for giving great customer service and going above & beyond for every customer I see you interact with. It doesnt go unnoticed.

We have a membership and use the car wash and gas station pretty often and have never had a bad experience. With the workers at least. Sean recently did our car after a car wash and did amazing!

Recently I had to get an interior on my car and Katie was so incredibly sweet to me! She made sure I was satisfied and had the best attitude. She reminds me of my daughter that recently went to the military, gosh I miss her. Anyways I will definitely be coming back!!

Always friendly staff. Unlimited Plus is great to have and allows me to keep my car clean. The only downside is when you get stuck behind someone who is buying the unlimited plans as it takes some time to get it done.

Their equipment s in prime condition. It does a great job, and you know what happens at Delta Sonic that doesnt happen anywhere I USED to go? From inside the car you can smell the wonderful aroma of clean soap as it is applied. The young man working at the wipe down/drying station, (Devon) is a proud worker and it shows as he details out your car!

This is my place! And Jason Wheeler is my guy when it comes to the finishing touches. Always takes his time and does a great job drying my truck and putting on the finishing touches. Ive been going to Delta Sonic since opening day too. Actually wrote you guys to get the location out this way. Even suggested the place where it was built years later. The store is always clean, Detail Services are top notch and Im always pleased.

It is hit or miss here. I spend a lot of money in this store for multiple vehicles and even have the “unlimited” car wash. Sometimes they will do a great job and others not so much. I payed for the upgrade 30 minute clean and although it was not satisfactory a girl named Angela was very nice to me and helped me. If it wasn’t for her and her perfessionalism I would have been canceling my membership and finding a different way to clean my vehicles.

Has both the exterior and interior cleaned at the Delta Sonic on Genesee St. Fairmount. After looking at my interior and how dirty it was I opted to upgrade the interior cleaning for a longer more thorough cleaning. Spencer, who did the major of the cleaning, was, thorough, professional, and polite. He went the extra mile to make sure my 2018 Ram, was cleaned inside and out. Spencer is a credit to Delta Sonic and the reason I will return to that location.

Once again outstanding service from the one and only Luke!! I’ve had my car cleaned at North Syracuse for years and they’ll never be able to clean it as well as anyone let alone Luke from Camillus!! Just wanted to give my thanks and appreciation to the whole Delta Sonic Camillus Crew and especially Luke who detailed my car several times!! I truly enjoy the energy from all the staff!! Great Establishment!!

I can c that there is some trouble with the works. yeah i read some opinions before i wrote my cause i did not want to destroy some once reputation based on one single incident. as it turned out my is not the only disappointment. i had come to the Fremont location with my car and to my surprise it was not washed properly (the operation looks robust). i may say that my car was rinsed at best. i think this operation is a waste of resources such as water and power. my car came out wet but the birds droppings were still there. i had some stain on the driver side door and it was not cleaned as well. i was able to clean it up with a paper towel no biggy. not write to take money for service not done.

We’re always greeted with smiles, some staff actually remembering our orders,there’s always speedy service and an accurate order by all but Team Jake and Chelsea always gives us that very perfect cup every time. ❤️❤️Delta Sonic & Timmies.

I first stopped into this store because I love Tim Hortons coffee. Over the weekend, I had a minor, just cosmetic damage, accident involving a concrete wall at a speed of 1 mph. The employees took care of everything in less time than it took for me to get my coffee and donut here. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I visit this location of Delta Sonic every few weeks. During a resent visit I left feeling like My car did not receive the service I paid for. I followed up with Delta Sonic regarding my experience and the supervisor, Eric, promptly reached out to me. We discussed my concerns and he offered to address my concerns. I returned to review the concerns with a Eric in person, he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of, exceeding my expectations. I had my car cleaned inside and out yesterday after work. I am usually satisfied with the job they do, but yesterday they did a spectacular job. I asked them to work on the puppy paws my dog left in the back seat and they really cleaned it up nice. I wish I had gotten their names, but thank you!

This is good place for car wash, also they have the best gas price in the town.10/4/20。This is what happened after I got out of the carwash I disappointed. But other than that the stuff and nice. And this is the only reason why I give 2 star.

They still have a broken car wash Lane and it really slows things down and makes it difficult to maneuver during peak hours. Also the other day when I was there we kept getting stuck in the tunnel. The whole thing just wasnt working. But the value for the membership is great for CNY winters.

Always seem to be congested with traffic. The exit and entrance are in the same tiny corner which is a causes frequent backups. As people are entering and exiting the same way.

Employees are all very helpful. Amal did a great job in explaining the different promotions and what comes with each wash. My favorite Delta Sonic by far!
