Friendly service great snack and beer options and they have restrooms which are clean

So at this point if I can rate zero stars I would I usually always have a good experience when I come into the store, being the general manager at the Mavis discount tire across the street this is usually my go to store, but the manager that is on tonight May 28, 2021 it is now 7:16. so the Byrne dairy corporate office if you can figure out who it was, please. The point, I always come into the store at the end of the night grab me a couple slices of pizza and a fountain drink when I asked the clerk if I can get the two pepperonis and a fountain drink which is what I always get and they always give me the fountain drink free, the guy goes over to the manager and asks her if he can do it, she comes over and says if it’s not cheese then no, I said to her well they always do it for me, I am a steady customer and we’re practically neighbors. she would not do it, that’s not even the problem, the problem is when I told her to forget about it she was keen on figuring out who it was that does it for me and when I told her not to worry about it, as I’m cashing out for my pizza, as soon as I was finished swiping my card and the transaction was finalized she tells me she was gonna throw the pizza out anyways it was bad which the pizza did look pretty old, it had that look like it was sitting for awhile, So on top of being extremely rude to me she basically slapped me in the face with telling me she just sold me two slices of old pizza that she was about to throw out I am extremely disappointed I always buy my guys in the shop pizza from this location I always buy my guys deli sandwiches from this location on top of being a steady customer for my own purchases, I am just extremely disappointed.

Worst customer service ever ever time I come in same people are working but guess what no one is really working apparently everyone goes on break at the same time and mad people be waiting 10 to 15 minutes before I a cashier even gets to doing their job

How is it that a store selling coffee and other caffeine related beverages in the AM cannot keep thier cooler stocked ? This store has had this problem for over a year ! You can see the product is back there just not in customers reach.

Poor customer service this store never answers the phone when I order food its never made when I get there to pick up Im told I must if ordered from different locations when I am positive I ordered from here the staff ustu be so out going but now they are always seem angry if you dont like you job then get a new one

Great place to grab and go! They also have a wonderful deli and friendly people.

The outside has a lot of garbage and some of the workers aren’t that very nice but for the most part it’s really good there

I go here because is the closest to where i live but everytime i place an order for a panini they always forget something 🤦🏽‍♂️ Tonight i order one the regular turkey, lettuce, tomato, cheese and RUSSIAN SAUCE! And again they forgot the sauce now i gotta choke on this DRY as* paniniPs. Try writing down the order and follow step by step what the customer wanted i think it could help.

I live nearby so I go here rather frequently, and Im not one to do reviews often. Most of the staff are really cool people and they do the best they can being understaffed at the moment. Stock is usually full and almost always available. I gave this location 3 stars because one employee in particular with a Lion King safety mask. Shes THE WORST Byrne Dairy employee I have ever met and thats a lot. So if you get to the register and see a cute Lion King face mask, lower your expectations.

They say they open 24 but can’t never answer the phone. Poor advertising

Byrne Dairy is the best. Its become the Wegmans of gas stations & convenient stores..its at a different level than most other cheap gas stations or quik-e marts...always looks so clean inside. Always fresh pizza or knots..they have everything I ever need. And adding more was a brilliant idea💡 Good job @Byrne Dairy!!!

Milk and juice in glass bottles... YES! The milk is great, do keep wishing they would supply glass quarts as well so I could get buttermilk. Happy to support a good solid local company and always very nice employees, they could use a little training in assembling the NY Times, but otherwise 100%!

They are always slow and the service is terrible.

Stopped in today to redeem a free cup coupon and get an ice cream. Several workers on yet only one running drawer. I was not in a hurry but line was really long. Filled cup with “ice tea” and left. Went to drink it and discovered it was coffee. Someone put coffee in the tea machine. Tried to call several times so no one else would get coffee on accident and no answer.

I am SO thankful this location (and the others on this side of town- down by the Fairgrounds in solvay, and closer to Westvale Plaza) opened!I lived in Tipp Hill for many years and finding gas or a quick snack was always a challenge. When I come home I am able to grab gas and a snack at the ALWAYS clean locations.I will give my business to Byrne over another gas station 9 times out of 10

Clerk who rang me up had me wait while she straightened the bills in her register. Straightened... And straightened and... I was her only customer so she could have cashed me out (2 items) THEN straightened to her hearts content. I was definitely not her priority. Now Im sad...😓I understand and agree that Byrne Dairys growth should be a good thing. Another review called them the Wegmans of convenience stores. Tuteshe BIG difference is Wegman STAFFS to meet customer demand & B.D. does NOT. I consistently see 1 employee ringing up gas/snack customers, serving ice cream & making sandwiches, etc at the same time. Recently, my wait time for 2 items was 10+ minutes. The poor guy was being run ragged. He was so stressed out. So... BIGGER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. If they want 4 or 5 different services they need to staff for it.

Try the deli sandwiches they are great. Favorite gas station/convenience store.
