Great place I go their all the time the workers are nice and friendly

The daytime crew is fine, but if I come here at night its always hit or miss. Tonight Im leaving very unhappy, because for the third time Ive been turned away when I try to enter between 9:30-9:40pm. The sign says theyre open until 10pm. I dont think buying a refreshment is that inconvenient. You should really hire employees who will keep the store open during the hours youve committed to staying open. I work nearby so I usually come here afterwards, and its super annoying when I have to drive even further because a couple of employees dont feel like running my card the last hour of their shift. Might as well just start driving to another permanently so I dont have to deal with the irritating trip to two gas stations so frequently.

Always great service i ask questions they are Answered. Employees on morning shift always help me when needed very clean inside and outside pumps are clean

Never did I ever think that a gas station pizza would ever be one of the best I have ever had.

Quick stop for gas which was reasonable and grabbed some snacks for the kids.

The employees are very unfriendly at this fastrac and cleanliness is very poor. Needs major improvement.

Their sandwiches are pretty good and the service is okay. I do recommend trying out for yourself. I still think Fastrac is way better than subway.

Had to wait 5 minutes while the cashier finish cleaning, as she says hello be right with you. smh paid for my gas told her what pump only for it not to be right had to walk back in and for those who know this place, know the pumps are pretty far from the door. Other than that she was polite..ok service.

The manager Amber had her mask down and so did the co worker, AND HE WAS MAKING A PIZZA! THEY put their masks back up, but they shouldnt have had their masks down in the 1st place!!! ESPECIALLY THE GUY MAKING PIZZA!!!THERE IS ALSO A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT CUSTOMERS CANT ENTER WITHOUT A MASK!!!ITS A PROBABILITY I WONT BE GETTING ANY MORE FOOD OR DRINK THERE ANY MORE!!!!

Gas pumps are really slow. It took. approx. 8 minutes to pump $32. of gas. Ugh. It was a bit cold outside. The pizza was not looking good. My only complaint was the gas pumps pumping real slooow!!!

A lady in her 30s-40s with blond curly hair was wearing her mask under her chin when I walked in the building around 1:40pm on Thursday October 29th 2020. When she seen my fiancé and myself walk in the store she proceeds to cover her face. Okay thank you. We ask her if she can make us a pizza. She was on it. While she was making our pizza she had to help the other customers in which I’m fine with that. However while she was helping the other customers she kept her gloves on didn’t change them when handling money or anything at the register then proceeded to make our pizza. While she was dealing with the other customers she put her mask under her chin again and then once again started to make our pizza. While making our pizza she was making farting noises and other noises. This was very unprofessional and unsanitary!! They will never get my business again

The app was down on Monday for the free coffee and rather than honor it the cashier told me I would have to pay for it. I even asked him if he had the app and he said nah. (the word is no) But he said it was an issue with my phone. I called the fastrak in Camillus and they said they were honoring it and the app was having technical issues. Poor customer service. Also the awful rap music they play in the store is unnecessary.

I got a Pepsi and chips.

Only stopped for gas but pumps were clean and no issues didnt see a wait time so definitely fast and convenient.

If i could of given it a zero I would of. ordered two pizzas and waited 45 minutes. I went back in 2 times and two young people behind the counter where just sitting talking I asked about my pizzas and said it was very busy. I know that was not true because I was sitting in my car waiting. I will not be coming back. I have ordered from here many time.

Have the membership, cheaper gas. Pizza not bad at all, breakfast pizza is pretty good imo. Large selection of typical gas station items.

Id give this place no stars if possible, I went in just to buy a bottle of orange juice, a breakfast sandwich, and a tin of chewing tobacco. I understand your policy of iding people to verify age for cigarettes, but you should hire people with a little bit of common sense, like its pretty easy to tell someone is well above the age of 18 with the amount of gray in my beard, lol. Is it a prerequisite for you to hire people who are unable to think for themselves?

Convenient selection of products. The gentleman posted on the late shift has a very pleasant demeanor, and overall staff is very helpful.
