The girls working were very sweet and brewed fresh green tea for my drink. I would definitely return.

They literally always get your drink wrong no matter how simple it is. Just stopped ordering from there even though it’s the only one near me/my job because it was a waste of money.

Very friendly and helpful baristas. LOVE THE PRIDE DECOR🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈 They had nitro brew and the unswtn green tea was fresh. prompt service despite a line. GREAT WORK!:)

I asked for a large toffee nut decaf coffee with cream and sugar and they hand it to me without cream I say to them could I get cream I did ask for cream and so she hands me a cup of cream...really.... Unbelievable..dont come here if you wanna wait 30 minutes for a coffee...

Waited 45 minutes a cup of coffee. I am beyond upset! A lady with purple hair took my order. I patiently waited and saw everyone ordered after me got their order. I walked up and asked a lady, who is African American where is my drink. She checked and told me that they are working on your order. Waited more time and still did not come. I went to the counter and asked again for my drink. They lady with long blond hair told me, she cant hear me. I waited asked again and told her that I have been waiting for a long time. The lady with long blond hair yelled that We are all busy working on the orders. I am sorry your order did not come.Finally the lady with purple hair came and asked whats going on. She did not find my order....She made my drink and gave me a card for a future drink.The moral of the story... The lady with purple hair never put in my order. The African American girl did not find my order and lied that they are working on my order. The blond hair girl accused me for being inpatient! Okay, Starbucks is very popular! The customer service sucks! I hope the store manager, region manager, and corporate manager are reading this! Well dont worry. I will make sure this complaint will be deliver to the right people. It is not right to humiliate customer and ignore our request for something we paid for. This is unacceptable!

Went here over the weekend and had a good experience. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, and the drinks were good. Considering how big the mall has gotten, Im surprised that they dont move the Starbucks to a bigger area. There is always a line at this location and it can be a tight squeeze when its crowded. Also, it would be nice to have a cafe seating area rather than sitting in the food court.

New Years eve, here to see a movie but now have waited over 30 minutes and still no drinks. The number of people waiting is off of the chart!! One barista and one on register....seriously! My movie has started!!!!

My go-to for years. On the way to work, its convenient and easy unless its the weekend. Its best to download the app on your phone and order ahead of time to skip the line. Staff is bubbly and friendly, very knowledgeable of the beverages/menu.

The flavors are unique. The coffee is fresh and taste great. The staff are polite, courteous and strive for customer satisfaction. Pricy but worth it.

Good Service

Went there yesterday and ordered a chestnut praline chai which I found odd I was charged $7 for when normally it’s $5.45. Which I get it some stores don’t have an actual button for the drink. But with the amount of coverage on my drink sat made and opened ( no lid ) on the bar for a good 10 minutes before it was handed off. As a barista in a high trafficked target Starbucks with no coverage we get our drinks out quicker and better quality. They need better management and better training.

Always a great visit. Staff is always upbeat and friendly and is quick to offer thier favorites if you cant decide. Price points are great and always delicious

Love the coffee! Just wish it didnt take so long to make it. But there are a lot of people in line so its understandable.

Cashier was friendly. However, 3 staff working, two in front and one in the back. 8 people waiting for their beverages while Only one staff is serving coffee and the second staff is doing stretches behind counter. I found myself staring at the second staff she then finally asked the serving staff do you need help? Customers including myself waited almost 20min.

Exactly what youd expect of a Starbucks location. Great coffee, tea, and other hot/cold beverages available. They offer food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff here is friendly and always in a good mood. This particular location is small and tight. At peak times this location can be a long wait and can feel very cramped while waiting for your drink. Ideally Starbucks needs to open a second location in another part of the shopping center via a kiosk or completely upgrade their storefront to a bigger square footage. Regardless, youll get a good cup of coffee and snack if youre looking for just that.

The creations are just as good here as those at any other Starbucks. However, be sure to avoid peak times (weekends) so you arent waiting for what feels like days. The dont take mobile orders either, so no ordering ahead to skip the line. And occasionally, they are slightly understaffed for peak time rushes. But aside from that, its a great place to get your caffeine fix if youre a fan of the brand.If this review was helpful, please consider giving a thumbs up. It would be much-appreciated!

Nice workers but they make horrible drinks. I dont even know how they made my drink taste so horrible, I order the same thing at every other location & it tastes fantastic. I cant even describe the flavor, its just awful. Worst drink ever, throwing it in the trash.

Good, consistent Starbucks, dont show up after 8pm on a Wednesday though, these ladies are not in a rush.

The workers here does not know how to make a good cup of coffee. 3 chances I gave them. My $6 cup of coffee tastes way worse than McCafe. I have been drinking the same flavor, same amount of syrup, and soy milk for at least 7 years so when the flavor tastes like garbage coffee I know it. Besides, coffee was spilled all over my cup it looks cheap and messy. I didnt ask for a hand out, I paid for it!!! I had the same order in another town and it tasted delicious, but my fear is that you dont know who makes your coffee next time.
