Peaks is truly my favorite cafe of all time. It has such a calming and fresh atmosphere & the employees are genuinely all SO kind and caring. Mallory has written me sweet love notes on my food/coffee before. Their coffee is the freshest and best tasting I’ve ever had. :-) not to mention the owners are two of the most genuine and loving people I know. Delicious food items (best avocado toast I’ve had) and a smooth latte (medium strength). Friendly staff. Simple and modern setting with indoor and outdoor seating.

I will always go out of my way to stop here. The coffee is always amazing with great specialities/flavors. The avocado toast is to die for. A huge portion, fresh, and absolutely delicious. They also have a lot of GF and Vegan options. I cant recommend this place enough!

I just moved to Syracuse, and Peaks has become one of my favorite coffee shops to go to! The coffee shop itself reminds me a lot of Austin - very aesthetic and cozy! The first time I visited, I got one of the specials - the peanut butter latte. I absolutely loved it and am sad it was only a winter special. The second time I went, I got a latte with maple - again, absolutely loved it and didnt realize how much I was missing out on maple-flavored syrup in my coffee. On top of that, the staff and baristas are so friendly and welcoming. Peaks is definitely one of my go-to coffee spots in Syracuse, and I will continue to keep coming back!

To start off, mountain climber is my favorite coffee. I don’t live near by the cafe so buying grounds and brewing it in my French press is the way I start my mornings. Secondly, the customer service I received today was amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate me, unprompted. I can’t recommend Peaks enough. Great coffee and amazing people!!!

Whether you live in Syracuse or are visiting- this is the BEST quality coffee and espresso you’ll get. The staff is super friendly and the pastries are also so yummy! I always love stopping in!

Hands down the best coffee Ive ever had. Tried the maple bourbon cappuccino and went back to get two more to share with everyone at work. Also had the breakfast burrito and it was straight fire. Amazing staff and really cute place. How have I not known about them!? 12/10 a must stop for coffee in cuse.

Its just a little hard to find. The street parking is next to a large-ish grass hill.But its very nice, and fancy.If youre in town, and looking for a quiet breakfast.Would recommend

Amazing coffee and even sweeter staff. Know how to pull espressos and properly clean machines so coffee tastes perfect. Haven’t sampled food menu yet but I will. Friendly accommodating staff that make you feel welcome. Space has outdoor seating and is set up with hand sanitizer and 6ft space markers. Go and don’t forget to tip!

First time customer, stopped in on my way thru Syracuse.Probably the best Flat White I’ve had in the US so far. (kiwi) Clean store, pleasant staff, good instructions at door to covid rules. Well done Peaks coffee Company!

Tried this place today and as I expected, it was awesome! I was helped by Kelsey and she was super friendly. Lots of fun desserts and the draft latte was so good. I love that there are so many vegan options too!!Also love that there are huge windows so even on a dreary Syracuse day it is bright and airy in the shop. Great place for studying now that theyve added more seating.

Solid coffee and super nice baristas. They serve an excellent cappuccino. I get the “Adventure roast” whenever I go here.The atmosphere is excellent in every way. Beautifully modern and clean. Love love love itOnly issue is that seating is limited and can be uncomfortable.

I’ve been to many coffee shops round Syracuse, but none match up to Peaks. The staff are SUPER friendly and very accommodating. I brought a friend with me who is a barista and he only spoke good things. The coffee and atmosphere are great! I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic service! Walked into Peaks Coffee Company and was immediately greeted. When asked about any of the coffee options, the gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. The nitro latte and peanut butter macaroon were exceptional. HOWEVER, what really puts this place over the top, was when I was leaving, I dropped my macaroon on the ground right outside the coffee shop. Immediately, the gentleman behind the counter, noticing this tragic event, came out and handed me another macaroon. Thank you and I will definitely be back!

Peaks is a incredible coffee spot. If you looked at there location you wouldnt expect to find a world class coffee shop. The staff there is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what they do. They have carefully roasted coffees and incredible espresso based drinks prepared on a slayer. This shop is worth driving to from any distance.

I ordered a large nitro cold brew with oat milk, and a large matcha latte with oat milk. $10.99 was the total.They bring the drinks to your car during COVID.I left and my girlfriend said that this is not oat milk. We were 5 minutes away so I gave them a call. They didn’t put any oat milk in my nitro cold brew and they put regular milk in the matcha latte. We’re both extremely lactose intolerant to the point where I’m allergic to milk.You’d think they’d offer a refund, gift card, and to remake them but instead they just said “if you come back we’ll remake them”For $11 for 2 breakfast drinks I’d expect a little better service especially customer service.We’ll definitely not be coming back

Really peaceful place to stop in for an espresso drink. We had espresso, cortados and a bourbon latte they were making and all were exceptional. We loved the way the folks who run it are right there and are so forthcoming with what is roasting and what theyre working on. We have read that the place is getting a subtle revamp and we wish them all the best!

Artisan roasted beans, served by baristas focused on providing the best product possible in a welcoming environment. Despite their expertise, there is no snobbery here. Also available is a small assortment of pastries from a local baker, and thoughtfully sourced teas and other goodies worth your exploration. This is my favorite local roaster!

The atmosphere is very welcoming. Syracuse drinks a lot of coffee and this is the best coffee in the entire city. The owner travels all over the world to find the best coffee beans and as a barista, he is second to none. If youre not into coffee, try the Pooh Bear or the Chai tea.

Sorry friends about the decrease to a single star. A coffee house closed on Monday is like a church closed on Sunday.Guessing that a mental health professional owns peaks. Mottos abound. Come enjoy the peaks and endure the valleys with us. Love is still the most powerful force on the planet. This new coffee house occupies a space in a new apartment building built by investors who love the return on dedicated, high quality student housing. The maple wood counters sing, Isnt it good. Norwegian Wood. Right on the corner of Walnut and Genesee, roll down a short hill to Mello Velo.

Had a difficult time locating Peaks in Cazenovia...found out the coffee house is actually located in the Town of Nelson. Once there coffee is fine, not exceptional. If youre driving along Rt. 20 East its a nice stop.
