Love the coffee and food here. I used to go here all the time for a quick coffee break during work, and have returned here and there since then after moving on. The coffee is some of my favorite drip coffee that Ive had, and Im a sucker for their black bean hummus wrap. They could overall use one or two more vegan/vegetarian options on their menu, but Im assuming theyre just suiting whatever demographic comes and know better than I do. Great for doing laptop work / reading / meeting with friends!

Great coffee, and porosity dining experience. Staff are knowledgeable, and assisted us with choosing beverages as this was our first time at this location. The bathrooms are extraordinarily well cleaned!! Felt like it was just built recently. Would definitely be returning next time we are in Syracuse.

Totally unexpected to find one of the best cups of Joe Ive ever had. The Ethiopian Light roast was dope as a pour over.

Cool space right across the street from the famous Niagara Mohawk building. The place now feels open and airy with fewer tables inside. Good coffee and nice bathroom.

I love this place but their new homemade almondmilk is not good to me. It tastes like I’m drinking nuts. It wouldn’t bother me except they are doing away with the old almondmilk. I am afraid that I won’t be able to go here anymore if they don’t offer the old almondmilk as an alternative.

We came here to work, eat, and drink coffee on a weekend trip. We had to write to say the breakfast sandwich (we ordered two) were BOMB. The eggs were fluffy, and details were to a T, especially as the price point was amazing ($4.75). That was on top of the great coffee. The staff were wonderful and welcoming and we highly recommend to any folks visiting from out of town.

Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of quality teas and their very own roasted blended coffees. And a unique and delicious light menu of food. Dont forget the great pastries! 😊

Coffee is great, small menu is great, just wish they had more seating and tables to sit and meet at- definitely room for one or two more. Great local coffee shop with a good selection of coffees to choose from. Also the energy bites are delicious...and you can get the avocado toast with a poached egg if you ask.

Good coffee and customer service. It looks a bit loved in the sitting area, which can make a cool vibe to some. Id desire softer furniture so I could sit a bit more comfortable with my beverage. Its a great location to admire the Niagara Mohawk building across the street. Planning on going back already.

Great caffeine beverages. Free WiFi across from a great Syracuse landmark (Niagara Mohawk Building). Within walking distance from most downtown locations, including Armory Square, Clinton Square/Ice Rink, and Dinosaur Barbecue.

This was my first time to this cafe kubal location I found it to be crane and the staff was friendly. I stopped in for meeting another group of people. Plenty of space, and comfortable amenities. Restrooms wer neat and in a good clean condition.

Lovely people, lovely atmosphere. Kubal has the best coffee in the city, hands down. I highly recommend the Sumatra or midnight oil roasts. Also, they only have it seasonally, but if youre in during fall and winter, try their soups. Different option every day but always unique and delicious.

They love it when I bring in my own cup! I encourage people to do the same. Put a smile on the face of the baristas.

This is the coffee shop I go to when I meet with one of our pastors because it is close to our church and the coffee is great. It has a pretty good selection of foods to eat with your coffee or tea, and you can buy a variety of their coffee beans to take home and brew yourself. The cafe has a good amount of seating and the staff are very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this cafe in downtown Syracuse! I was looking for a quick bite to eat while taking a class nearby and Cafe Kubal was recommended to me by a classmate. The staff was super friendly, the wait was minimal, and my black bean hummus tomato wrap was delicious and filling! I will recommend Cafe Kubal to anyone looking for a nice place to get a coffee and bite to eat in the city!

Not as classy as the downtown location but the same great Kubal Coffee. The decor is more rustic but trendy. Not typically crowded and there is usually street parking so a good place to meet people or hang out to get some work done.

Excellent coffee and pastries but the ambiance is destroyed by rapp music. Cant stand staying longer than 15 minutes because of that. Hopefully they can improve on this point.

Great oat cappuccino. Great sandwich. Doesnt need to be much more than that. Music playing was 8bit video game-ish. Pretty pleasant.

Have only been here once...not much data. Place was clean enough. Counter staff competent but not really welcoming or involved. Barista poured a real good shot, though the blend was about average.

The staff and coffee is very good. But, I’ve gone in on multiple occasions and the music has been a bit loud and the music was like nightclub music..... I just would’ve assumed they would have the music volume at least a little bit lower so students could study there or business partners could hear each other..

Good lattes, quality espresso. The espresso was smooth enough that my iced latte was delicious without any syrups. However, not the best environment.

Best coffee I have ever had. Try a pour over of the Brazil roast. I normally put a single sugar in my homebrew but Ill take their roast straight out of the pot. Also the upstate grinder is a delightful surprise. I never thought that combination would taste good, imagine an apple pie with bacon!

My favorite place to bring a laptop and get some work done. The Baristas are friendly, theres some healthy food options, and the coffee and tea selection is large. I always go back to their turmeric ginger tea, so good!

Excellent coffee, and the deserts appear quite delicious. One thing that bothers me about this and similar coffee houses are the number of people that buy one beverage, and then set up their office for a few hours to soak up some free wifi. Cant help but wonder if our drinks might be a little more reasonably priced if this werent allowed to happen.

Waited about 13 minutes for a basic breakfast sandwich. Not many customers around. Sandwich was okay.

Nice cafe with good coffee and food, overlooking a classy Art Deco building in revitalizing Syracuse downtown. Cafe Kubal has a couple locations, all of which have good coffee, but this is our favorite atmosphere.

You wont be able to easily see the creek. However, this Kubal stands in the center of an exciting district in Syracuse, near Dinosaur BBQ and Apizza Regionale. The staff are totally Kubal, pleasant and good at conversation. The space has great windows for people watching salary workers arriving and departing from National Grid. I especially like a chalk drawing of espresso machines by Peter Pullen. The south door leads into a pretty good convenience store, so get coffee, get a snack, take a break.

Excellent coffee - both smooth and richly flavorful. I go out of my way to stop here for a half-caff Americano and they get it right every time.
