We had our first chocolate moose cake 🍰 for the first time and it was delicious. We also had some chocolate cookies - menu had a lot of stuff to look and prices were reasonable.Service was quick, ambiance was perfect to get in love with and specially that piano sitting back there.Highly recommended 🙏👏

We love this place when we need a celebration cake or want to indulge. The raspberry chambord cake is one of my favorite things ever and I dont really have a sweet tooth. Warning, it is RICH but very delicious. The Italian desserts are also very good. There is a huge selection always available. They also have pretty good coffee and a couple of food options but Ill be honest, we only go for dessert and coffee.

I like the lobsters tailed but they never really have it, prices ok some bakery dont taste to fresh 😳🤣

Absolutely amazing! Found this little gem just by map scrolling for a place to have lunch on Sunday afternoon. Best dang lunch Ive had in awhile! And took home a box of amazing pastries for the family.I was back again 4 days later for more goodies, were absolutely hooked!

The cannollis are reasonably priced compared to little Italy in Manhattan the cakes are good but when stored in the refrigerator the cakes do get hard so use a Tupperware to keep fresh

The pastry here is first rate. The selection and quality could stand up to anything that New York, Paris or Milan had to offer. I just dropped in for a cup of coffee and was stunned by the display case.

This is my favorite Italian bakery. Everything is phenomenal and tasty. You cant go wrong with the cheesecake. I have a hard time choosing between all the pastries or cheesecakes.

I order 4 beautiful basketball cakes. I have always ordered from here because the cakes are amazing. UNFORTUNATELY the cakes were given to me in a flimsy box that was cut down and had no top. During this time of airborne viruses this company has expensive cakes leaving their store with no boxes with covers. This is unsanitary and totally unacceptable for the amount of money these cakes are.VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This was an accidental hit as Im new to the area. Randomly chose this place on the map and oh boy am I glad I did! Picked up few pastries, cookies and some cheesecake, Im not even through them all yet, but that cannoli!! Holly cow! VERY delicious, just enough sweet, extremely fresh and crispy. Coconut macaroons are also to die for. Just fwi I used to go to a famous Mikes pastries in Bostons Little Italy and it doesnt even stand near these cannolis! Totally recommend!!!

Really good pastries. Sometimes they dont carry all the flavors for the cakes and pies so you have to order in advance but for the individual slices they are worth it.

Best Italian bakery around

The food is good, but the service is terrible. None of the staff seemed to know what they were doing. One young woman in particular was very rude to all of the customers in line. She pressured us to know how many items we would buy before we even had a chance to look at the options. She constantly rolled her eyes and was very short with us. All of the staff seemed overwhelmed just by having a few people in line. They don’t wear gloves, which is pretty unsanitary, especially during these times. Overall, I would not go again.

I had their Gelato and my wife had a coffee and pastry. They were all divine.

Located right in the heart of “Little Italy” is this quaint little cafe. The food is totally authentic, the deserts taste amazing, and the staff is friendly. Their half-moon cookies are to die for! I may sound like a coffee-addict but I enjoyed their coffee so much that I had to go for seconds!

I paid for a chocolate whip cream frozen strawberry cake not a a vanilla DRY half strawberry cake. I had a conversation with Ashley with a cake I bought same day I picked up the 24th that was a white cake with chocolate mouse and it was very dry as well but at least it was the correct flavor. This is ridiculous we have gotten all are cakes since 2006 when I had my sweet 15th and my niece that had her sweet 15th cake that was Alison in wonderland 4 tier for 1000 my WHOLE FAMILY has always gone here every Birthday. To think I was willing to spend 1000 and up for my wedding cake here.We will never be going back.

Ive tried several of their pastries, all were very good, tasting as delicious as they looked ( unlike some other bakeries). I bought a Chambord Cake a few weeks ago, it was beautiful and loved by all.

I came to pick up the cake I ordered but I dont know what happened, it took them a while to look for my order and came back with this cake. I ordered this for my husband on his 40th birthday, the carrot cake was just flattened to put the greetings on, was my order got missed?! The cake was delicious but presentation doesnt look nice.

When I have visitors come to town, I try to include a visit here to Biscottis. I show off the wonderful baked goods here and we sit with coffee and just enjoy a complete treat. Its fantastic.

There is no other place like Biscottis. From sandwiches, gelato and their baked goods, they are the best. Tiramisu cake, eclairs, any Italian cookie and cheesecake. Anything you can think of is perfect. If youre planning a wedding, birthday, anniversary you need a cake from Biscottis.

Phenomenal customer service. We choose Biscotti’s for all of our family events (weddings, baptisms, birthdays). Ordered a custom cake for our daughters first birthday this weekend and the end result blew us away. The presentation completely exceeded expectations, and the taste was of course great as always. The level of customer service that the owner and his staff carry out is by far the best I have experienced as a customer and I plan to continue to order from Biscotti for all upcoming events. Highly recommend.

This place is an absolute joke!!! So are most of the workers!!! Not recommended my family has never had good experience here and we have gone a few times to give it a chance ugghh ya right. I came in to eat lunch with my mom once and heard one of bosses yelling at their staff very loud and mean. Everyone their usually acts like they dont have time for you and are sometimes rude and condescending.My advice not worth the $3 cookies!!!

We have gone to Biscotti for pastries and they are very good. I have never had a good experience there. Whether I have gone in for pastries or ordered a cakes from them I have yet had a good experience picking it up or being waited on. I have never gotten out of there in less then a half hour. There have always been people ahead of me, buying pasties, which is fine. But, when what it comes to my turn, these are the things that have happened. Clerk have gotten personal phone calls and made we wait for over 15 minutes or more. Then when I told her I was there to pick up a cake, which was past, the time for it to be picked up, it wasnt ready. This has happened many times.This last time really finished me. There was a coupon out for customers to get a discount on a $25 purchase, which I had with me and no one knew how to ring it in. I waited over 45 minutes till they could get a hold of the proper person to figure out how to ring up the sale. I still had a half hour ride to get to where I was going . What is the matter with people today. If you have something like that, they should inform their help how to use. I will not be going to Biscotti any more. There product is great but their service SUCKS. That means more to me than there product.

I was so glad to be introduced to this lovely little place! The atmosphere was perfect with quiet music playing and no TVs to interrupt the beautiful Italian style of the cafe. I had the best latte here that I have had since a trip to Italy👌I will be back for more😊

This bakery never ceases to amaze, with inspired designs, creative flavor combinations, and flawlessly delicious cakes, pastries, and cookies. My wife and I had our wedding cake dinner by them, and people still have about it years later. Their pricing is competitive, and you get more than your moneys worth!

Rocco is THE reason I go there! Any question you ask about the pastries/cakes/gelato, he can answer. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at providing customer service. Also recently ordered a cake from Josh who was very patient with my companys pickiness when it comes to cake. Pickup was a breeze with the girl there, dark hair, tan skin, I wish I could remember her name!! She was so friendly. And the cake was delicious and I dont even like chocolate cake like that~!!!

Was quoted a 3 tier wedding cake for 500 dollars, I was quoted at another bakery for 300 with better quality cake. Way overpriced, also they offered us a Styrofoam look alike for 250 dollars. I do not recommend any intelligent consumers to go there.

Awesome Italian pastries. Trust me, Ive been eating Italian food for 50 years. Loads of different choices in the display cases. I bought a 6 round chocolate cake on my most recent visit. My fork and I were very happy over the next couple of days.

Being addicted to sweets this is like heaven. I ordered three different treats and was not disappointed with any of them. During the time I was here there were no crowds and in fact for most of the time I was the only person here. This was a nice little treat for me.

Food, service, and value are tremendous here. So nice to visit a very personal, privately-owned diner instead of he chain places, and the quality difference is immediately apparent. You might have to wait a few minutes since Rise N Shine is so popular, but things move quickly and it is well worth it. Biggest cookies Ive ever seen!

I ordered a custom cake for my friends bridal shower. Not only was it delicious,it was beautifully designed. The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again if I ever need another custom cake!

Friday lunch time 2 ppl dining, 1 person ahead of us getting 2 lattes, 2 employees, that I could see maybe more out back. Almost a 25 min wait to be waited on. Pastries are always fantastic, but the lack of customer service is why there’s no one there at peck hours. Sad to see how far down they’ve gone.

I was blown away by the customer service before I even stepped foot in the place. My family and I were in town from out of state. It was my wifes birthday and she thought instead of a cake she was judt getting a pastry but the staff and Deb worked with me the night before through social media to get a cake ready for the event. We were able to sit and enjoy the amazing chocolate moose cake with the tremendous help of the staff. Im not doing them justice but this review but I was truly blown away with the awesomeness of this bakery and the quality of the cake was incredible. Highly, highly, highly recommend Syracuse Cakes!!

Front beginning to end they were nothing but professional, accommodating, and helpful.The quality of their food is unparalleled. You will not find high quality, more carefully prepared, or better looking pastries and cakes anywhere in Syracuse.Biscottis is a place you must visit and will not regret visiting. Their decor is tasteful and relaxed, serving delicate pastries, along side quality coffee. Just be sure to get there early for Sunday brunch, you may be able to find a seat.

The pastry was dry and old. There needs to be a sign inside to tell you where the line begins and not have the customer guessing. I saved my receipt today and would like an exchange on this dry pastry.

So far the service was good. Was greeted when I came in and thanked when I left. Lots of stuff to choose. All yummy.
