As a single mom I don’t have time to sit in the waiting room for 3-4 hours. For a good portion of it no one was working on my car, when I was fed up and had someone come get me they were all sitting outside a smoking, I was the only person in the waiting room. it took 5-6 hours to finish my car good lord knows why. And my car has been leaking oil since. Thanks jiffy lube.

**beware** I usually take my car to burt brothers but I went here to get a quick emissions and it was far from quick. Took them over an hour to get it done and then they couldn’t get their tool to connect and still charged us! I went back and they said my computer was bad (car was running just fine with no lights on the dash) and if I took it to oreillys their tool wouldn’t connect. That’s exactly what I did and their tool connected just fine. The next day I went to burt brothers and connected and passed just fine. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I told them what was going on and said it was against the law to charge for a service that wasn’t completed. Went back to jiffy lube and after a few arguments got my money back!

I would never go for any reason. I went for an emissions check and left with my gas gauge broken. I wont be going back for them to break something else, also I wouldnt go for any reason whatsoever. they also broke a gas gauge on a previous car too, huge headache to fix.

These guys are nice and do good work. They probably will try to sell you additional services but you can expect that at any jiffy lube. Ive gone here for smog checks for a few years and never had any problems.

Came in today to get a full service oil change, quoted about an hour wait. Asked one of the workers how long oil changes usually take, was told 15-20 minutes. Each car in front of me took over 40 minutes for an oil change. Lots of standing around, multiple workers wandering aimlessly. Incredibly frustrating experience, spent over two hours waiting. I will start going back to Grease Monkey, never again.

Got sent to 2 other stores before Syracuse. The guy running the show there was awesome!!! Took care of things in a way the other stores could not!!!

Dishonest, bait and switch.Had a “teen driver” coupon for $22.99 signature oil change.Once finished they weren’t going to honor it because my teen driver wasn’t with me. They tried to up-charge me on 9 additional “recommended” services totaling nearly $400 (that at honest places are not needed or 30% of the cost). They take advantage of people’s ignorance and profit off gullible individuals.Don’t trust them. Don’t go there. Really disappointed.

Great crew helped me with my 1978 C3 differential oil change and enjoyed the whole experience rather than just doing it myself.

I needed to get my car inspected and all of the Weber County inspection stations were offline. I called Jiffy Lube in Syracuse and received an immediate appointment. They were quick and thorough. The lounge was clean and even without a coupon the price was reasonable.

Very slow. $39 for an emission test, then $10 to get the renewal sticker.

Literally lied to my face. Gentlemen asked for my registration for my car, which I had. Walked around my car and came back to my window and said they could not do the renewal because the DMV took their blue stickers back. Why ask for registration and walk around my car if that was true. Lied right to my face. Do not come here.

There was a little bit of a wait to get my car safety and emissions inspection, but I knew I was able to register my car on the spot, so I didn’t mind the wait. Their pricing for that is fair and I also got to stay in my car the whole time, which was very helpful with my two little kids. This location is always professional and respectful, which I appreciate. They tried to sell me some of their services, like they always do, but my husband could do all of those repairs/services so I politely declined. I made sure to send a list of their concerns to my husband so he can check into them and fix them if needed. Just know before you go that they will try to sell you their services, which are pretty pricey. Make a list and get a second opinion before you pay them for anything besides your original reason for going in.

I took my car in to have an oil change. Typically a Jiffy Lube service takes 30-45 minutes tops, today was 2.5 hours. I was told people had called in sick or had to be sent home, all I saw was one car being worked on at a time while some were working hard others standing around. I have used Jiffy Lube as my go to for several years in Salt Lake County, I have just relocated to Davis county as I have to say if my next experience is this awful I will find another service center.

This was the worst place I have ever had to go to. I went in for an emissions and on the spot renewal for my daughters car. I gave them the keys and waited in the lobby. Over 2 hours went by almost 3 and I still am waiting in the lobby. Then finally the tech comes in and tells me the website crashed so they couldnt do my renewal and the emissions has been done for a long time and they forgot to tell me. I was disappointed and upset and I will never go there again. I went to the one on riverdale the next day. Terrible customer service.

Sent my son (who is 16) in to the Jiffy Lube in Syracuse to get emissions and to renew his registration. And of course Jiffy lube did what they always do and took advantage of him. My son knows nothing about cars so they sold him on a $92 oil change for a 2007 Toyota Corolla with 240,000 miles. In 10 years I’ve never paid more than $35 for a oil change for that car. They also told him he needed a new air filter and some battery work which he didn’t need either because I had replaced both recently. I understand jiffy lube wants to try and upsell you on everything but they take it to far and take advantage of people who don’t know anything about car maintenance. Frustrating when he just went in for simple emissions and renewal. Jiffy lube has lost our business for life. I refuse to do business with shady crooks! Also not the first bad experience with Jiffy lube. Just thought I’d try them one more time in hopes for better service. My mistake

I came here for an oil change. I drove up and the guy that “helped” me was not at all professional, helpful or nice. This was my first time ever coming here (and I told him that) and it was after work (between 4p-5p on a Thurs). The guy walked up to me and I said “Hi” in a friendly, smiling manner. He ignored me and asked if I had my registration, which I normally do as I always leave them in the glove department. However, the previous day I had received my tags and forgot to place the registration paperwork back in my glove department. I told him I left them at home, but could go back home and get them. He was very persistent and was adamant about my registration paperwork. I asked if he even needed them to do an oil change as I have never been asked for registration in order to have an oil change before and had no problem going home to get them. He rudely said, “No, I guess it’s fine. Go have a seat and we’ll call you when done.” I was surprised with his “I hate my life and job” attitude, but decided to ignore it and went into the waiting area. I saw two other guys drive aUp and he was actually nice to them and even walked them over to the waiting area and opened the door for them. Was he rude to me because I’m a woman? I don’t know, but whatever I just wanted my car taken care of and to be on my way. Once they were done he went into the waiting area and told me he was done. I then asked, “So did you really need my registration for this oil change? I don’t have a problem sending you a copy via email once I get home or bringing it back because I do have active registration papers.” His response was, “I already entered you in the system manually.” So then I said, “But what about my registration information?” He said, “I pull up people’s information from the system to make it quicker.” Which I then said, but I told you this was my first time coming here and I just moved here from CO so how would I have been in the system?” He just seemed annoyed and walked away. I was appalled, but whatever. I understand people have bad days, which is fine, but sheesh this was just too much. Maybe take a break if you’re upset about something that has nothing to do with me or others?

It was a fair experiance got me in fast and hit with the sales pitches every 15. Got what I needed, not the 200 more.

Save yourself $20 and an hour for an oil change, and go to Valvoline in Roy.

Ive used Jiffy Lube for the past few years for required emissions testing. While I appreciate them performing the service, they have tried to upsell me additional services every single time. Thats extremely frustrating and I may not return.

Last time I use this location, and probably the last time I ever use jiffy lube at all. I am not sure if the management is unqualified, or they simply train the staff to lie to people in order to upsell them, but I wont be a party to it again.Sent my wife to get an oil change in a 2012 Malibu. They refused to use conventional oil until I instructed her to leave and go somewhere else telling her that it would destroy the engine (they wanted us to get a $100 oil change instead of a $40 one). I understand that synthetic oil is better, and you can go longer between changes, but it is an absolute fallacy that conventional oil will damage an engine. It was a blatant lie to make more money.I have no interest in doing business with anyone that will lie to increase their profits. (They did the same thing to my step daughter, different location, a few years ago. Tricked her into using synthetic blend in my Suburban)I caution others to vote with their feet. Go elsewhere. This is a disreputable company.

Not one person knew how to answer any of my questions. Didnt know what oil needed to go in my vehicle, didnt know how many miles in between, and every kid there looked thoroughly confused and clueless. All of them were sitting outside doing nothing when I drove up. Made me nervous to even be there. Will not be back.

Dropped my car for an oil change and asked for the basic signature oil change. While I was getting it done, a friend was telling me how her daughter took a car here, they totally took advantage of her and forced her into a synthetic oil change. Sadly, when I returned my total was $114 for an OIL CHANGE. Turns out they played them same thing with me, said they used synthetic and I could use the $20 off coupon instead of the $15 off I was already planning on using. Looks like pushing the higher oil on people is a normal thing here. Beware!

Impressed. Got me in and out quickly for an emissions test. I actually forgot my wallet at home and told them I lived close by and it would only take me a minute to run back and get it. They told me not to worry about it, it was on the house. I ran and got my wallet and paid them but I really appreciated the gesture. You certainly dont see that kind of customer service much anymore!

I arrived for a simple emissions inspection and the tech said it would be a half hour which was fine so I waited. 45 minutes later the tech pulled me aside to upsell me and tons of items. I just wanted to the legally required emissions done. All in all, it was over an hour. Not jiffy, not what was promised, and not what I asked for. Hence, 2 stars.

For what its worth I went on January 2nd and Im pretty sure everybody was busy on January 2nd but this location out of all the jiffy lubes and other locations that are not jiffy lube was very busy with extremely long wait times longer than anywhere else. And as usual the workers are and can be a little sour. This location and Im referring to the one on main and where Angel Street used to be is not my preferred jiffy lube location. Ive had too bad experiences at this location and will now drive out of my way across town to go to the other jiffy lube where the workers and staff are much more pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I ultimately ended up getting my emissions test and registration renewed at a location other than a jiffy lube location. Rather than waiting almost 2 hours I was taking care of in 10 minutes. I just wouldnt recommend the jiffy lube on main and Angel in Layton.

Took my SUV in to have the transmission and differential fluids checked. The crew topped off my ALL of the fluids, confirmed that diff & trans fluids were clean & full, and replaced a defective radiator cap, all for under $25! Great service and good crew!

I was performing my own oil change when I found the last shop to do it had way over torqued the drain plug. I went to jiffy lube and they loosened the plug for free and saved me. Their customer service is the best.

They did my emissions for me they were very nice and they did an amazing job. I like going to the shop off antelope and 1000. Thanks guys!!!

Super quick. Nice staff and they were happy to have customers even though it was close to closing time. They didnt hurry me but were helpful and worked together. One of the better jiffy lube locations Ive been to.

Got my car registration renewal and was out within 30 mins they had seamless workmanship.

Quick service and good prices. Facility was clean and mechanics were friendly immediately approached me without even having to ask them anything. Service was fast, as and I had already pulled up coupons but they were aware of their own deals and had applied the same coupons without any prompt from me which is awesome. Was in and out in less than 35 minutes.

Jiffy lube really did what they do best apparently (based off of all the unsatisfied reviews I’ve read) and took advantage of me. They charged me $300+ on an oil change, emissions, and registration. They upsold me on SO much I didn’t need but they made it sound like I absolutely had to have it or my car would spontaneously combust. They talked me into getting synthetic oil, which ended up costing me $92. I’ve never paid anything close to that for an oil change. I went over the receipt with my boyfriend who debunked pretty much everything on there. I am so unhappy with Jiffy Lube and feel stupid for being taken advantage of like that. Jiffy Lube is an awful company that takes advantage of their customers and I hope people wake up and realize this. Be better.

Hit or miss over the years but recently have been pretty good. I just wish theyd stop trying to sell me a new windshield every time I go in. Im okay with a little crack in the front.

Came in 30 min before close. They were able to get me in and out quick, however they did NOT check tire pressure, they did NOT top off fluids, and they did NOT reset the oil change light. Not sure if I even got the proper oil change. For $100 for an oil change I’d expect better service.

I have long avoided going to these lube-type shops, but a month ago, I just didnt want to drive all the way to a dealership to get my oil changed.I regret my choice.The service itself wasnt poor by any stretch. They quickly got me into the waiting room and were able to get my oil changed in less than 30 minutes, so the time savings were there.Paying for your service at Jiffy Lube is very frustrating. They pull you out to a computer and then walk you through manufacturer recommendations for additional services you should definitely perform. They use a carefully-crafted user interface that highlights various things in yellow and red to try and induce a little bit of panic, trying to get you to agree to do it.Youll end up declining at least a half dozen services (if youre lucky, more if youre not) and then youll finally walk out.In my case, however, I experienced a very extreme drop in fuel efficiency (nearly a 25% decrease) and acceleration immediately after the oil change which carried on for about two weeks. I returned to Jiffy Lube, spent 30 more minutes in the waiting room, and then was told the oil filter wasnt properly installed. They re-changed the oil and put in a new filter.My woes continued for another couple of weeks, so I ditched Jiffy Lube and took my vehicle back to the dealer. Without telling them anything, they noticed some problems with my most recent oil change, changed my oil AGAIN, and sent me on my way. The problem was immediately fixed.Moral of the story: You cant hold Jiffy Lube accountable because they arent a real mechanic shop, so dont get your oil changed here either.

Had transmission serviced at Jiffy Lube. Go to pick my truck up, there is a puddle of transmission fluid under my truck. So they re-do it. Get it home truck sits for 2 days I drive it for about 70 miles get home Im leaking transmission fluid they forgot to put my cap back on. So get it back to them they top it off and put my cap back on.. Im still leaking fluid. I take it to FORD. Turns out Jiffy Lube used a after market gasket straight rubber ( not the gasket Ford says to use ) they over tightened all the bolts on the transmission pan damaging the pan. Ford tried to use right gasket and the damaged pan ( hoping it was salvageable ) no luck. So I had to get a new transmission pan. Out of a vehical for 5 days more money out of pocket to fix something that should have been done right the first time.

The Syracuse location was very friendly, professional and efficient. We will return to this location because of their stellar service!

Come to this jiffy lube needing emissions ONLY done. At this point in time I was next in line. The proceeded to shuffle around my car to a different bay. 45 minutes later they pull it in to a bay... They then popped my hood fondled my brand new cold air intake air filter and check all my fluids, wipers, and lights. Emissions on cars newer than 2006 take nothing but an OBD2 scan tool. The morons then came out to the waiting and said it’s going to be another hour before they would get to it for emissions. No wonder high school dropout get jobs at Jiffy Lube. Do not for any reason go to jiffy lube for anything other than a scam.

Please take caution and do not use this place,I went to get an oil change and was informed one of my lug bolts was stripped and needed to be replaced for safe driving conditions. I inspected it and found that claim to be true. Seeing as I have replaced stripped lug bolts by myself before, I figured it would be a quick job since they weren’t busy. I was quoted an hour and a half to do the job and 185 dollars for labor. 6 hours later, I was still stuck in the lobby, being told they were going to close soon and would have my vehicle finished tomorrow. The manager told me, “It’s f***ed up, we’re trying.” when I confronted him about the situation. I was charged 185 dollars to have 3 different technicians damage my wheel for 6 hours and was late to work due to their lack of knowledge. The manager refused to give me the information of his superiors so I could contact them about the mess they had put me in. DO NOT trust these people with anything outside of an oil change. Owner did not respond to my emails detailing the situation.

It wasnt too busy and so the service was quick... But it was the worst customer service Ive had since the Syracuse location was built. Instead of letting me know and going over with me what the outcome was with my oil change..I had to ask every question : was the air filter okay, what fluid did you fill up w,was my tire pressure..there wasnt a hi welcome to jiffy lube greeting...so sad .. :(

Very pricey for other services but just needed emissions.

When I pulled up, all three bays were full with my truck and another SUV outside waiting. A very nice technician walked up and introduces himself. Says it should be about a 30 minute wait, but hell keep me updated. After 30 minutes he came and informed me that a job was taking a bit longer than expected, but that he would have it in soon. At first I didnt believe him, but sure enough within 15 minutes or so my truck was in. The techs clearly were working hard to get everything done in a timely manner while still maintaining quality work. The tech was trained very well, since my truck is older and needs the emissions done manually. He hooked it up right away and started the emissions test with no issues. Checked the information with me and made sure everything was accurate for the registration. He didnt try to up-sale me on any random parts I didnt need and took very good care of my truck. Ive had a few disappointing experiences at Jiffy Lube in the past, but today I learned that there are still some good technicians out there. Thank you Richard!

I took my car in because I noticed my breaks were grinding. They told me it would be about 40 minutes until they could get me in. I told them I was going to have someone pick me up because I had an appointment and leave my car there. The guy wrote my number on his hand and said ok and walked away. When I came back an hour later it was sitting in the parking lot and I thought great they got it done. When I told them I was there to pick my car up they looked confused and then said oh ya I think the person who checked it said everything was fine. I thought that was weird because my brakes definitely had something wrong with them. They said they would double check so they went in with a flashlight and said everything looked good. I was nervous to drive it so my husband said he would drive it home. My husband ended up taking it to a different location because he felt the brakes were really bad. The other location said the front break pads and rotaries were very bad and needed to be replaced. The Syracuse location sent me on my way saying everything was fine when in fact my brakes were basically rubbing against metal. I will never trust this location again. I believe they forgot about my car and didn’t want to bother with it. This could’ve been a dangerous situation.

I love coming here for all my car service needs. The employees here have always been nice and helpful!

Id give 0 stars if I could, the employees are nice but they dont know what theyre doing, I took my car in to do an emissions test and that failed me saying I had no catalytic converter, I knew this was wrong seeing I havent changed a thing on my car since Ive bought it and Ive had it tested many times and never had a problem, I took it to 2 other mechanics to check the catalytic converter and they both said that I had one it was just in a different spot than normal so they told me the jiffy lube tech had not looked for it, so I had to have my car sitting for a week and end up taking it somewhere else to pass it, so they wasted my time and my money and refuse to refund my money. Save yourself some time and frustration and just go somewhere else.

These guys did a good job on our older van for us. They are well trained to up-sell you, so you need to be prepared for that. But I felt like they were careful and conscientious when I had them do the oil change, safety, and emissions inspections.

I was on my way to visit family and needed to get my car registered. I stopped by and asked them if they could do everything in an hour. There were cars ahead of me, but they were getting oil changes. The bay with the emission tester was empty. They ran me in to that one and I was on my way in 20 minutes.

The staff was friendly and informative, and the service was quicker than I expected.

Greeted by a friendly technician and checked out by a pretty unfriendly and borderline rude one. Pretty quick though.

Their was a minor problem after they changed my oil but after I asked Sean about the problem he immediately made things right. I have used this location ever since it started and I will be bringing my cars back again and again. Thanks to Jake and Brian as well.

Slowest oil change ever.

Shortly after having our cars oil changed at this location all of the oil in the car ran out onto the road and our garage. We called to explain the situation and the manager came straight over to take a look and make sure it was not related to the oil change we had there just a few days prior. As it turned out it was unrelated (balance shaft seal), but they were still more than helpful. They recommended a mechanic nearby and topped off our oil so that we could drive there. Great customer service.

If you want your oil changed and emissions test done, great any issues that they tell you your vehicle has take it somewhere else for a second opinion, this location has told me two years in a row that my radiator cap failed the pressure test and was holding zero pressure yet I’ve had no issues, I just went yesterday for my oil change and emissions test, they tried to tell me my 2.5 year old battery was bad, my brake fluid needed to be flushed even though I had that done maybe 3 years ago they marked on my receipt that they cleaned the exterior of my windows and vacuumed my floors, neither one was done. AGAIN DON’T BELIEVE A THING THEY TELL YOU IS WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Id leave 0 stars if it was possible. To be completely honest, Im not even certain my oil even got changed.I take all my vehicles to a different Jiffy Lube location but needed to stay close to home this morning. I have been to this location in the past, but this time I was in and out of here in a very unusually quick time. It was even more unusual because the guys working were not rushing to get anything done very quickly.Im almost certain the kid helping bill me out was high. I asked him very specific questions and asked if they verified certain items, he said yes to everything and replied with answers that didnt pertain to my vehicle or my question. After my truck was out of the bay, I went out and checked the items I asked about myself and they werent checked at all. I ended up having to go back in and follow up with them and instruct them on what needed to be done. Before I paid, I asked if they replaced my mileage sticker, he said yes, I went out and the old sticker was still there. Had to go back in to have them print out my reminder.Here I am, 2 days later, my OBD in my truck still shows the oil testing at 30% life (automatically updates to 100% after oil is changed) and now my truck is leaving oil spots in my garage. Very irritated and very disappointed with the service I received at this location.I HIGHLY recommend you take the extra time to visit another location. All Jiffy Lubes ARE NOT the same. Avoid this location!

Spent 45 mins waiting to have my emissions done & car registration renewed, only to be told they can’t renew the car registration because they are “locked out of the box” after they did the emissions. Tell me that when I first come in so I can go to a place that is able to do what I came in to do! Nitwits

I took my car in for an oil change, emission, and service engine light being on. First, they didnt have the emission machine and said they left it in somebodys car and havent gotten it back. Secondly, as they were rotating my tires they broke the lug stud and nut and tried to blame it on whoever did the last tire rotation. Well, that backfired on them because they did it. My wife and I have only taken our car in to this location all of 2018 and they did the tire rotation. They didnt take ownership of it and tried to charge me to fix it. They didnt fix it because I wasnt going to pay for something they broke and did. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I will not be taking our cars back there unless they fix and justify their mistakes. I will follow up with this review. The customer service was poor too. They were rude and calling me a liar. My wife and I are being honest and our loyalty should have been enough but they were questioning us without any reason. I post this review as a courtesy to the consumer. When businesses treat their customers poorly and dishonestly then they should be held accountable. More to come.

Been there many times for oil changes. I always use a coupon when I go. If they havent sent me one in the mail I go online and print one out to save a few bucks. I dont change my own oil since it is so easy to have them do it. They have other services I have taken advantage of like headlight restoration, windshield chip repair and transmission flush. Have gone there for years and will keep going back.

Went here to get my emissions done Tony was absolutely awesome they were quick efficient and they didnt pressure me into buying other things you showed me what my car needed and they gave me prices upfront of what it would cost if I wanted them replaced but did not have for me about getting them replaced which I appreciated great service will definitely be back again

It seems like they should take jiffy out of the name it is anything but, I have been to many from salt lake city to ogden end up being there for hours even to just get an oil change seems to be more than they can handle. My last oil change the filter was lose and leaked and I went back and they did not fix it so I went back and they had left the oil cap off and my last time I asked if they do power steering and they changed my break fluid,..all at different locations

I live just a mile away. Stopped in today they were not busy, dropped off my car I said I just need a basic old change nothing fancy I had a $20 off coupon and my bill was still $60 bucks? As I read the receipt it says vacuumed car complete um no. So not only did I over pay for a basic oil change, my car wasnt even vacuumed. 🤷‍♀️

Very poor customer service as I pulled into this Jiffy Lube, very slow to come and greet me. While I sat in the lobby waiting for my brakes to be checked and my oil changed, as my cars being pulled into the bay they peeled out then slammed on the brakes. This used to be a good place for getting my car checked on but I may not go back after today.

Not a ton of up selling like I expected, he simply pointed out that my brakes were barely within safety parameters and would need to change them soon, he took me out and actually showed me the brakes and the wear on them so I wasnt just going of his word. He even gave me some coupons to change them later. Overall a good experience, no hassle on my part except for the longer time it took. Id recommend this place.

I went in for an inspection to get my car registered. They got my car done quickly and got us on our way. While they did find a few things that they couldve bullied us into repairing, they just pointed out the potential problems and told us we would pass inspection whether we decided to fix the problems now or wait, but they would likely have to be repaired over the coming year. They gave us a few options on the potential repair costs, giving us bandaid options (less expensive upfront) as well as a few options with new parts or used parts. I appreciate their honesty; when they couldve just failed our inspection and forced us to pay for repairs and upgrades right then, they instead chose to give us all our options, including delaying repairs. I will definitely go back again.

I went to Jiffy Lube in Syracuse today for an emissions and safety test. When the test was over I went to drive away but my car wouldnt start. No turning over, nothing. Just dead. It worked just fine before they started poking around and the battery is less than a year old. I had the tech come look at it and they tell me its a bad battery and it is not their fault. The technician actually tells me that it was probably the result of the car being run inside the repair bay with the door closed. How does the bay door being closed having anything to do with the battery dying? So they jump the car and when I get home I go to start it back up and its dead again. At this point I am done with the Syracuse location so I call the Layton location and explain my situation to the Assistant manager there who was as helpful as he could be. He called the District Supervisor, some guy names Jeremy who says its all my fault without even talking to me directly or having my car looked at. I was givin a message to call his extension and he would get back to me in 3 days. What great customer service by a supervisor. I will never go there again and will warn everyone I know to never go there again.

I just took my car in to this Jiffy Lube location for my emissions and safety inspections. They were wonderful! I wish I had the names of the people working at right around 3 pm on July 18, 2015 because all of them were part of this experience. The first gentleman that helped us ran out to our car with a smile on his face and opened doors for us while finding out what we needed. We were given a half hour wait time and upon returning waited only five minutes for the car to be done. The next gentleman that helped us pay was very friendly and fast, we were soon on our way. He took the time to open our doors for us and as we were leaving EVERY person working said thank you and told us to have a nice day! I will continue to use this location and recommend it regardless of the fact it is a little out of our way, their customer service today has earned me as a return customer. Thank you for finally making a Jiffy Lube worth using.

We went there for a safety and emissions inspection, they told me once what was wrong, which was my wipers and a break light, I was thinking they were done so I told them to fix those things, then they come come back to me a and tell me the brakes dont pass, they seemed upset that I was not going to let them fix my brakes. I had a coupon and the employee told me he would only charge me half price for the wipers. I pasted full price for the wipers and didnt even get the coupons off, their attitude sucked.

If I could give them no stars I would!! I have been to this location for an oil change and to get a rock chip repair. They are slow!!! They try to up sale you on every little thing. It was raining when they did the rock chip repair. They said that they would bring the car into the bay to do it. Instead, I had to wait an hour until it stopped raining, while other people came and went. In addition, the repair looks awful!

Negative stars if I could. I dont typically take our vehicles in for oil changes but husband was out of town so I had to. I requested that they do the same as they did last time. They said okay, and went to work. When paying the bill came out to double what it normally is, apparently they decided to take advantage of me and use the synthetic oil, stating it was used on the last oil change. Umm no Ive never in my life have paid over a hundred for an oil change and they charged me 120.

Taken my car in for emissions and inspection. They always get it taken care of quickly and let me know of fluids that are low so I can get them taken care of!

Came here to get Emissions done for my mom, they got me in and out quickly, on a Friday no less. Their On-The Spot renewal wasnt available though. Being from out of state, I didnt know they didnt give me the correct documentation to take to the DMV. The guy helping me was too concerned with telling me my radiator cap wasnt holding any pressure And trying to upsell me an oil change when it was just done (at Jiffy Lube) a month ago.Fast forward a few days later, I have to drive ALL THE WAY back to Syracuse from Ogden to get the necessary paperwork. Their manager had stepped out with the keys making it impossible to do the On-The-Spot renewal that day too. 2 star deduction for the inconvenience of having to come back for my paperwork. Otherwise fast service.

Horrible customer service, as soon as I pulled up they just looked at me and seemed like they didn’t want to help at all. After I got someone to help he was very mono tone and didn’t seem he wanted to be there. I came to get my car registered and they wanted to replace my filters and windshield wipers which was just changed 2 weeks ago. Just seem like they try to take advantage of people and will get money out of you.

Good for an oil change. Horrible for safety and emissions. They will fail your car and sell you parts that are cheaper than getting it re-tested somewhere else. Bad radiator cap? Really?

Update 8/2020- Went there for inspection and registration. Quick service, I was in and out within 20 minutes.Doesnt have all the equipment to do repairs, had to do a follow up at another location for the work needed on my car. Otherwise, great
