I wont go anywhere else. They are honest people with great advice. They work with your schedule, the pricing is excellent and they are overall nice guys. They walk you through what needs to be done or what can wait and they do it without making you feel like a car idiot. I would recommend them to anyone for anything you may need.

They explained everything, answered all my questions, AND solved my cars problem without a costly repair bill. They never tried to sell me something I didnt need, either. Very satisfied and will return again.

I recently bought a new car, and had some customizations and work done on it. It was my first time, and I was completely impressed with every aspect. The customer service was great, the work was great – and fast! And the prices were completely reasonable. My only regret, is that I did not know of Syracuse Auto Works when I first moved to Syracuse. This will without doubt be my only go-to for all auto advice and mechanical work, and I have already recommended them to friends and family.

I bring my car here pretty much exclusively. Their rating on google is hard-earned. When my car is having an issue, they show you what the problem is rather than just telling you. The owner, Tim, is there every day, walking you through what happened to your car.I had a temperature light that was giving me trouble and I brought the car in for repairs. My coolant was leaking in two spots and the coolant had drained out of my car, leaving it pretty much empty. They fixed the leaks and topped my off, but when I got my car back, the light was still on.I called Tim and he had me come back, he fixed the problem, which was more than just resetting the light, and didnt charge me. They got me in right away and made my car priority 1.The problem: The coolant was so low that the floater got stuck and disengaged from the sensor. It was like a 15 minute fix. He could have charged me as much as $40.

Tim is honest, friendly and hard working! We bring all of our cars to him. Most recently, we brought our car to Syracuse Auto Works thinking there was an issue with our breaks, but he checked them and they were fine! No cost! He could have replaced the brakes at a cost, prior to them needing replacement, but he didnt! We trust him completely!!!

Went here on a whim. Nice laid back staff. Great customer service! They are reliable, quick but a bit expensive

They were honest and flexible about times. They told me what needed to be done on my jeep right now and what would be needed in the future. They were not at all pushy or condescending. I will continue going here and recommend them to people.

Called to have my Audi hooked up to Vag-Com to diagnose sensor issue. Lady on the phone said “ Yeah, we’re not really doing anything like that.....we’re pretty booked. You can call back in March and maybe we can help you out then if it’s still giving you problems.” Within this circumstance it’s a 5 minute job. A tech could hook up my car to the portable Vag-com system and tell me/erase any codes or lights on dashboard. Will not be recommending this place of business to anyone of my friends or family. Crazy part is Eli the owner of First Class Auto, who sends all his vehicles here for service recommended me to go here to troubleshoot.

Honest, friendly, knowledgeable service continues on at Syracuse Auto Works. I just brought my fairly new Infiniti QX50 in for an oil change and was very pleased. Working at VisitSyracuse in downtown Syracuse makes it even easier for me now to bring my car in for service.

The absolute worst service EVER! Owner Tim was rude with a hint of racism. $350 dollars and my car wouldnt even stay on. Told me it wasnt his problem and to get my car off his property! To hell with this place!
