Worst used car dont buy nothing form them. These people only want your money no concern for the customer. Sold As is is a understatement when engine and transmission break down after 2 weeks. They do not expect and work on their vehicles before they sale them even tho they have a mechanic shop. You be wasting thousands on a down payment on a juke car that you have to pay monthly for. No empathy for the customer in trying times like these. You better off going somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars I would I bought a Tahoe and 2 days later it caught on fire they wouldn’t do anything just said you have to file a claim with your insurance after I asked was anything wrong with the vehicle I was told no terrible place to buy a car from don’t recommend at all ‼️

🔴🔴🔴BUYER BEWARE 🔴🔴Bought a Durango here and had nothing but problems! If I could give it 0 or negative stars I would. He promised to fix it but never did. Broke down pretty much after I got it home which was 30mins away. I was still making payments on it even after that with the hopes of him fixing it. He ended up repossessing it after I finally got tired of paying for something that wasnt working. He put it against my credit. Wouldnt let me switch with a different vehicle. He got me for about $5000 not including the monthly insurance and registration fee I paid. SCAMMER🔴🔴🔴

I would not recommend Floyds to anyone. I purchased an F150 from them that Im still dropping money into. I was persuaded by the salesman that it was a good buy and in excellent condition only to start seeing problems shortly after I purchased it. They made no effort to rectify the problemThere are good dealers in sumter but in my opinion Floyds is not one of them.

My son Brought a pickup truck and Mr. Floyd and his daughters were very accommodating to our needs in finding the truck my son wanted with a good price to match. If you want honestly with a good press owned vehicle!

Sells lemons at rates 10-30% kb pricing. Kind while they are selling you junk. Rude when you start to question things. Google really needs a zero rating....

This only has a 3 stars because the girl that we dealt with was very nice and we felt welcome. Their policy about only test drive if youre buying today, is kind of skeezy to me. We tried to start a car, and the battery was dead. Their guy who checks those things had been out for a few days. I wouldnt choose to buy here unless you absolutely had no other choice.

2nd day with my 2003 Tahoe caught on fire definitely wasn’t advised about problems with the vehicle 😒

Bought a lemon from this place van didnt come with warranty BUT they wouldnt even make it right with us drove it two weeks and transmission went out!!!! I have 3 kids and I needed transportation they didnt even care if advise everyone to stay away!!!!!

I went to 2 different lots and none of the cars they have are worth driving off with unless you want a headache down the road. Not to mention paying $1500 to $2500 more than the vehicles true value. Torn interior, stained, stinks. One car still had the previous owners trash in the glove box. A big negative on this place. Also, I wasnt allowed to do a test drive because there was only one person there. Ok!?

Avoid at all cost!! Bought a total lemon from Floyds auto, was told motor & transmission were “ checked by their personal mechanic & in great shape” on the way home smelled burning oil, the cars oil was not even registering on the stick, I called the next day to make them aware only to be hurried off the phone, horrible shake at 50 mph. Still trying to figure that issue out! Avoid!

Didnt have my truck a whole month and it shut off. I called mr Floyd he was very rude and nasty. Told me he was going to repo my truck and keep my 3000.00 and take me to court. Dont ever go here go to the son car lot he is much better.

Bought a car from there and it started smoking and leaking oil within the first month. I think the car was wrecked on the front end and after a couple of weeks I couldnt get my door open. That car was a patched up job.
