I sent my son to get a vehicle history service report and a master spare key. Somehow miscommunication ended up between my son and the rep. They charged me for a master key and a diagnostic on the vehicle. Costing me $262.19. I was very upset about this. I ended up speaking with the manager Chris who was adamant about not changing the price so he told me that hes waiving the cost of the diagnostic and only charging me for the master key, and guess what he told me my total would then be $262.19. Also screaming this conversation is being recorded and I have your son on camera. Listen my son nor I had any intentions of walking away without paying the bill but I will also not be treated as if Im slow and dont understand what just happened. Ive been dealing with these people for 7 years so its not like I had no intentions on returning. Prior to speaking with the manager the rep told us the key itself was $164 after taxes. I feel like Ive just been swindled. And manager Chris hung up in my face 7 years of service I can say I wont be returning.Yes Im sure thats recorded too.

Overall very smooth experience, fast service and were able to get me the car I wanted in the color I wanted within just 3 days. There was a slight communication problem with paperwork, as I was registering the car in another state however they were able to ship me the paperwork as fast as possible and were very responsive with any problems I had.

The sales staff was excellent. I have had issues with the service department so far. When I bought the car, the the Engine Start/Stop button was white when i pressed the brake and stayed white after I started the Engine. The next day during a ride to Sumter, something changed the Engine Start/Stop button to red. I have not been able to find anything in the owners manual that talk about the button changing to red so I called the service department and did not get a satisfactory answer. The person I spoke with promised to call me back after researching the issue. I discovered last night that I missed the call. I stopped by today and asked the same question again. The person I spoke with showed me another vehicle that was in for service that the button was also red. That does not make either of us correct. I am still waiting for a better answer.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2022 Honda odessey. Our sales person was Donzell Metz. Shopping for a vehicle is almost last on the list of things I enjoy doing. I appreciated that they were flexible with communicating with me And my husband who is currently not in the area. I think we talked to 6 other dealers and ultimately were able to get the vehicle we wanted at the fairest price in Sumter. Actually they didn’t have the vehicle, but Donzell was able to order it and literally have it arrive in 48 hours. He didn’t try to upsell me into a vehicle that I did not want or need. The service department installed accessories for me and Donzell walked me through the vehicle controls and setup apple carplay. I’m really happily surprised with our experience. 11-14-20 As a female, for me, it’s always intimidating to ask for help and truth about what’s wrong with my car. This was totally not the case here!!! Andrew A was the most amazing help!!! The issue was with my 2019 Accord. The tire pressure error light was on. My husband had taken it twice to our local tire shop and all pressure was ok according to car and tire recommendations. They advertised and sold me a “Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro”, advertising it as a great deal. I thought I was buying a TRD Pro, but they ripped me off and sold me a TRD Sport. Shame on me for not realizing it wasn’t a TRD Pro and not knowing more about cars, but they falsely advertised and I got ripped off instead of getting a FAIR or good deal.

Im being generous giving this dealership 2 stars.I chose a vehicle yesterday that I wanted to purchase& everyone was nice & treated me with some respectas they should with all customers. But the problem I haveis after I had agreed on a figure & was going through thepaperwork. The sales manager slipped in an extra $500 fortaxes & $60 for license & title. I asked the lady what the& 500 was for & she told me taxes. So being the man that Iam, I believed her & I went on through the paperwork as It wasafter 6:00 & everyone was beginning to leave & my wife & I wereready to also. I had my wife with me (shes handicapped) & weneeded to get out of there. After I get home & looked over allthe paperwork, I realized the sales manager had added an extra$560 into the total cost of the car. When I left out the door I wasready to give them a fine review but now I realized I was rooked.Please take your time to read over all the paperwork carefully sothis doesnt happen to you. So buyer beware!

Very rude customer service...the lady at the service department was so aggressive. I came in for a recall on my airbags. She didn’t even say hello she just started saying your car needs so much work!! I said ok ma’am I understand but I don’t drive this car. You all called me in and said it was a recall she then said well I just wanted to let you know because if you go out here and something happens to you it’s not our fault. We don’t want you to be a liability! What?!? Where has customer service gone these days. Never will I return here again and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t. Very unprofessional

Freedom Honda has a group of amazing individuals. The service people are always prompt, thorough and accommodating. Ive purchased three vans from them and have found owner, general manager and sales people polite, not pushy. Their customer service is superior and I will continue to do business with them as a result.
