I typically won’t write a review unless a service or product is either extremely good or extremely bad. In the case of Performance Collision, the service, follow up, and work were beyond excellent. So many businesses today are sloppy and there is no customer service.I recently was involved in car crash and there was significant exterior and suspension damage to my cherished 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I was afraid I would never see it in original condition again. On the day I received my estimate and again on the days I dropped off and picked up from repair, I was greeted by a super nice lady in the reception. She introduced me to Zack, who wrote the estimate and took care of the repair process from start to finish.Zack told me he would call every few days with a quick status report on their progress. All details were clearly explained, and he was very patience and answered all my questions. Every few days I received that call and all the way up until the day I picked up my vehicle, which by the way looks fantastic and drives like new! Thank you, Zack, the nice reception lady, and to all the techs who worked on my Jeep! You guys are awesome!

Zack and the entire staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. They kept me posted throughout the repair process. They also took care of dealing with 2 insurance companies and my car rental. I will definitely use them again if needed. I highly recommend Performance Collison.

Performance Collision has repaired both of our cars this year. Each time it was as if the accident never happened. The cars look like they just came off the showroom floor. I keep my BMW Z4 in perfect condition & I’m happy to have it back in that same condition. I highly recommend performance Collision in Summerville.

Just picked my vehicle up on yesterday. Agent was extremely friendly and explained what work was done. I was able to leave the rental with them. Very nice experience.

I’m shocked by the incompetence and indifference with which I was treated. Even if they were capable of helping me, I wouldn’t give this shop a dime.

I’ve used this place 3 times in the last 2 years and we’ve got nothing but great service at a good price. One of the only car places I don’t feel I’m getting ripped off. Twice for body work and you can’t even tell it was ever damaged. A+

I would give a zero star if I could. My wife was given an estimate and we agreed to have the work done. She dropped the car off on Monday and was told it would be ready on Friday. On Thursday they call and tell her they broke a few pieces and it was going to be $400 more than agreed upon AND it would not be done until Wednesday of the following week. I called upset and Ryan agreed to not charge us for the $400 since they broke the parts and didnt have them in their estimate. He said he thought it would be ready Monday but told us he quoted Wednesday just to be sure. Monday comes and they tell us it will be ready Wednesday. Wednesday comes and they tell us it will be ready Thursday. Thursday they tell us Friday. Friday they tell us next week. Wife told them that she would be there to pick up the car Friday at 5:00. It was ready. They said there was a mix up on which car they were talking about. Id stay away from these folks. If your insurance tells you to go to them ask your insurance for an alternative. These people are not honest and do not care to perform with in the limits of their price quote or their time quote.

Flat out just go somewhere else. My insurance listed this place as a trusted partner but I would not recommend them. For starters they did not meet the estimate for completion. Two they said they had issues getting the parts off to paint, then the called on the day I was supposed to pick up to say their paint bay wasnt heating or something. Lastly they didnt even review the job just gave me the keys and said where the car was. This place lacks professionalism. One positive was the receptionist was very nice. Work was fine in the end but if you are looking for a place that really cares, communicates and reviews their work with you afterwards, then this place isnt it. Keep looking.

They did an awesome job on painting different areas on his truck and his Leer camper shell. Very awesome to deal with, very professional and caring.

I don’t know how this company would ever get a bad review. They went beyond the call of service. I am very hard to deal with when is comes to a unprofessional company. I only deal with the best. If I could give them a 1000000 rating I would; however it doesn’t give me that option. Thank your wonderful team in Augusta GA and in Summerville SC. And much thanks to the nice women that sits in the front desk of the Summerville SC. She is the greatest. I am completely satisfied.
