Went to get my car looked at it was making a strange noise. Mo took car for test drive came back and knew right what it was. He fixed it fast and the price was very reasonable. The mechanic was very nice explained everything he was going to do and the price. Will definitely use him again.

Such honest, quick, and Grade A service all in one place. I called and got pricing on tires, alignment, and an oil change which was better than any other place in the area. (I called about 10 other companies) My husband went in with two of our boys which was hectic to begin with and the staff was so accommodating and sweet to our boys. They were out within 3 hours which is great with the work that we needed done. They won’t tell you to get something done that doesn’t actually need to be done and that means a lot. They truly care about their customers and they’re honest. Thank you Champion Tire! We will be back if we ever need anything else. Y’all were awesome!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was referred to this place by a friend from military. I really thought it was a good fit if she recommended. I went there because my power steering was leaking and they so called fixed it for 500. I left and had to return immediately because car was smoking so bad. The guy told me its just old oil burning off when they topped it off. I made it safely to sumter South Carolina but had to put oil in it because it was grinding and low in reservoir. I took back and they had to give me a rental because they said they fixed wrong part. They call me back and said car was done. I went there picked it up but still had issues with steering they said it was fine and I left. They wanted me to give five stars because they gave me rental car but thats no favor they owed me that. I called back to tell them Im still putting fluid in and car sounds terrible. he told me he is not manager no more they sold the place and he just works there. I told him I dont care if it was sold my warranty is still good and he said they will not honor warranty. I am seeking legal assistance now for this. stay away from this place it is no good. I am a veteran and I have been all over the world and never been treated like this from a car repair company.

I’ve had two new tires put on within 10 minutes IF THAT, I’ve had New breaks and rotors put on EFFICIENTLY AND QUICKLY, & Currently getting an oil change .. the prices are the best in town and I won’t go ANYWHERE else to have my car done but Champion Tires & Breaks, Khalid is super friendly, caring and helpful . Total idiots! Broke my wifes hubcap on her van then broke the tire sensor pulling off the tire and tried to give me a line of bs asking me if I had any lights come on....which there wasnt until they touched it. Still waiting for a new hubcap which costs 100 dollars to replace on a 30k vehicle. Spend more money elsewhere because the savings you get will have to go to fixing the stuff they break.

Champion Tires customer service and attitude is horrible. My daughter and i came to get two tires. Messy oily hands messed up my daughters light interior, steering wheel cover along with her middle counsel and when i noticed, everyone was in shock and did not know what i was talking about, but said they will clean it. So we were good with that. ( i did not know that the worker had already been in the car and if he had saw the messed up interior, i am sure he would have said something right away). However the claims to not have touch the inside or even have been in the inside of the car was said. When time to pick up and pay for the service that was done. Then we were told to come see the video tape that clearly showed them inside of the car and everywhere there were oil stains was everywhere they touched. So instead of saying okay we were in the car they decide to try to justify themselves even more making us as clients feel as if we were trying to hustle them, and short of a few words of saying it. That really made me upset because again before leaving the establishment they said they would clean the car out, now everyone does not know what was said and what was agreed upon Then decides to blame it on the tow truck driver. Then tells us that they did extra work on her car (that we did not ask for or agreed too) and we should be GRATEFUL for that(WHAT? REALLY?). I felt that the worst possible customer service award could have been given to this establishment and the arrogant men that work there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. So please go at your own risk. For those that know me i NEVER post when a bussiness had wronged me because sometimes the tone or a simple we apologize makes things better, but to think I want something or trying to hustle someone. Is simply not me, these people was just horrible....

They work quickly but they are a little pricey

I had a flat tire that needed a patch and to be put back on. The folks here were quick and efficient and very friendly. Great customer service!

Went in for A tire 2 and a half weeks ago and they plugged a used tire on without telling me and my tire ended up leaking air so I took it back and wanted it patched instead. The woman behind the counter was rude and wanted me to pay for the patch. They should have given me a decent tire in the 1st place. I dont recommend this place

I got a pug in my tire... which went well.. until I got in my car and my whole alignment is off! For a $10 plug I will now have to get a $100 tire alignment. I would not highly recommend.

I was 7 hours away from home and at 4:30pm on a Saturday I needed a tire. Mine was blowing out slowly but surely. This was the only place that had my tire and was open. I disgustingly paid 55 dollars for a used tire bc I had no other options. (Back home they are $25 including installation) The new tire got me home only to find out it had a nail in it the whole time.

In and out in less than 20 minutes and a great deal. Proud to shop with Champion for my automotive needs!!!
