Excellent job, as always. I have a 2004 Mercedes with over 100,000 miles, so regular maintenance is essential. Instead of driving 40 minutes to the higher priced Mercedes dealer, I can drive 10 minutes to get excellent service at a decent price. They are my go to for the next 100,000 miles.

My Audi A4 jumped time. ISC explained the work required and was upfront and open about the costs of the initial repair and that replacement of the timing chain and gear may not fix the engine. It did not. I was very satisfied with the level of professionalism by the owner and his support staff.

Staff were friendly and informative. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cost was exactly what I was told. Thank you for a job well done. I will be a returning customer 😃.

I waited a while to give this review as I havent had a chance to drive car any untill now. Iimport Service replace my water pump, timing belt, and all the other drive belts and all the front engine seals. I also did some engine dressing up,and they were very accommodating. The car runs like a top and there are no more oil leaks.Im glad I chose them to do the work.

Bill and his team did an excellent job for me. The 60k mile tune up on my Volvo XC60 was priced much less than the Volvo dealership. They were very professional and did a great job on my daughters BMW X5 E70.

I took a photo of my camera mounted on the windshield before they took the car in to be serviced. The mechanic didnt realize I was sitting on the bench under their carport service area. He had his black sunglasses on leaning back in the drivers seat when he passed by driving my car with my camcorder intact. When he returned my car the camera had been taken off the windshield and placed on the console. He said it was on the console when he got in the car, then he got mixed-up then stated he realized he was being recorded. DONT NEED OR WANT A BUSINESS I CANT TRUST.

Wifes rear drive shaft came loose and ripped through the gas tank. My friend recommended ISC since shes used them for 15 years. I had It towed there Sunday night and it was back in the road within 5 days. Ill take more of my vehicles there in the future and recommend them to friends.

The first time I used this business it was for my AC/ heating fan. The service was professional and on time. They even provided a courtesy service by Resetting my check engine light and asked me to return if it continues to come on. Because of that I felt very confidant on returning for additional service.

I take my 2017 Honda CRV EX-L and my 2013 BMW 128i here for service. Everyone from the front office (Jennifer) to the mechanics in the back are professional and take the time with you to explain the work needed. Quotes are accurate and if they misquote they provide you with a refund. Tell me another shop that does that? They are honest, reasonably priced, efficient, on time with their work completion estimates and they keep you informed with updates. What more could you ask for.

Replaced both serpentine belts. I was told by the Volvo dealer this would require removal of the engine so it was expensive. Import Service did the job without removing engine! IM has a new customer!!

By the time my 2008 BMW made it to Import Service Center, it was in bad shape. Not from neglect, but from the negligence of a local auto care that failed to put the oring back on after a routine oil change. Nearly all the oil had leaked out of my car less than 24 hours later. I wasn’t prepared for how much this was going to cost in lost work and unexpected auto repairs. Not only did ISC inspect every issue that needed to be addressed, they worked with my budget to address those most critical, they had my BMW back on the road within 48 hours! They also advocated for me with the other service center to pay for a portion of the repair expenses. My BMW runs better than it ever has and I would have no problem recommending Import Service Center to anyone.

I trust these guys to fix my vehicles.The price are reasonable and they dont upsale.

There expensive I provided all my parts for my Beamer and still was charged 1,600 for that time all in all I’ve spent over 3000 with them looking to find a good import for my two bmws that’s reasonable

That is because the technical competence of ISC’s service personnel is second to none. I am never concerned about whether or not a job will be done correctly and at a fair price, because that is just the way they do business. If I have questions when I pick up a vehicle that the office staff cannot answer, I am always referred to either the service manager, or the mechanic himself, who will take whatever time is necessary to give me the information I need.This business is operated with honesty, integrity, and competence, which is why I plan to continue to use them.

Two stars because they have helped us before with no problem. However, this incident was one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I brought my vehicle to be serviced because it would turn off after running for a minute or two. I was told I could tow it there but it would be two weeks before anyone could look at it. That was fine because I don’t use it. So, I towed it there and an hour later I’m told the battery is completely dead. Fine let’s fix that. I was then told it also needs an oil change. I was advised this maybe part of the issue. Again I told them to change the oil. The cost about $500.00 About a day later, I was told the vehicle appears to running after they cleared some engine codes. Great..... not so muchI pick up the car and as I’m driving out of the driveway it turns off. I limped it back and informed the service manager. I was told they had to check the codes and maybe clear them due to the new battery. Which remember, I was told they were Cleared earlier. I left the vehicle there and got a ride home. Later, I was called and told it maybe the throttle body which would cost another $700.00 At this point, I begin why I just paid $500.00. I called the manager and asked why I paid $500.00 and now I have to pay $700.00. He became very condescending and try to explain it to me as if I was 5 years old. He said something to the affect if your heart is hurting your blood might be the issue or maybe your lungs. I told him I didnt need an anatomy lesson. He kept talking over me anytime I asked him to simply answer this question,” if we pay for the $700.00 throttle body would that fix the problem”. He said no he can’t promise after that the tires or the brakes won’t work. Again he was being condescending. I was very irritated but I remained calm. Eventually, he just told me to take my vehicle because he doesn’t think I trust him. You are correct sir I do not. Wish I had recorded the conversation. I sorry that I don’t want to just throw money at you because you tell me I should.

I have sent my vehicles exclusively to Import Service since 1995. I wont even purchase a new vehicle that is not an import, just so I dont have to change mechanics! The work is excellent, and the fees are fair. Rick always takes the time to tell me what has been completed, and potential issues that will need to be addressed, with a pretty accurate timeline, and about what it is going to cost. This allows me to budget if necessary. I would always recommend Import Service to anyone looking for high quality workmanship with very fair fees.

They took my car in at the end of the day,(5:30pm) had it diagnosed by 10am next morning, and had it ready to pick up by noon. Friendly, quick and professional. Highly recommend.

They have been spot on for 8 years for my volvo(s). Brought it in this morning having just picked it up the previous day. When I drove it the check engine light went on so I brought it to them and they got me in first thing. Turns out it was unrelated to the repairs and they did not charge me for a new diagnosis. They also spent the time, about 20 minutes, to explain exactly what the code that they pulled meant.On top of that, they have always understood that I do a lot of the work myself. So each time, they often will let me know what repairs I could probably just do myself. And sometimes they will order the part for me and leave it on the front seat so that I can do the labor myself.

These guys are great. They never charge you for stuff you don’t need. There estimates are always on point. Great job!

We moved to Summerville a few years ago and at first it was hard to find somebody knowledgeable about Volvo cars. After different bad experiences including Volvo Charleston, we discovered ISC.
