They did an oil change for me not too long ago. Getting an appointment was quick. Same day appointment. Guy at the front desk was very nice. They were quick and did a great job. It was decently priced. Also, they didnt try and sell me a bunch of other services which is very refreshing. I would recommend every one go there for service. Knowledgeable staff. Very great!!!

Great service! We were in town & the car started knocking. We made it to Mr. Tire & the gentleman said my alternator was bad needing replacement. He gave use a couple options about repair & didn’t charge us an arm & a leg either. My car was repaired in a few hours. I think they took pity on us since we were from out of town & had a very long drive ahead of us. My car hasn’t been this quiet in a long time.I recommend this business.

Theyre batting 1.000 by my account! All three times my girlfriend and I have been in they have been totally transparent with the potential issues at hand and theyve fixed everything quickly and inexpensively. A lot of mechanics Ive been to in the past will try to pull a fast one on me, and while I admit on my first visit I was a bit skeptical when they mentioned work that might be required... but they quickly removed any doubt I was holding onto when they handed me the bill. Truly incredible mechanic shop. I will be taking my vehicles here for ALL future work required. Thank you all so much! BTW Tom and Preston are both AWESOME!

They didnt try to just run up the cost, they called me and offered where things could be cheaper or where things were more serious and needed more money to buy better parts. would definitely come back to them again.

My brakes went out getting off 81, was pretty sketchy. I was from 300 miles away from my home in Pennsylvania. I managed to get it to Mr. Tire and they were absolutely great. They managed to fit me in, didn’t try to sell me unnecessarily things, and did quick, quality work. 5/5-Stephen

We got a slash in our tire and needed to purchase a new tire. We ordered 4 new tires to be installed today by another tire center close by Mr Tire. Was called and said they would have to reschedule because one of their employees didnt show up to work. I told him I had a donut on and I was heading out of town. So he said come on in. Later they called again and said they didnt come in on truck. So we went to Mr Tire and Preston got us taken care of quickly and we were on our way. We cant thank you enough for your professional help. Would recommend.

Knocked the weight off my tire. Did NOT TIGHTEN MY OIL CAP AND LEFT BOLTS OFF MY GUARD UNDERNEATH. HAVE OIL ALL OVER MY ENGINE. HAD TO ADD 3 QUARTS OF OIL. AND MY TIRE WARNING LIGHT IS ON. HAVE CALLED AND NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE. SO I WILL BE RETURNING THEIR IN THE A.M. FOR A FULL REFUND AND TO HAVE MY TIRES BALANCED.

Fast, efficient service with lots of available appointments. Little pricey on the oil change- the advertised prices are the basic package that is strongly upsold.

These guys are great!!! Went it in after my low tire pressure indicator came on. Within minutes my car was in the shop and the problem was located. In about 20 minutes the screw was out of my tire, my tire was plugged and I was ready to go. Guys were so friendly and helpful to me, plus super fast service. I will definitely be returning whenever I have issues again. Thanks guys for all your hard work !!!!! Great job!!!

They are great for more tricky internal repairs. Stuff in the undercarriage, and under the hood. They are usually busy so call ahead and make an appointment. They dont do electrical work however.

I had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and now my car is back up and running.

I came in for tires and was sold an alignment over the phone. I do not have confidence that the alignment was needed. My tires were not wearing unevenly and the vehicle was not pulling. I asked for a printout from the alignment machine and was told they could not provide it. Probably wont be back based on this.

They told my girlfriend it was going to be 450 to replace the tail light of her subaru, the light alone was 350. After an intensive 2 minutes of googling while still on the phone with them, she realized the parts were only 150 and decided to get her car back. The elderly man at the register was rude and disrespectful towards her when she went to pick it up. Will never go to again.

Great place to do car inspections. Don Deeds is honest and a great Mechanic. My inspection passed but he recommended a few tires and showed me them. Love that they took the time to show me and not just try and sell me something.

This place did a good job of changing my oil. But when it came time to do an inspection that’s when it went downhill. The two men working there had two different opinions. Got an attitude when I went someplace else to get something on my car fixed. Nope! Not again!

Honest work and very curious

If I could give zero stars I would. I took my car in for inspection end of May and was told I had an exaust leak and needed to be fixed to pass inspection. Who ever did the welding/repair job to fix exaust welded wrongly and caused it to arc and burn out one of the 02 sensors to the catalytic converter. Not only that but messed up my Cat. Converter so it ended up burning up as a result and now hove to replace it and the O2 sensors which is going to cost me over a thousand dollars including labor. I will never be returning to your buisness, and will direct others to go elsewhere as well.

Had a loud squeaking/rubbing noise when braking coming from my recently purchased newer model Truck. Called in on a late Saturday morning, Had it diagnosed and fixed by Lunch time the same day!. Ended up being something very minor, so it was cheap!. These guys are very straight forward and are good at what they do!I would definitely recommend Monro Muffler for your car repair needs.

I went here because I had an oil change coupon with free tire rotation. I set an appointment online. Even though I got there early, they took my car right away. While they were rotating the tires, they told me my rear brakes would need changing soon. They asked if I wanted to see. They gave me a quote for the brakes but were not too pushy about it, which I appreciated. The only reason I did not get the brakes really is because I was not prepared financially to do so. Anyway, I thought they did a quick job and were very nice.

Tom is great and I wouldnt go anywhere else but Mr. Tire to get work done on my vehicle.

Made an appointment online, let them know it was likely an engine issue and that I also wanted my oil changed. Attendant called to find out what issues I was dealing with. I explained to him my vehicle would stall out occasionally but the check engine light wouldnt come on. He told me to come in and drop my car off. I received a phone three hours after I dropped my car from an attendant who told me the oil was changed but that there was nothing that could be done about my stalling problem because the check engine light wasnt on. He then told me I needed four brand new tires. I declined the offer for tires and went to pick up my car.Since my trip to Munros a week ago my car stalled out on me on numerous occasions and I found a reputable mechanic who was willing to take the time to actually diagnose the issues with my vehicle and not just attempt to sell me items and services I dont need. This Munros is just a typical chain auto repair shop where the bottom line ALWAYS comes before quality service. My advice is to find a repair shop not attached to a national chain if you want real service and not just some pathetic tire pushers.
