Checked if I needed front brakes replacement. Stated I didn’t. (Grateful for the honesty-no up charging, unnecessarily). Price value for an oil change. I have paid $75.00 for an oil change before by a big chain company. I was greeted upon arrival, explained the service that would be provided, offered water or coffee. Thanked for using them. Very professional and courteous. Would recommend this location anytime.

I like them their just way to over priced. I just got my radiator fixed for $900. I was quoted by 4 other repair places for 300 - 400 less than what I was charged at Mieneke. Its the convenience of them being right across the street from my house and me needing my car fixed ASAP which is why I got price gouged. But all in all Id go back again if need be

While other places were making me wait a day and would take 1-2 hours for a simple inspection. They keep a bay open for just inspections in and out approximately 20 min. Thanks guys.

I came here to get a state inspection, I was greeted when I came in, I was in and out really quickly. I will be using them again in the future if I need anything else.

They changed the oil and filter of my car, but they did not install an original filter. so my car was badly damaged.

Went in because left tire was shacking. They only did a visual check told me one thing to fix that didnt stop my problem. I had to go back and get a refund. They ended up putting my old part back on my car just to hear more noises coming from my car when I left.

Went there to get an o-ring put on my A.C. line and a charge the guy wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for $30 mins worth of work. I went a block down and got it done for $125. I saved $100.00

Machine not functional. Came for state certification. First was told mechanic was out would be back in 30 minutes. After 10 minutes was told machine was not functional. I have had much better service with this shop before.

Went in for a wheel alignment steering wheel was not straight when I left. Came back the next day checked again now the steering wheel is crooked on the other side horrible. Will never come back. Says it’s crooked because I have a level kit and that’s some bull was not crooked when I came

They changed my my front right wheel hub bearing. On receipt it states 1 year warranty. When I came back with bearing grinding once again. He states its out of warranty because of milage. Which receipt doesnt state anything about mileage.Also just got more information the part wasnt for my car. Found out with very little research. I have a 2005 doge ram 4x4. The part ia for a 2 wheel drive car. Part number is on receipt for proof.

I went to have my truck looked at due to the ac blowing warm air. I was told by you guys my compressor went out and my vale had a hole leaking the freon and the job would cost over $1,500 to fix. Of course I went to have someone else look at it for a second opinion and it turns out I only needed freon! My compressor worked fine and the mechanic couldn’t find a hole! Even after he ran a test on it! This place is complete fraud!!!!

I tried to pay these guys a good compliment but I cant. After trying to take advantage of my wifeI can take it they tried to charge my wife almost $800 to change a radiator Im not going to name drop but I found it for cheaper than that $350 to be exact and it included freon. Lets just say I wont be sending my wife to this man if you no more.

Contrary to some negative reviews, my experience at the store was a great one. They didnt push me into getting more than what I had originally planned. Baligh the store manager took me in at 5:55 when they were about to close and helped me out with my tire. I had just got off work and had a 40 minutes drive and was worried how I was going to get there since I know most tire shops close at 6, but Baligh and his staff were able to help me out and fixed the problem. They actually took the time to run a serious diagnostic on my vehicle and provided me an estimate for the repairs. So I decided to give Meineke Car Center a second chance I am glad I did. The new Ops Manager is great!! I came in right at closing and he was very kind and went ahead and serviced my car. They were great and gave me tips on servicing my vehicle. They have changed the place and seem to be improving a whole lot!!I must say I have never had any problems with any of the employees until Saturday!! The manager Thomas is a BIG JERK! He has no customer service skills, treats the customers with no respect and his employees with no respect! Both of the owners are great guys I have no issues with them and they have always serviced my vehicle. But if they do not get rid of that manager they are going to loose customers!! Thomas the manager was so disgustingly rude!

Went here today for an alignment. Theyre a RepairPal certified shop. Baligh is super kind, doesnt try to up sell you on anything, and thoroughly explains the work done to make customers a bit smarter about their cars. The technician working today(DeAndric, maybe misheard it) was speedy and professional. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The interior waiting area is clean, has coffee, cable, and Baligh made sure I had the Wi-Fi password when I pulled out my laptop. Even got a little work done. I had a great experience at this Meineke today.

Takes over 15 minutes without recognizing that I’m in front of his face... he then throws the clipboard at me telling me to fill out all the information HE should be filling out regarding my vehicle. That’s ridiculous, I left right away. Never coming here again, regardless of their prices

Came in late December for an oil change. No issues.Went in 4/12 for another oil change. Service was rejected because suddenly the thread in my oil pan is now stripped.Oil pan was alright in December before the oil change but drain hole is stripped now? Refuse to believe it. Bought new gasket and tightened bolt. No more issues, no thanks to Meineke.You can probably diagnose your own car problems before these guys can. Would save you a quick buck too.

It was my first time here, and it will be my last time as well. My experience involves the new owner, too. In my short time there I witnessed him try to push an uneeded and expensive service to a lady trying to get an oil change. She eventually walked out because she had enough of the shady treatment. I should have done the same thing. Instead, I stayed, and sure enough he charged me double for my service. I would avoid this place if you dont want to feel scammed afterwards.

Do not use this place for service. I went for a simple oil change, and got quoted for almost 800 dollars of parts and services that were not needed. After the oil change, I was experiencing my engine shaking violently. When I tried to take it back, to see what was the problem, I was told i need to pay a 100 dollar diagnostic fee and 50 dollars for a drain in the oil filter. Found out from a dealership, it just needed a tune up. Very unprofessional customer representative and a horrible attitude overall. Save yourself the trouble. As a salesman myself, this was the worst experience I have ever received.

Then Pathik, the general manager does not care when concerns are brought up against the rude guy Ken . Ken is under the impression that he “runs the place” when he’s an employee hired to SERIVCE THE CUSTOMER. Ken will tell you he’s NOT GOING TO PROVIDE A SERVICE WITHOUT OFFERING ANOTHER SOLUTION TO PROVIDE THE SAME ADEQUATE SERVICE . Ken doesn’t understand the true nature of “managing a business” for a well known place of establishment because Ken feels as though “HE RUNS THE PLACE” . Poor choice of management selection, the management criteria must be pretty LOW . This place only got the one star because I had to . Nothing prosperous will come to this location with Ken “running the place” .

They took the time to search what was wrong with my car and gave us options of what we could do. The staff at MEINEKE was super friendly and helpful with explaining things. We would definitely recommend their service and plan to take our cars back there if anything else may happen!

I have a 14-year old Nissan Altima that I bought 1 year ago. Since I bought this car, I always took it to Meineke Car Care for several reasons: excellence customer service, they are very knowledgeable, and they are very honest. Every time I had an issue, they were able to accommodate their schedule to take care of my car. The last time I took it there was to do the 120K miles service and do a flushing of the cooling system. When I went to pick up the car, I learned that they had done the service, but didnt flush the cooling system because it wasnt needed and Id be wasting money by doing it. Other mechanic would have just gone ahead and do it to make some extra money.
