Chris customer service has been great, unfortunately the mechanics who work here arent. The mechanics had a terrible attitude. I had gone there to fix my rear breaks / calipers and get a sticker for another. The first thing that bothered me was Chris had told the mechanic that my car was there to get fixed and my other car was there for a sticker. The mechanic gave Chris an attitude as if it wasnt his job to do what he was there for.After the work was done I was not happy with the service. My brakes came back worst. I came back to express my concerns and Chris went to speak with the mechanic and long story short the mechanic just made excuses on why the brakes are the way they are. I would recommend going somewhere else or the place to replace their mechanic because customer service was great, the work was not.

Great work on a ‘61 CJ-5 Jeep! Fixed a number of issues that a previous shop had suspiciously over looked. CooperMaiks spent the time to understand what needed to be done and communicated throughout the process on cost and expectations. Wish I had taken it there first as I know they had the correct attention to detail and wanted to do the work the correct way. Work included a full engine rebuild as we as a number of miscellaneous items... many of which they took care of proactively.Very pleased with the service and glad I’ve found a shop I can trust!

The garage is clean, alot of nice sign and picture reminding me of classic cars I use to have. The staff are very nice love the idea that they support US Veterans and Senior Citizen. Highly recommend !

I had my break pads replaced and rotors turned yesterday. The customer service is incredible! Mira welcomes everyone as if they are her own family! She offers food and drinks and always has a smile! The employees are kind and hard workers and are happy to be where they are. Such a wonderful family owned/friendly car shop! Great place for anything from tires, oil changes to engine repair and paint jobs!

There arent many mechanics or shops whom will sit and really evaluate your car- explain to you in laymans terms. They go the extra mile to assist with your budget and concerns. Especially at a time like this, they are looking out for the general public and tell you what its like to be employed or work for franchised/privately owned ”reputable” auto mechanic shops.I havent met two owners who genuinely care for their customers.I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Big fan of CooperMaiks. I recently bought a 1933 Ford Victoria and needed some mechanical updates and tweaks and then I found CooperMaiks and they were a perfect match. Outstanding mechanical (Sergio and John) expertise and guidance. They replaced the Holley Carburetor and revamped the AC system timely and for a reasonable fee. And they are still working with me in getting my Classic Car ready for a car show. Thanks to the owners: Tim and Miraquel Cooper.

I came here once for a quick problem and the service an price was reasonable so I decided to come again. The service was OUTSTANDING! Miracle was sweet, helpful, accommodating, and went above and beyond on everything. I didnt get the mechanics name but he was just as helpful and answered any questions I had.The work got done for a cheaper price than expected and quicker than the original estimated time.Ive went to the same mechanic for over 10 years now because he was honest and fair which is almost impossible to find in this field of business. Now I know another place that I can go and have that same piece of mind. Thank you once again!!

I finally found a mechanic I can trust. They are fair and honest. Their prices are less than half of what the dealer charges. I am a customer for life!

I would recommend anybody get their vehicle fixed from this place. Complete rip off. Lack of communication truck had to towed 3 different times back and forth to the shop. Spent wayyy to much money to get my truck going. Truck is still not drivable. Piss poor business.

Was suppose to use a certain fluid on transmission and used the cheapest stuff possible after agreeing to use the factory fluid. Was low on fluid, they did not fill it even to low mark so transmission slipped and grinded some. All parts where 300% mark up. Charged as if parts where oem and not the cheapest with everything. Increased the price of agreed on amount. Never having another vehicle going there again. Just questionable on knowledge uses hose water instead of distilled water for flushing cooling system. Muddy coolant water in two weeks. I added picture. Charges dealership price for shade tree mechanic work.
