Okay, legit this place is amazing. I will come back every single time for my batteries. All the employees were super nice, extra helpful, and fast at that. You never get that anywhere. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also, the battery cost was super cheap! No up-charges, hidden stuff, or them trying to manipulate the cost like other places. A legit business.

Purchased a car battery for my husbands Camaro in April and just had to pay $275 for another battery and a tow to another place because his car wouldn’t start. Thought is was the starter because we just bought this battery from Rexx in April! We were very surprised to find out we needed another new battery! Nothing like paying $100 for a battery and almost 6 months later having to spend $275 for another one. We have purchased here before and no problems. Very disheartening to have this issue!

Excellent and quick customer service. I had to replace batteries in my mothers mobility scooter. I called around, and Rexx, by far had the best price. In and out in under 15 minutes.

First time in I brought in a doubled up battery used for a UPS system. They immediately knew the batteries and found them for a little over $21 a piece. In about 10 minutes time they had swapped everything out and gotten everything back to a working condition. Very happy with the service they provided.

I got my car battery replaced quickly and at a great price! They even kept all my radio settings set.

So I called all three store Springfield Decatur Jacksonville trying to find a rechargeable battery that will compare to a regular standard Duracell or Energizer battery on run time nobody can answer the question tell me I would have to research it told me that they dont make a rechargeable battery that compares to the regular double A battery ask to speak to a manager I was told that there is only a owner and hes gone taking a golf cart to Quincy so they have people thats answering the phone and running the businesses that have no clue anything about batteries and thats what this place is called this is all they deal with is batteries kind of scary to think that they make battery packs and I dont even have no clue about a simple double a rechargeable battery!!

I needed replacement batteries for my fathers wheelchair. They were right on it even though I had just dropped in without an appointment. Rexx offered a similar price as some other places, but they installed them free since they didnt have to take the chair apart to do so. The other places either didnt offer installation, or charged quite a bit for it. I also didnt have to wait a couple of weeks for the batteries to come in, or for an appointment to have them installed. Great work, guys!

Rexx Battery Co was recommended to me, and has supplied my battery needs on numerous occasions, including for cell phones, universal power supplies, computer components and accessories. Their staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The batteries Ive purchased exceed my expectations, and are generally less expensive than their competitors! They replace batteries onsite too, including for cell phones, whose batteries cannot normally be changed by the user (there may be a modest additional charge), car batteries, and lawn/garden tractor batteries. They have a service facility located in the back, where your car can be pulled in for battery replacement. Recently, I purchased a battery to replace a failing battery for my mothers UPS, or so I thought, but it turned out that her UPS was defective. Since I couldnt use that battery for anything else, I returned it to Rexx Battery for recycling, and they refunded my full purchase price - I wasnt expecting my money back! I have always viewed Rexx as the best all types battery store, and since moving to their Clear Lake location have really taken their service to another level, including car batteries. Ichecked themout several years ago when prices were skyrocketing they offered reasonable, quality alternatives. Recently when my car battery started dying I again found that they had the best buys and bought a new battery there today. Yes they are nice, do a great job and make you feel comfortable dealing with problems most of use cant explain, you know the skilled computer nerd who makes you feel inadequate for not knowing their field, well they dont do that. But after leaving my phone over night to be fixed (cause the tech would have been off in 20 min and couldnt fix it) they returned the phone fixed but not charged or restarted so all the functions didnt worked. Needed to restart and charge a dead phone. Almost anyone can fix iphones now. What seperates compaines now is customer service, a fully functional phone restarted and fully charged gives you a 5 star, a 3% charged phone from a battery store that needed restarted to work gets you 3 stars.

The manager replaced a battery of mine when it wasnt their brand of battery no more, if you buy a battery from box stores you wont get the same service as Rexx. All of us are guilty of buying things cheaper at those stores but you wont get the service like at Rexx
