Theyll work on your car but it wont be cheap. $1,087 for a two axle brake job that included a fluid flush I didnt ask for. Over $220 to replace a bad washer pump which includes $70 to diagnose the bad pump. *UPDATE* After speaking to the area manager, he is refunding the service that wasnt requested and speaking to his staff. He also reviewed area prices for the same work and found that their prices are in line with this market. I feel better about the transaction now knowing that they care and will reach out to make amends.

Great experience! I had a nail in my tire on the edge of the tread & called an hour before closing. They fit me in the same day & saved me from buying a pair of 18” tires by plugging it. Moreover, they stayed a half hour past closing to complete this & only charged me $20. Honest. Hard working. Affordable. Pleasant. What more could anyone ask for?

Went because of a bad wheel bearing. Got me in first thing the next morning (I went towards the end of the day the day before). They gave a good discount and helped pay for an alignment after. They didnt tell me my sway bar link was also needing a replacement soon... as soon as I drove off, it broke. Went straight back, they covered the cost of it and repaired it immediately, very apologetic and wanted to do the right thing.

After driving a half hour out of my way I find out that a scheduling mistake was made and instead of owing up to it and trying to remedy the situation I was told it would not be rescheduled, I didnt talk to anyone at the store that I was at; they insisted I called a different Firestone, I made an appointment to drop off my car and not for it to be worked on and they are understaffed do I know anybody that wants a job. I recommend going to the Firestone in West Springfield.

I spent most of my life working on my own car so it was difficult to trust someone else to work on my vehicles. i took the chance with Firestone on a recommendation from my uncle. i have not been disappointed. they have been honest and reliable. They offer options to fit your budget with no pressure.

You have $ they will work with you on whatever you want. Apparently wheel alignment does NOT include STEERING WHEEL. Took my vehicle for alignment they aligned the tires which i dont believe and then the steering wheel is extra. This place is a joke. They told me the inner tie rod nut was stuck but did NOT do anything to help the issue. In fact they quoted me a price when I looked up the tie rod it cost 100% less then what they said it would.DONT BOTHER COMING HERE RIP OFF.

Im usually standoffish with chain places/think they wanna sell u the house, but what a great surprise! Very professional and I felt extremely confident and comfortable that they had my best interests at heart and only shown what NEEDED to be fixed and every thing was explained very good. I brought my Avalon in for a tire rotation about a month ago. Happened to be looking at my tires again today and I saw they only switched passenger side tires, not driver!! They had the car for 1 1/2 hours for a tire rotation which was scheduled by appnt, and could only get half of it done!!!Now I gotta goto another location a 2nd time to take care of this. Very frustrating..

Showed up without an appointment because I ran over a nail & my tire was almost flat. They fit me in between jobs & were very friendly. I ended up needing a new tire and was impressed that they didnt try to upsell me on more tires. Ive been going here for years & have never had a bad experience.

Great work, went there for an oil change at 7am no appointment the employee told they would get to my car by 8am and he was correct, a man of his word.

They took my car in during and emergency. They are a little expensive but the work was excellent.

All personnel go out of their way to help every customer for their auto needs. I highly recommend this site for any customer.

Just went for new tires and alignment. Rims weren’t cleaned, no new valve stems, no valve stem covers, radio doesn’t work now, presents to each key was erased. Never going back.

I had an appointment with a different tire store, down the road at 9:30 in the morning on a Sunday. Unfortunately that store did not open by the time my appointment was scheduled. They had customers and employees waiting outside. So I took a ride to Firestone on Boston Rd. I explained that I did not have a scheduled appointment with Firestone, but could they fit me in for service. They said no problem and were kind enough to mount my winter tires for me in a timely and courteous manner. They do nice work and I would recommend them for your tire and auto needs.

Ive also had great experiences with the Boston road location. The guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They are awesome and also take the time to take care of everything and take time to explain exactly what is happening to my car. I would recommend going to this one because Ive never had a bad experience. The location is always clean and professional and welcoming! 5 stars! Well done guys keep it up!

Do not go to Firestone they are con artistsThey will overcharge you for your vehicle and they wont even fix it.They prey on women and people that do not know about cars never get there credit card its a scam they will take thousands of dollars from you and not even complete the job.

After driving 40 minutes to the competitor, who informed us at our appointment time that we would have to wait 2 hours, we left and made a quick call to Firestone. Shaq was very friendly and told us to come right over. He squeezed us in to have our unmounted summer tires balanced and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. Reception area and restrooms were tidy and entire team was courteous and professional. Thanks for your help! Youve gained another customer.

Thanks to the city of Springfield MA for keeping the main roads full of potholes. I blew 2 tires at 7am on a Sunday wow. Lucky i have triple A they took care of me and towed my car to firestone. Firestone has a great staff took care of me quick and friendly, did not pressure me to buying stuff that i don’t need and explained everything about the tires and warranty. They even picked up the phone at 8:45 when the store open on a Sunday at 9am. Thanks guys and thanks to the city of Springfield for crime and potholes keep up the good work

Excellent customer service. I had a major repair done on my vehicle and the quality of work was great. Prices were reasonable.

I love their lifetime alignment deal. Good place for tires. Can sometimes be slow. Dropped my car off at 10 am, checked at 4pm and still wasnt done. I got called at 5. If you drop off and need your car back by a certain time, make sure they know or you might not get it back until end of day.

Always honest. Previous place told me that I needed a transmission fluid flush. Firestone told me that the other place was full of it. The transmission is closed and had lifetime fluid in it. It should only need periodic checks.

Very good professional tire store. Decent prices knowledgeable staff. Very happy getting tires here. Just be careful they like to sneak extra services in and dont ask if you want them. Like a full front end and rear end alignment that i didnt ask for.

Few years back brought my car here as it was the only place the tow truck knew of that would allow me to leave it overnight in short notice. Upon getting my quote my eyes rolled out of my head.Stay away. There are garages within 2 minutes of this place. They will rip you off, they will treat your car poorly and then youll wonder how a $200 job became a $900 fix because they found more issues.

I was impressed with their service. I had a slow leak n they fixed @ no charge. The stem on the tire was loose.

First time using this location. Stopped in for a vehicle inspection, very busy but got me in. Car failed for a license plate light and a side marker light out. Only problem was that they wanted $60.oo to change the two bulbs....said it would take over an hour. Thats a total of $95.oo for car to get sticker. I said no thanks, they put rejection sticker on and I took car home and changed bulbs in 10 minutes. I mean, cmon.... $60.oo to change two tiny bulbs ??? At least when I brought my car back for reinspection, the took it in right away and gave me new sticker 🤔 Wow...$60.oo to change two bulbs. 😅

Told I will be charges $19.99, was charged $57.00. for looking into my power window. All I requested was the window to be put up for the time being(the only way to get that was to go for the diagnosis). Two hours of waiting and car given back with wondow down. Went back inside to ask, the guy said sorry but he could do it, it will take a lot of time(and I assume another $57), so I left. Never going back there again.

Firestone on Boston Road in Spfld is fantastic... The service is great, pricing is reasonable and the service techs are knowledgeable specific to maintaining your vehicles.

Went there with a nail in ONE tire. Nail located in the middle of tire, thick part of tred, not side wall. Salesman tells me patch wont work and tells I need FOUR new tires due to it being all wheel drive. ( Although that is true in some cases). Took the car to another place...patch is easy fix, recommendation of two new tires and allignment. Took that advice, all is well. Will never go to this Firestone location again....

My battery went gone due to this weather, but Firestone fixed it fast and with a smile even if I did have a guarantee on it...Happy day for me.

I take my car here for everything with my car. They always fix the problem and I am satisfied with the work. They have not ganked me with doing any extra unneeded work. So far I have had great experience. There are alot of new people there now so I deal with the people I know and trust.

They beat all local pricing and installed my tires quickly on a walk-in and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Great staff and service.

A little heavy on prices, but excellent service.

I tried to get my car inspected here. They failed me for four lightbulbs that were allegedly out plus the windshield wipers were streaking and tried to make me pay $144 to replace the 4 bulbs and wipers. One single bulb alone would have cost $74 because they tried to tell me they had to remove the whole headlight assembly to replace it. I drove home with a rejection sticker, my husband replaced the only two bulbs that were actually burnt out for a couple dollars and didnt have to remove the headlight assembly, and it passed inspection at a more honest shop in Westfield. This place will try their best to rip you off.

My visit rather differentbrought truck in for a overall inspectionBefore inspection:starts every time drives fine no issues no warning lightsAfter inspection car doesnt want to start the next day.Jumped it but it wouldnt stay running. finally gave it a little gas idle at 2k rpm finally stayed on. took it around the block to gas station. didnt make it . truck just shut off. literally will not stay running.these guys are rip offs in my opinion literally. they wanted 800 bucks for a ball joint replacement for upper and lower on a 96 pick up. Ball joints retail for 30 for my truck a piece. labor itself 500 bucks with these guys. seriously ?? I declined the suspension work but was still asked multiple times . I guess since I expressed that it was way over priced and wasnt interested it didnt sit well.point is be very cautious of who you bring your vehicle to and be aware of what jobs actually cost to be completed, you can look up labor price and hr time for jobs online. For anyone looking to see the write they gave me for prices and labor il gladly show you just so you can understand this is facts not hate review, its literally a customer upset that there vehicle is in worse condition after letting them look at it. and for my issue Im having now to not have even been addressed in the write up shows either the lack of knowledge of the mechanic and he over looked it, or something fishy took place due to them only getting 10 bucks from me to look at my truck and not upsell for the suspension work.but for those who had good experiences again I am glad for you, but for those who have yet to try these guys, call around there are better options available and probably more economical.
