Excellent courteous and expert service. Needed a replacement battery for my old iPad. Did it myself a few years ago and knew that I would never attempt it again. Thank goodness that a Battery Plus establishment was located near by.

Got my phone(Google Pixel 3A) fixed here two days ago and just realized that the screen is not on all the way and I can just pull it back. The people there are vary nice how ever, my phone screen can easily be lifted off of its place ment. I would not get my phone here fixed again,

I wasn’t impressed the first time I went in there a few years ago but I recently needed a specific battery that nobody else had in stock. They had the battery I was needing right there at the register! Both of the gentleman I talked to in the store were pleasant and very helpful.

Found a RV deep cycle battery at a great price. The staff are extremely helpful and they know their stuff. You should definitely check them out, especially for RV/MARINE batteries. Dont be taken advantage of by RV camping stores.

Darrin was awesome! Didnt try to talk me into the most expensive fix (screen replacement at over $299) - talked me through the options and we decided to try and replace the battery in my daughters Google Pixel 4XL which is less than a year old and see if it fixed the issue. he said worst case if not, then I would just have to pay for the labor and not the battery. thankfully that fixed it and I have a happy 13 yr old again. the only negative was the time it took for the battery to come in since it had to be ordered, but thats not his/stores fault. it is what it is. but super impressed and pleased with the service provided and highly recommend!

Company sent out a e mail on a flash sale special one day sale there no coded the stores doesnt know anything about the discount sale.After showing the add to the salesman. He Was no help.He couldnt fine it on there site. Either no marking or coded number this .needs help on marketing

I was very pleased with the service I recieved at this store. They replaced my battery in my phone for me. I cant remember the employees name, but he was very nice and helpful. It didnt take too long, a little over an hour, and I felt satisfied with their work.The amount they charged me was very fair, too. I will go there again for any future phone repair.

Needed battery in personal trimmer. Dropped off so I did not have to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Came back an hour latter - not done. Had to wait almost 15 minutes. Little sense of urgency.

Spencer was very helpful and friendly. I had to return a battery that didnt fit and he looked up the correct size and ordered it for me.

I was extremely thrilled with how wonderful the staff at store #264. I needed a new key fob for my vehicle and not only was the price a lot less than I would have paid at the dealership but they made me feel at home while I waited for them to program it. I buy all of my batteries there too because I know they are the lowest price in town. Big shout out to Tim and Angela for being awesome!!!

I accidentally found this place while looking for a repair option for my son’s iPhone which wouldn’t hold a charge. Scheduled an appointment online and took the phone in..they got me right in and had a new battery put in the phone and I was out the door within an hour and the phone is like new. Fast forward 3 weeks and I shattered my iPhone screen. I made an appointment with them. My phone is good as new, has a new glass screen protector on it and I even got a 4 pack of LED bulbs for my living room! All for less than I would have paid a competitor just for the screen replacement! The techs working there are super fun. I won’t take my phones anywhere else when we break them! I just wish they replaced LED screens on laptops...we are the destructive sort of humans. :-)

Your service is fine, but your prices are quite high, exorbitant in many, many cases. I use this merchant in a pinch, as a last resort. Each store is different. One store broke my watch, then charged me for it. They refused to acknowledge their mistake. I lost a watch and, from my perspective, that store lost its reputation every time Im asked about BPB.

I took my splitter in to see if they had a battery for it. The guy tried to sell me one that wouldnt fit. I found one that would fit but he said to bring the old one in. I asked if he had the tools to do it with bit stated he wasnt going to do it to which I said fine Ill just go somewhere else. Lazy sales associates trying to up sell things that wont fit what youre looking for
