There is guy who has bad attitude, he has 0!!!! Costumer service I dont remember his name but it seems he doesnt like his job so find another one

My service tech Sonia was quick to get me in with no appointment and have someone quickly do an emissions test. I was in and out in 15 min. Only negative is it took a little bit of time for someone to ask if I needed help, despite there being multiple service techs in plain sight.
There is seemingly no point in setting up a service appointment here. They do not honor those appointment times. If they are going to operate first come first serve, they should not tell people they have appointment times. Then after a three hour wait for an oil change and tire plug, they returned the car without inflating the tire they repaired.
Sheehy service rep called to say my truck was ready. Drove there and... it wasnt ready. I could see that all the work it had told them to do had not been done. This is two times in a row that this has happened. Luckily I walked around the truck to check it prior to going in to pay the bill.I am not a happy customer.
Brought my car up since it was smoking, $660 dollars later I get home and radiator fluid is leaking from my car in the driveway. Take it back and the leak falls under my warranty and they fix the leak. On the bright side it could have been $1,300.00. They took care of me...
