Kent Childs, Shop manager was real easy to work with and very helpful. I had some appointments that delayed my picking up my car until after hours. Kent accommodated my needs with an alternate plan that worked for both us.

Had an issue immediately after driving off the lot. I turned around and they figured out the issue quickly, ordered the part, and had it all fixed by the end of the same day. Amazing turnabout.

First i wish i could give more then 5 stars. The manager is absolutely by far the most amazing man. I called at 745 this morning with a leak in my fuel line, they rushed my car in and got it taken care of for me by the time i was out of work today also worked with me on a very fair price and made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. I will be using them for all my car needs from now on thank you so much for helping me today you all are AMAZING. I definitely recommend using them.

I’ve been coming here for months and I’ll never go anywhere else! I’ve had a lot of mechanics try to (or succeeding in) jerk me around, and these guys never do that. The manager Nick is wonderful, does a great job at explaining in lamens terms while also teaching me a lot at the same time. I’ve had new tires put on, had wheel alignments, oil changes, my muffler and exhaust system fixed, and they’re currently replacing my AC compressor— all very affordable. I even saw you can do payment plans if the repairs are more than you’d thought they’d be. Everyone is quick and professional. Could not recommend this place more!

Highly recommend Midas to anyone! The employees there were not only incredibly helpful with the very little information I had (I was told my car may have been leaking anti-freeze), but they did it within 15 minutes! They didnt charge me a penny to check out my car since there was no real issue. They even filled my wiper fluid for free. Kind, fast, and friendly, absolutely no complaints!!

By far the best auto repair shop there is. I was having a bad day, but as soon as i walked in the door it all started to melt away. The front desk put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. The team of mechanics work fast and actually fix the problems. Ill definitely be back if I need any future repairs.

Simply, HORRIBLE experience. Charged me for 3hrs of labor when my car was parked & untouched for a whole hour and then charges me for 2 more hours for a job that should have taken one hour.

We went into Midas with a concern of a rattling noise from the breaks. The guys ended up checking it out, to realize it was loose metal coverings beneath the car. They fixed the issue within a short time period ! They were very nice & very helpful! I would come again & recommend everyone here! Appreciate y’all!

Sent my car thar wouldnt start offered to send it to dealer at their cost neglected to tell me what dealer told them about cost mind u I said my card thinking they were uo front then when I talked to dealership they Told me they told then my pricing and was under false ownership because they felt they were at fault so NEVER AGAIN this is car 2

If you want get GOT and I mean seriously I dont recommend giving these guys any business they will disassemble your vehicle for a tire plug or to do put a new battery a quote when they dont even know they have the job I seriously mean watch your vehicle these guy are scammers list price hard riders. They will get you for every dime and then some..

Oil change went fine but after making an appointment and giving all my info over the phone, they had me stand in the small office and answer all the questions again while the guy asking the questions wore no mask.

My experience at Midas was a very positive experience and I felt very welcomed. The Shop was very clean and Nick the service manager was very helpful in explaining my repairs. I will definitely be back for future repairs and I will tell them and will tell my friends and family where they can get great service!

I brought my car in for a simple oil change a week and a half ago. I just went to pick my daughter up from work, and the oil light came on. I popped the hood, checked the oil to find NO OIL on the dip stick! I looked under the car to find oil all over my driveway, and my undercarriage was saturated. So, I woke up my mechanic friend down the street, and he came to check it out. The 2nd thing he checked was the filter, which turned easily in his hand. He explained that it wasnt tightened properly. Now, my daughter is stranded at work, i have a driveway and undercarriage covered in oil, and have no idea if theres been any damage done as a result! This is UNACCEPTABLE, and i very much hope to have a productive phone conversation with them come morning. I will except nothing less than a do over done CORRECTLY!!! And an undercarriage wash, at least. When this happens, I will be more than happy to remove, or add to, this review.............So, i called, explained my situation and they took me right in and made the propper fixes. Very friendly and even eager to remedy the problem. I change my Star rating from 1 to 4. I would, and will come back.

On 11-26-2019, I stopped in to have an alignment done on my customer vehicle and was impress that the work was done right. As long as my customer is happy, Iam happy. Great service. Fast, once vehicle is done they also tell you if they found anything wrong while working on your vehicle. And theyll give you a price on the issue(s)they found that need to be fixed. Prices for an oil change are good as well.

I went in to get my front axle brakes done. Instead, they told me they were okay and did my rear axle instead. Now, I have to pay $400 for what should have been $200 repair, from a different company. Total spent... $670. Thanks Midas

There is a reason why my wife and I write unbiased reviews. Josh at Midas on Boston Road is a perfect example of why people need to read them. I called 4 places looking for possible replacement of brake pads on my wifes vehicle. I stopped there, as the wealth of knowledge and flat out honesty made my decision incredibly easy. We drove there In 15 min. Josh took the car for a test drive and within 10 min. he told me theres was nothing wrong with any of the brake assembly! How rare is that in todays world. Mechanics are trained at shops like Midas to sell anyway and upsell extras. This would have been a 250.00 to 1000.00 job almost anywhere else. Yes Joshs honesty cost him $$$ today but he as well as us will sleep well tonight thus all my future business and my familys, friends and even my customers will be advised to see Josh at Midas. Nice job Josh and crew.

I was here 4 months ago from Georgia, had a vibration in the front of my 2003 Ford Ranger, let me tell you, the management explains what was wrong how much it was going to cost and how long. I had two front shocks and a front right wheel bearing done no more than an hour or so. I would recommend this Midas on Boston Rd in Springfield, Mass to anyone proudly, thank you

Josh and his crew showed great customer service I came to them with a problem I had for months and I previously had countless mechanics see it and give me outrageous quotes for a minor noise I came to his establishment and josh and his crew took care of me as soon as possible test drove it, lifted it up inspected it they all gave opinions on what they think the noise could originate from found it,fixed it! in under 30mins and saved me $$$ I recommend every and anyone to his business fantastic service they will take care of you!

I always come here to get my oil changed. A few days ago my car started giving me some issues and I knew it was the catalytic converter. I took it there in hopes they could fix it. Even though they couldnt Josh went out of his way to shop around for me and found me a VW dealership that could at a cheaper price than them. Not many places do that. I recently moved to Ludlow from Saint Louis, MO. I used to do business with Lemay, MO Midas and was always very happy with the manager there, Chris was great. I went to the closest Midas shop at 1160 Boston Rd. Springfield, what a pleasant experience. The shop was very clean, they took me right in for an oil change. A special mention to Casey the manager. Im extremely pleased Midas has good people working for them. Two different locations two different states and the same outstanding service.

Thieves! I went there to have them put 2 tires on my car that I bought new some where else. After almost 2 hours I looked inside the bay area and they had my hood open on my car. My first thought is why is my hood open when they are suppose to be changing my tires! They then tell me my cars leaking oil.. My struts are leaking.. My rear shocks are leaking.. Im a mechanic! Not one of these things was true!!!!

Did the work but gouged me with.the price, over charged me around 300.00 I will never return.

Went to Midas for to have a broken screw removed and the mechanic got it out the wrong way and jammed the wrong screw in the hole and now my car knocks bad on the sway bar. I going to get them to fix this issue. The guy in charge had the nerve to say it had to be that way cause it was drilled like Im stupid. I went to metro Dodge right after and they took a look and said no they have to put the correct screw or it can damge your say bar over time. So rule of thumb dont leave until they show you what work they did

Went in for a oil change and to have an oil leak checked was told I needed an appointment ive never had an appointment before new manager said he changed the policy because all people were bringing him was oil changes and he cant make any money on oil changes then he looked up my plate number and said I had only been in there once before about a year or so ago so I mentioned the midas commercial with the hand lol and he said it doesent say anything about walk ins i laughed and went to pep boys they took care of me no problem
