The outside appearance needed attention. The outside ashtray was disgustingly full of butts and the sidewalks needed swept. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable.
Wow just wow. The guys here need a round of applause for how awesome they were. I came in almost near closing due to my work schedule and they were not even phased. They were happy to see us. David worked really hard to find a used vehicle on their lot that fit my needs and wish list. He even went the extra mile and followed us over to the other location so that I could test drive the vehicle he found that matched most of what I was looking for. He was super nice the whole time. Even when I was talking his ear off lol. He then helped get my payments where I could afford them. They cleaned the car up (it snowed a lot) and didnt try to rush us. They were fine with going at my pase which I really appreciated. I cant remember the other guys name that helped with the bank portion and financing but he was also really nice and very funny. His enthusiasm was very enjoyable.I very much recommend them for a nice used vehicle. I love my new 15 Chevy Equinox batmobile!
I called and made appointment to drop my moms vehicle for a recall. When I got there to drop it off there was no appointment for my vehicle. The tech was very helpful and did work us in to have the recall done and was very apologetic for the mix up. Service was done and they called us to pick up moms vehicle. I appreciated the tech taking care of the appointment situation so we didnt have to make a new appointment and come back.
Ill buy all my cars there have them all service there great place never had a problem
Generally if I have a poor experience I just do not leave a review at all. However; this was a particularly bad experience. I was experiencing an issue with my car and we called our local mechanic. When we described the issue he told us it was a known issue and to contact the dealer because Chevrolet will more than likely cover the cost. When we called the customer service representative was very unhelpful, rude, and acted like we were just trying to get a deal. She said she had never heard of anything like this and it would be $150+ to look at it. We actually picked the car up and called another dealership. They actually said it was a know issue and the repair was indeed covered.
Thank you Mr. Jon Brown for working with me and my sweetheart. I appreciate your honesty and kindness. We will be back to see you for our purchases. Nod to you sir! Amazing job.
I had an appointment scheduled at 8:00a to look into an issue I was having with my car. It was shaking and my check engine light had come on. I was called within 2 hours of my appointment time and they said they found the issue and it had been taken care of. Brandon was very informative in describing what was wrong with my car. Happy to have it taken care of so quickly!
Dont make the same mistake I did.I dropped off Emilys gmc acadia last Sunday night at the Chevy service department at jeff wyler in Springfield. I presumed it needed a thermostat replaced. I called first thing Monday morning at 7:33 am (they open at 7:30) and spoke with a service advisor named Josh.Josh told me theyd run a diagnostic test, which would cost $146, call me back with what they found and go from there. He calls me back that afternoon and says it is indeed a bad thermostat. To replace the thermostat, with the test included, taxes and fees out the door would cost me $802.He then recommended to do a 60,000 mile service, which would include a tire rotation, alignment, fuel system service, and transmission service. That would bring my total bill to $1592. I declined and instead, asked for only the alignment, which brought the total to $952.I was informed the part wasnt in stock and would take around 4 business days to arrive. Once it arrived, the part would likely be installed the same day and the service would be complete.Josh called me Thursday afternoon and informed me the wrong part came in (he didnt specify whether they ordered the wrong part, or the wrong one was sent), and that the correct part wouldnt show up until Monday. The car would likely be done Tuesday for me to pick up.I asked for him to call me when the part came in, so I knew the time line of things.I had heard nothing by Tuesday afternoon around 2pm, so I called, asking for some information. He said the correct part was there, and our car was the next to go into the shop. Why it wasnt the first one receiving service that day, I have no idea, being that I was already delayed once.He said he THOUGHT they had the correct part but wouldnt know for sure until they took everything apart and started work.Late Tuesday afternoon, around 5pm, Josh called me and said the correct part was there, but that the job was bigger than they anticipated, and work wouldnt be completed Tuesday. He said that they would be done Wednesday and would call me when it was ready to come pick up.I asked Josh if they would be willing to do the alignment for free (a $150 value) for the trouble of having my estimate delayed twice. He said he would have to ask his manager on Wednesday, and that he probably wouldnt allow it because the alignment is a lot of money.$150 after theyre charging me $952 for a thermostat and tire alignment, and keeping the car for 10 days. But its a lot of money.I anticipate I will pick up the car tomorrow, though Im not getting my hopes up.I come here, not to rant. But to warn my friends and fellow consumers to stay very, very far away from anything that has to do with the service department at Jeff Wyler chevrolet in Springfield.
Not professional at all went in fully ready to purchase a trail boss advertised online. Got there it took 15 minutes for us to be recognized by 2 guys sitting at there desk on the computer. Finally the guy said the truck was taken home by the sales manager. Didnt offer any kind of suggestions. Just its not here. You would figure if they wanted to sell a vehicle they would have figured something out.
Had a schedule 10:45 am service appointment they didn’t keep. Didn’t care about my inconvenience or my time. I assume Jeff Wyler’s time is more valuable than mine. Would not take a car from these people if they gave it to me. Look elsewhere for service and new cars.
Great place to do business. I highly recommend giving Daniel Frye a visit, he can definitely get you a awesome deal, and on the road in a great vehicle!!
First time. Wasnt impressed. Had my car for 9 hrs. For just a oil change and tire replacement
Got the car serviced today and the man i dealt with was great! He was friendly, great attitude, customer friendly..This is an Awesome place to get your vehicle serviced! The waiting area is comfortable with coffee and bottled water..they always a good job!
I guess they dont want my service. Last time i took my car in it took them 5 hours for a simple fix. Today i have called 3 times to try to schedule an oil change, talked to 6 different people and all of them transfer me, and when i finally got to the chevy scheduling department, the girl hung up on me instead of putting me on hold. Their online scheduling never works either. Looks like I will be going to beavercreek.
Tyler Lazio was absolutely wonderful
