Great service! Went to mattress firm looking to buy a new box spring and I was greeted by the store manager Jose, which was wicked nice and super helpful. My husband and I went looking for a new mattress today..We had been to a few places and were not impressed at all by the stores, prices or sales people..I had looked on line before we left and wrote down the places...Mattress Firm on Boston Road was one of them and it was close enough for us..When we entered the store we were impressed at the many different mattresses they had on display and at the prices..The salesmanJose came over to us and helped us right away..By the time we were finished taling to him and telling him exactly what we wanted and the price range he had one for us right away.He was very courteous and helpful..We bought the mattress and im sure we will be very happy with it..i even decided to go back in there next week and buy my pillows there..lol. We purchased a temporpedic mattress for over $4000 the store associate do not inform us that a different base would cancelThe warranty. We only found this out because we tried to add a base that was offered to us and were informed that this base would void the warranty. For me to spend that kind of money and not be informed of this is absurd. Mattress is great however o feel like this information is critical when purchasing a mattress with 10 year warranty

My entire experience here was amazing! I usually go into bedding stores with my guard up due to having been exposed to ye ol aggressive sales tactics, but upon entering was greeted with a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere by the store manager, Peter. He was very communicative and knowledgable about every product and sale within the store, and even went the extra mile to score myself and the hubs a fantastic deal on a remote control bed frame without breaking the budget.In the end, I am absolutely going to be mattress shopping here from now on, and if you appreciate honesty and genuine interaction, highly suggest you do too!

Was told to wait outside and we would be contacted when we could come in. 40 minutes later of watching other people going in before us and no call back. They do not care about you take your business else where.Edit: 3 hours later and still no call back. They only care about your money, the mattress firm in enfield is 20 minutes out and had great customer service.

I went in a few months ago because my family bought a mattress from them before. We talked to the sales manager and tried several mattresses firm, medium. We picked the firm. He sold us the cover he said we have to have it. Not like I recommend it but its up to you. So the mattress came they delivered it. The delivery guys were ok. The mattress was hard as rock nothing like the one we tried in the show room. We go back the next day our sides and backs hurting. The sales manager was not there, come back tomorrow. I told the salesman to have him call me, no call back. I go the next day to see him. He knew I was coming. He did not want to help me. He said sales are final. I never heard of company that doesnt stand behind its product or mission. No customer service! All they care about is making the sale. All I wanted from him was to hear me and offer me an exchange. I wish that he told us that the one in the show room your trying is softer than the one you will be getting. Anyway Im all set with Mattress Firm thank you. I will go somewhere else.

Was told by the store manager to wait in the parking lot until the customers in the store left so she could come out and get us in order to comply with pandemic protocol, which was completely fine and reasonable.What was *not* reasonable was the fact that I proceeded to wait over an hour in the parking lot while watching other people go in and out after me. I eventually called the store and was met with a startled response from one of the other sales people saying that they didnt know anyone had told me to wait and that they would go ask the manager to confirm and have her call us back in a few minutes. They hung up and I got the hunch that I was not in fact going to get a call back, so I left. Im glad I did: I finally ended up getting a call back *five hours* later from the manager saying theres no way she could remember making the promise to come get me since she never saw me before and I reminded her that she had literally greeted me at the door. Big yikes.At best, I could chalk up this bad experience up to a baffling degree of incompetence. At worst, I got the impression that they are completely checked out and dont care at all about their customers. Seriously, dont waste your time here. Theres another Mattress Firm in Enfield and they were awesome and normal.

Tyler was great and put me in the bed that was best for me. She really took her time and answered all my questions. When I buy another bed I will be looking for her.
