Its a great store! They offer 20% for every entire purchase for $10 a year. I downloaded the app and every time I go into the store I just have to pull up the 20%off offer. No more worrying about having coupons on you all the time. Totally worth it.

Great selection but they could use more employees, especially on register and assistance when wanting to order from online. Sorry pics are so close up. I was not planning on using them for this. Overall I personally like this Bed Bath and Beyond overall several other local one, primarily based on selection and layout.

Bed Bath and Beyond is such a useful store! They sell so many useful products and items. I like going here for a variety of things, and they are typically well stocked. The staff is usually kind, and I can find whatever Im looking for. This is a very good store that I enjoy going too. Overall, Ive had a very pleasurable shopping experience! 5 stars!

I always enjoy shopping at this store. It is clean and well organized. Whatever I wish to buy is usually easy to find.There is a very good variety of kitchen utensils, pots and pans, glasses, cups, dishes, etc.Also they sell bedding and bathroom good. All are very good quality.

The store does a good job of social distancing and it feels safe to shop there. The selection isnt what it used to be. It almost feels like theyve given up. (Corporate) But, the staff is nice and helpful and the store was clean.

I always forget about the store so when I remember it and end up going there Im always so glad that I did. I can base this on the fact that I end up spending much more time there than I anticipated and also I buy whatever I was looking for plus three or four more items. Always a pleasant experience!

Every time I walk into this store location, I always seem to find Eric on the floor easily. I am a beyond+ member so you know for sure I come shopping here a lot. When I first moved here, I had a new house to fill. He was more than willing to help me carry the heavier stuff to my car. Didn’t even have to ask, he was just being a gentleman. 3 years goes by and I’m still shopping here for my household needs. He’s constantly working and helping customers with great attitude. I personally always ask him questions because I know I will get the answer I’m hoping for. He’s very efficient and knows where his products are. He would even help me go look for it in the back, come find me as I’m shopping around the store, to let know he had placed that item at customer service waiting for me. You guys got yourself a great manager here! Thanks Eric!!!

I’m giving this Bed Bath & Beyond location five stars specifically for their customer service / returns personnel. The couple of times I’ve had to return items, they were very present, attentive, knowledgeable, and communicative during the process. I felt like I was heard, understood, and taken care of in a timely manner. Not always the case in every establishment!

This place has a lot of good stuff in it but way way way overpriced you can get anything from the store online for at least 50% cheaper and so they have the coupon youre still paying at the but for things that you can find anywhere else for half the price they just have a better selection some places but if you go on the onlineservices now since the pandemic you can get anything that they sell at a cheaper price I purchased for a birthday present a little wicker baskets trash can and it was $35 and I still cant believe that I actually paid for that thing and it had a like a liner in it and she told me that was an additional $35 $70 for a new more than 7 and 8 inch by 10 inch little teeny wicker trash can go to Walmart go to the dollar store and you get the same quality is that wicker $35 it just was a ripoff its definitely overpriced

Very easy shopping on line. Easy pick up at store just park close to store and hit Im here on the email they send you. open your trunk and they bring you order out and put in your trunk and leave great idea.

The location in Springfield is closing .The store was picked clean by the time we visited. We are big fans of BBB..unfortunately they are leaving this location!

Horrible store and help. Managers horrible. Help just stands around. Managers are not helpful with merchandise questions. Never again! They messed up my curbside pickup and it took 3 weeks for my package to arrive. I will never set my foot in that Springfield store again!

I was shocked and dismayed when I went to this store To shop this week.I haven’t shopped since Covid restrictions began.It was extremely dirty, items for sale, all over the shelves and floor. The stock was very low. Empty shelves all over.When we checked out, there was one register open and 8 people in line waiting to check out. After waiting quite a while, I asked if they would open more registers. Suddenly 3 cashiers reluctantly show up to ring. One of them even answered the manager back when he tried to move them along.Really disappointing experience.Hope this helps to bring attention to this store to get remedied.

Lots of clearance items. Smaller than most of the locations in this area. Visited 2 hours before closing and some shelves needed straightening. One sales person on floor who was helpful in locating an item. Person behind customer service desk thanked us as we were leaving as well as wished us a good night. Great!!

BB&B is my Toys R Us! I love this place. I can usually find what I came in for and also a little something extra. I rarely go there and leave empty handed. Always check the clearance section. You can find great deals if you look try or them.

Customer service counter employees look down on the customers. Brought in an appliance with a receipt in an unopened box and the employee tried to tell me she didnt think I could return it without even scanning the receipt or item. Mind Blown! I can spend my money here but whenever I end up at customer service for some reason, I leave feeling like my patronage is less valued than that of customers not of color. I had to insist that she would even look up the item or receipt, since that is common practice. And what do you know? Item found without incident. Money returned to card. The computer seemed to not judge me by appearance. If only people would.

If you look through my radios I do not give red ratings at all. However this store deserves no more than a to. Only reason why it got a to was because it was well stocked and the staff was friendly when you found them and the place was clean. There was no prices on anything you could not signed what you were looking for anywhere. Employees were scarce to help you and when you did fine one they were as useless as having no prices on the shelves altogether I will definitely not go back there again I will try another Bed Bath & Beyond hopefully it was just the neighborhood. The lines were also ridiculous to check out

Ordered an item online and received a email confirming my item was ready for pick up. A couple days later I go to pick it up my item which a gentleman named Angelo assisted the woman cashier (Donna).she tells me she cannot find my itemI say ..well is it possible its in stockshe sends Angelo to retrieve to look.he comes back with two similar but distinctly different items (definitely Not what I ordered) he looks at me with this this is what I have lookI say thats not what I ordered then he says well this is what I have...he seemed like he could care less of my situation, he offered NO Im very sorry for this mix up Or lets make this right nothing.. he just stared at me with a blank look..even his coworker Donna who was nice noticed his behavior.then after I suggested that maybe he should do some research to see if other stores nearby have my itemdid he start the ball rolling.so now I have to drive 45 minutes away for an item that was supposed to ready for me ... this was a awful customer experienceand dealing with Angelo was the largest let down he seem insensitive and inept at best..I will not be shipping anything to this store again.

Ridiculous shame theyre closing down.Shopped here for years and never been disappointed one bit. Always have an excellent selection and the reason they get business are the coupons. Its a tried and true business model since the 50s.Take advantage while theyre closing. We went yesterday for pillows and the price tag on mine were $89.99 each. Rang up at the register for $49.99 each. Then we got to throw on an extra $20 coupon and $20% off coupon. Thought I was spending $180 and spent $60.

Kevin helped me save money, and now he is officially my little brother, lol. Like, he made me concentrate on actually finding a coupon and paid complete polite attention to his customer. It was dope and Kevin needs a raise.

I am still waiting for someone of authority who can make a decision on the replacement of my candles that arrived to me totally smashed up. I also cut my hand on the glass. Whoever packed these candles to be shipped out did a very poor job. There were about 3 pieces of bubble wrap for 5 candles.

Manager greeted us at entrance and was very pleasant. As we were shopping we found him circulating in the store offering assistance. Sherrian was our cashier and she was friendly and helpful; even though it was near closing and the check out line was busy, she wasnt rude or short, maintaining her professionalism. Due to the service we received we will return.

I always forget about this place when I am looking for certain items, but always wind up here. They have everything. The staff are always helpful, and there are always coupons, even though I never have them on me. This location is in an odd location, but convenient as well.

I must admit, my first time ever being here and I was beyond satisfied. Originally came here for a heater that no other store has, the price for the heater is lower here than the others Ive seen online. Definitely gained a returning customer!

Music was too loud, line was slow and long at checkout....and the 1 item I truly went to get was priced 1/3 higher than online...so even with my coupons it wasnt worth getting there today. ....I did get 2 rolls of Christmas wrap at 80% off and was able to use coupons on them too!

I had a store credit in my wallet from several years ago and I finally got around to using it. I was able to find a much needed shower curtain rod.

Three large store, and well-stocked. The staff is always friendly. They will definitely ask you if you need help, but are also unobtrusive if you turn them down. :-)the last time I was there I came to get an espresso machine and they didnt have one out. I was really disappointed but a salesperson went to wherever they store these things and got me one very quickly. Prices are kind of high, but of course unlike shopping online, you can see and feel the texture of the linens, towels, Etc that you are buying. Totally worth it to get what you want. Go online and get yourself a 20% off any item coupon. There are a few exceptions to the coupon, but they general Lee dont hassle you about coupons!Amazing selection of course and its hard to walk out without buying something. LOL

Not a bad place to shop, you can visit Target as well in this complex. My trouble was the products I needed were not on the shelf. No restocking had been done in the section or on the display. I will go to another store next week. There are a few more store I like better which are better staff and stocked.

This is the neatest location Ive been to in my life and they seem to have a little bit more varieties of merchandise.

Was able to get everything I needed this trip and the extension cords I ordered online to pick up at the store were even cheaper during check out.

Always liked and shopped there, but their prices are really sky rocketing. 6ct lg muffin pan $16.98. Item at ShopRite $8.99, just as good quality. I drove there thinking Id get a good buy especially with my coupons,. didnt happen.
