Im on the larger side but my wallet isnt. Luckily mattress firm was able to work with me on a budget and find a great mattress. Unfortunately the 1st one didnt work out but since I was within the 120 days I was able to swap it out for a different one. Just had to pay the difference (not much of one $ wise). The gentleman there was kind and let me describe exactly what I wanted.

A lot of beds go on clearance for 50% off which makes everything a steal. Imagine getting 2100 off a $4300 bed. Mike was good, made sure to give us plenty of options, and we got everything half off from clearance luckily. Delivery to the residence is free, which is always nice.

The store manager, Mike, helped us find the ultimate mattress for us. He was very knowledgeable about the differences in two of the top sellers. We came in wanting to try out a Purple mattress. We tried all 4 of them and then he showed us the equivalent of a more traditional mattress in the Tempurpedic brand line and we fell in love with the Tempur-Proadapt Medium Hybrid for our California King bed frame. He threw in two Tempurpedic pillows and a top of the line mattress cover; soon we’ll be sleeping like Kings in a palace!! Mike is an outstanding salesman and we are two very satisfied Mattress Firm customers, for the second time in a row. Our last purchase was a Stearns & Foster 9 years ago in a queen size which will be our guest room bed as it’s still in excellent condition!!

We bought a bed a few years ago had a great experience at the store, BUT now our bed has our body indentions in the bed, they told us it wouldnt do that first off so we flipped tbe mattress thinking maybe that would help...nope oh and they told us also when we bought it we wouldnt have to flip it either... tried to use our warranty and got denied i am really upset because my husband now has 2 bulged discs in his back and i am pretty sure the bed is part of the problem...would be really nice if mattress firm would take care of this issue...i am thinking about getting a hold of the district manager

I called ahead to make sure I would be welcomed with open arms and Mike did not disappoint. He was incredibly helpful with the whole experience and I was out of there no more than an hour later. I don’t think there is anything he could’ve done to make my experience bettering or quicker. Highly recommend unless you hate things that are easy
