I say 4 stars because tony really made things difficult for no reason. His attitude is not professional. I had to refund my mattress because he told me it’ll be here 4-5 days then told me the end of the month. However, Muhammad made sure our delivery didn’t go to waste and moved our furniture in the best way he could. He really went the extra mile. Thank you for that.

Starting from the store, Tony the guy who helped us to choose the sofas was very polite and professional. The order came earlier than expected. They called us one day before to let us know that our order was ready for delivery and the next day they call again to let us know what time works better for us. The delivery guys Mohammad and the other guy I dont remember the name were professional polite and very fast to assemble the sofas. They removed the trash and everything looks perfect. Again thank you guys

Muhammad did such a great job installing my sectional. It couldn’t fit through the door so he went above and beyond and got it through my apartment window! I was so thankful. And the sectional is beautiful.

The delivery person, Muhammad was professional. They came close to the arrival window and he and his assistant put both my bed and son’s bed together in a timely manner. I love both sets. He even returned the next day as promise after noticing that 1 of the pieces was damaged. I would highly recommend the company and service:

When my set didnt fit they took my off and put it back on the right way they had my furniture set in minutes and were even nice enough to go around the block for my Neighbor when they were blocking traffic. It was a really pleasant experience. American furniture is just a great store. Quality beautiful furniture at great price from great friendly people. Theyre not just like give me your money they care about what they sale you and what you want. This my second time buying from them and I will keep coming back k to Furnish my home

Muhammad delivered my bed & kitchen table today. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me about how the elevation of the headboard works. I was nervous about putting it on a regular frame and he reassured me and showed me that it would work with my original frame. Hes very professional and patient with customers. He also went out of his way to clean up the glue on my frame. Im giving them five stars for customer service. This is my second order of furniture from them and I will continue to get everything from American furniture in the future.

Purchased a futon from them, by the time i got it home and open the packages found it broken and missing parts. Gave them a called right after i got home and they are giving me a hard time returning the futon and will have to charge me a 25% restock fee for an defected item. This is ridiculous. Now I have a piece of Trash in my living room taking up space. there goes my Christmas present for my mom.Reply: It was my fault for not checking the product when i got it, but when i spoke to the Representative, they said they never checked it either, so who fault is it? and i never got a call or told you guys to reorder it, the product is made so poorly and fragile i dont even want it anymore, and no one told me anything about a restock fee or taking my deposit if the product came damaged or if i didnt like it.

This has to be the most unprofessional place ever! The merchandise is cheap I am still paying off my couches and the legs broke there is a big rib on the with in only 6months of having the couches!!! Then I called asking what they can do about and they said nothing. The price is 1,500 for these couches I pay every week on time faithfully and they won’t help with anything so technically I’m paying for broken couches!

On 3/13/20, my sister and I purchased two couches from the Springfield location. We were told that we would receive the couches two weeks later in early April and that’s when quarantine started. April came and went and we never received anything nor were we notified of anything updates. We called them several times and got no answer. It is now July 2020 and still nothing. No couches and no call. So we were basically ripped off. I’ve contacted my bank and they are currently investigating this matter. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with and I will never do business with them again nor will I suggest them to anyone. Do yourself a favor. Shop for furniture and a LEGITIMATE furniture store. This place should truly be shut down for the way they conducted business. I’ve also made sure to report them to the Better Business Bureau as well.**UPDATE** I spoke to Mike today. He claimed that he called me but never left a message. And then he called my sister and harassed her in response to my review. And had the nerve to claim that I was lying and said that my review unprofessional when I am the customer. I have never heard anything like that in my life. I did receive my money back as a result of my bank’s investigation. All they had to do was keep their paying customer informed.

Pleasant staff and mattresses are reasonably priced. Out dated furniture on display, so they should consider changing the show room floor a little.Shipping delays up to 4 weeks, but thats the norm these days.

Do not order anything from this place. I have been having issues with my dining room set since they delivered and set it up. It has only been 1 month since my purchase and the legs to my chairs keep falling apart. Ive made at least 5 calls to this place and they even order me new chairs but the same thing keeps happening. Instead of realizing that this set is just not good quality and allow me to exchange for something different they just keep trying to fix the same chairs and the same issue persists. Im so upset I just bought a home and paid $700 for this set. Its no way I should be having this issue for this price. As of today they suppose to take my chairs back to the warehouse and try to fix it which I highly doubt it will be fixed properly. Im over this entire situation and wish I stuck with the other company I bought my bedroom and sofa from.

Nice furniture BUT there were so many items they forgot, they only have 2 delivery men so the time given for delivery is never the time they arrived. Customer service needs to be a bit better along with communication. Also we were supposed to receive 100 dollars off and it was not applied.

Quality is good value for your dollar, Wells Fargo finance options are great if you qualify, and the staff in store and delivery could not be more professional and courteous. Small concern on my last order, and it was resolved quickly and no questions asked. I would highly recommend. Thank you Tony and everyone who helped me over the years.

Horrible and shady people I got a bed from them first the wouldn’t tell me the details about this financing option i came to find that the snap financing charge a 970 dollar fee for the one time financing charge for the bed that was suppose to be 599 but lied to about the taxes and fee and put another another another amount for my balance. I ended paying 1700 dollar for a bed that’s supposedly 600 I would’ve left a zero star if I could be aware of them and also they deliver people were supper late not by hours but my days. Came without notice the first time and took the delivery back the next time told me 11am didn’t show by in till after 5pm

Do not buy from American furniture. I was assured I was going to get my furniture over a week ago. When I called to confirm delivery, they said - my furniture was delayed. However no one communicated such to me. I was the. assured it would get here later that week. Again, it didn’t come and no one communicated that information to me. Then, I scheduled delivery for Monday because it finally arrived and now they say tomorrow. They do not communicate well. I placed this order over 3 weeks ago, and I still do not have my furniture.

Walked in with my husband to buy a bedroom and dining set for our new house that we just moved into and was never greeted. No customers was inside but a young, barely dressed girl that the owner was flirting with. He looked at us and continued to flirt. Me and my husband looked around so more and waited for assistance because we saw what we liked, no one came over. We laughed and walked out. I wish I can post a picture of this mess. This is my Bed rm set that I got 3 yrs ago and I love it and I also got 3 of the same mattresses,1King,and 2twins for both of my kids and I love it too! Also When you walk in the store its so nice like you dont have anyone waiting by the door for you to walk in and start asking what are you looking for?... Like other places do. So I would Rate their service #A1 and thats including with the delivery service..#A1. Now Im getting my youngest Daughter her first Bed rm Set from here cuz of their quality furniture will last a long time!!

They came unprepared missing essential tools they also don’t bother to take the same boxes they brang to our home like any other company would do. Will not be making another purchase. Then they sent out there very ignorant driver to remove the trash we explained to them about this review and they still left the trash in front of my home. This being our second time buying furniture from them we expected to be treated better but no the second delivery went just as bad as the first !!!! If they had better drivers maybe things will go better ...ITS BUYER BEWARE !!!

This experience has been horrible since the moment i started ive had my bed less than three months and it is literally falling apart. Alongside of having crappy furniture they are rude disrespectful and takes them forever to respond. I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! This was the worst experience Ive ever had in my life with furniture. And they are making me stick with a bed that right now i cannot even sleep on the support beans all three are broken, screws are coming out, the wood is cracking and the owner says “It is a castle” this bed was HORRIBLE AND CAME WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Please read this review very carefully to avoid big hassle. This store is sucks. I chose furniture from here, the sales persons are very nice and cooperative before buying the furniture they asked me to deposit 20% of the furniture price before they deliver the furniture. On the day of delivery the furniture, a friend of mine gave me website to check the pricing and I found same furniture $400/- less which I paid at this store, I called at the store for price match but nobody picked up the phone, after several times calling at the store someone picked up the phone when I spoke with him regarding price match the sales person told me that he will call the manager/owner and get back to me but he never called me back. In USA if you found less price, you go with the proof all stores do price match without any obligation even you already bought it. I called the sales person again and ask for the price match, he just hung up the phone on me and never picked up then I went to the store and spoke the sales person he said the furniture has already been delivered he cant do anything for the price match you should show the proof of price before making the perchase, I told him that you go any stores in USA they offer price match even if you go one week after making the purchase he said that this is not our policy, I asked him that there is nothing mention anything about your policy on the receipt he said go online and read the policy over there.In short, before making final deal, make sure that you are not over paying the price because they sell one or two sets of furniture a month only and try to rip off the customers to make more money. Most of the furniture they sell called Red Tag Clarance to attract customers showing that it is 60-75% off the regular price which is not true, same furniture you can get at less price from other good furniture stores and you can return and exchange if you are not satisfy with the purchase for any reasons or if you have any issues with the product. I wont recommend to buy any furnitures from this store otherwise you will have big hassle after the purchase, and the sales persons are very rude and turn their backs from the customers as soon as you step out of this store with the purchase.

Ordered a Table from this place. Took 7(9 days if weekends are included) business days to arrive in store.We were told it will take 5 business days. Then we couldnt assemble it so called for help and guy arrived and assembled it and i gave him $20 dollars tip.But they went all rude and asked for $40 and wasnt leaving until i gave them. So now the table cost be over $260 which i think wasnt worth it.
