I called them to get an estimate on a car repair. I knew what work needed to be done, so I asked for a quote for the repair. The woman gave me a estimate that was almost $300 more than anywhere else, including a car dealership. She said the parts would be $700, when I knew for a fact that I could get the parts for just over $500. I told her that I had already priced the parts, and I knew they were not that much. She still tried to insist the parts would be $700. Dont trust this place.

They are very friendly and have fixed my car twice. Very reasonable prices for what I needed fixed. Thank you for everything! Definitely recommended to come here for car service needs!

Good service I had a warranty repair on a battery. Got 3 years out of a 5 year battery. I walked in they replaced the battery no problem.

I have been very pleased in my experience with Riverdale Auto Care. They do great work and are very informative regarding needed repairs and maintenance. There are lots of good auto repair shops ... and some that are not so good ... for me, Riverdale is at the top of the GOOD List!

Had a 2008 pontiac taken for a transmission leak, they had the car for 2 weeks. The DAY I got it back, it was still slipping. They refuse to do anything about it unless I pay them more. Dont take your care here, they will take your money and refuse to refund you or fix it if they didnt fix it in the first place.

My son took his old beater truck over and needed axle work done. They were honest and did not try and tell him a million other things were wrong and get more money from him. They were reasonable with their rates as well. I will go back there and take my vehicles.

My check engine light came on in my 2013 chevy cruze. I took it to Autozone and they hooked up the little diagnostic tool and it came back several codes. I took it to Riverdale because of several reasons. I heard that they were very honest, were very fair on pricing and were close to my house so I could walk home after dropping it off. I was very pleased with the customer service, quality of work and pricing. He was very fair with me and for the first time ever for ME, I felt like I had found a mechanic that would not try to get over on me because I am a woman. I am very thankful for them and now my check engine light is back on (different reasons - the last repair was last year) and I am waiting for them to open up so I can call and talk to them about getting my car in again to do more service. I was so pleased with them the last time and I will review about my second time as well but I am looking forward to working with them again:) Thank you Riverdale!!UPDATE 7/28/2016 Took my car back to Riverdale and they were AWESOME! Offer honest work and a fair price to work on my car, doing service that I cannot otherwise do. I do not wish more car repairs on myself but I will be returning here the next time my car needs work done.

Vary Rude customer sevice had my truck for two wks and still did not Fixs my truck I would never take your car here. 👎 Bad customer service by the way the service was under my fathers name...we will never be back
