Great all around experience. My car was taken back promptly and service was complete in about an hour and a half. Staff were professional, courteous and and answered all questions. The waiting area was clean with ample space to maintain safe social distance.

I called in because the garage door smashed my antenna, I was able to order the part and set an appointment over the phone. The antenna came in quickly and I was able to be squeezed in before my original appointment which was a week away. I felt happy that I could be accommodated and relieved that the antenna was fixed.

Had a nail in my tire the night before we were taking our kid to college. Left the car with a note at the service center and called first thing in the morning to explain. They squeezed us in and got us out with a new tire that morning so we could drive to college. We were very grateful!

All of the warning lights on the dashboard came on suddenly, withoutwarning. We were able to get taken care of at Springfield Toyota with no appointment. They serviced our car so we could use it and gave us an appointment to come back. We appreciate them taking care of us in the manner they did.

Im always comfortable going to get my car serviced here. From first contact to make my appointment to getting my final paperwork and paying the bill, our service representative, Christina Randall, is always on top of everything for us. Conicellis service is excellent, but the assigned service person concept that began when we first bought our Toyota there has put them over the top for us. Christina and the service are our #1 & #2 reasons for coming back to the dealership for all of our cars needs.

I had to have my car towed to this shop after my car broke down just days after getting a remote start installed (at a shop in NJ). From dealing with AAA and the shop that installed the remote start, the whole thing was a nightmare, except for Conicelli Toyota Springfield. Matt Hoyle and the manager Jack DePre were so helpful, understanding and just a joy to deal with. Keep up the great work, and service Matt and Jack. Once again, Matt Hoyle set up my usual maintenance appointment. He keeps both of my cars in great shape. I usually make two long trips per year and Ive never had a problem or breakdown. Ive enjoyed all of my Toyotas since my first Camry in 1984. Thanks for the courteous, friendly and efficient service.On this visit scheduled by Matt, Sean helped me get started. However, Matt took care of my problem with the Blue Tooth. I have my music back and Im a happy camper. Thanks.

I received a recall notice regarding my air bag. It said to bring it into Conicelli Toyota of Springfield. I was skeptical at first but it was an amazing experience!They were so nice when I arrived to drop off and pick-up my car. They didnt try to encourage other work. I am the 2nd owner of my 2005 Toyota Corolla, it has 56,000 miles. I plan to bring it to Conicelli for my tune-ups, inspections, oil changes-anything I need to have done. The previous owner did ALL of his car care at a Toyota service center. now I see why.THANK YOU CONICELLI TOYOTA OF SPRINGFIELD

I drove right up to a drop off point and didnt have to wait. They did an inspection and a 75,000 mile checkup while I waited (about 90 minutes). Its very convenient.

I just count on Springfield Conicelli to take good care of my car. The bill says they replaced 2 tires and realigned them, they did the state inspection and the omissions testing. and I suspect that I will be fine for the next year.

Basically, I took one of my Toyotas (the 2009 Tacoma) Toyotas in for my 120,000 service and PA inspection. Staff was marvelous.They found a frozen rotar. Had to ord Ed special part. I had to come in the next day. Part would not come off. As an engineer I was pleased with the explanationCame back third day in a rowIn short the fixed it to my satisfaction. Everyone was professional nice (and actually fun). Happy!

My 2020 Toyota Corolla that Ive had for 6 months suddenly couldnt start. I sent my car to the Toyota service center and they heldit for 5 days without an explanation until the 5th day. They will give you no status report on your car until you call first. The technician claimed wires under my car were chewed by rodents but failed to provide any evidence or pictures. I was then expected to pay $850 out of pocket because its considered an act of God. NEVER GO TO SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE, it wouldve ended up cheaper and faster if I had just taken it to my local auto body shop.
