I live in Kansas City and went to Springfield to visit my son at Missouri State. My 2002 Tahoe broke down and I had to leave it in Springfield to get fixed. I had no idea who to call so I picked this shop and called. Steven answered the phone I told him what had happened and he was so polite and understood my hesitation about a car repair so far away from home. He gave me the name and number of a trusted tow service who would bill thru the shop, assured me he would call and tell me how much repair would be. It turned out to be a starter, he gave me a total price and including the tow I was shocked at how reasonable it was. I would recommend this shop to anyone in Springfield. They are amazing. Aptly named business! I took my S10 pickup to another shop three times in the past year ( because it was nearby - I live in Pleasant Hope and it was convenient) for some misfire issues and each time they would say they fixed it, and it would run fine for a little while, but soon the motor would be back to its old tricks. Took the truck to Fix-It-Right, and within a few hours they had found the real issues of why it wasnt running right. I could have saved hundreds of dollars by taking it there in the first place. They were friendly, honest, informative, and it was obvious they cared that I would drive away as a satisfied customer. So, lesson learned...next time I I have any problems with a vehicle I will take it to them so they can Fix-It-Right the first time! 😊

They staff here was great. I had a front end noise and they quickly diagnosed and fixed it the same day. Car drives much smoother with new struts. Very professional, clean and good at what they do.

They have always treated me best out of all other places Ive been too. I always get straight answers, they never try to take advantage of the fact that I know nothing about cars. They are honest and good people here and Im always pleased to spend my money here.

My daughter and I were traveling from Colorado to Alabama when my truck started leaking fluid from the bottom and inside the cab on the passenger side periodid your side. In the middle of a 11 hour drive home, we broke down in a drive-through and the tow truck brought us here. A wonderfully helpful mechanic diagnosed the problem immediately, did a quick fix for free, and told us what to ask our mechanic for when we got home! What lifesavers!

Felt gaslighted by the office involving my car. They take forever to get to your vehicle and it feels like they dont really care about you or your vehicle. Went to another shop and they took perfect care of me. Do not go to this shop, ever.

This business is different in that their primary purpose is getting cars ready for a dealer so that means they arent dependent on the public to stay in business. Therefore there is no incentive for them to charge any more than necessary to repair and maintain your vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicles to Jim and his guys since they have been open and they are all great people. Honest, caring and thorough. I couldnt be happier with them. I wouldnt trust my vehicles with anyone else.

My truck warranty did not cover What I had fixed And I bought the truck from their partner and they fixed it just like the warrantee would have done and charge me what the warranty would have charged me. So pleased with the Fix-It team. I took my car in and it needed some work on the wheel bearings. They quoted a price for labor based on the standard time their book gives. When I picked it up they said the mechanic (Stephen) had taken less time and so they pass that savings on to me the customer. WOW! I dont think thats happened before. They were super pleasant and I am taking the car back in next week for a detail job.

I got a standard detail done on my car. One week later my car still looks and smells amazing. They did a awesome job of cleaning and detailing my car. The staff is very friendly and happy.

This is a follow up to an old review. My car drives like a new one since they replaced practically every part on my front end.Their many cameras and security helped me bust my old mechanic by a process too long to get into right now.Have them Fix it right dont go for the cheaper repair, its worth the extra money to buy their best service.Now stephen seems to be ok but, I think hes the kind of guy that should be selling furniture. Or maybe walking door to door with them jehovah witnesses..He needs to be more like his boss
