Chad replaced the engine in my companys 2004 Dodge RAM last year. He completed the engine replacement at the quoted price, despite many hurdles encountered. He also helped with several other repairs to the truck at the same time. This work was completed on schedule at a very reasonable cost. The truck has operated without a single issue 10 hours each day for the past year. I would recommend Chads work to anyone!

Great place to get your vehicle fixed. They have fixed many of my families vehicles over the years, most recently my brothers last week. Both owners (father & son) are honest, nice and fair men and will treat you well and with respect. You will not find nicer people.

Chad Poole of C & A Automotive and his employees bailed me out on a Saturday afternoon when I got stranded.I was coming in from out of town going to the Mopar Nats when my truck broke down. Everyone else in Springfield was either too busy, didnt have a mechanic on duty or was closed on the Saturday my trucks fuel pump failed. Luckily the NAPA retailer referred the number to C & A Automotive to me. Not only did C & A complete the repairs in a relatively short time frame I did not feel they did not over charged me for the work they preformed. In fact, I think Chad even cancelled his previous plans he had that afternoon to fix my vehicle, knowing that I needed help.If you live in Springfield or nearby you cant go wrong using these guys.Thanks again Chad.
