Our car had 8 bullets shot into the drivers side of the car. There was broken windows and 2 doors worth of damage. It took a month to get repaired with the parts shortage . All the parts had still not come in but Balise fix my car as best as possible because my insurance rental had run out. Balise was very helpful throughout the process. I took the car home and drove for a month when Balise called me and said the parts were i and to bring my car in. They finished putting the parts on and gave it back and it looks fantastic like a brand new car..all the men and women at the collision center were fantastic.and were very knowledgeable and helpful during the process.The center was extremely busy but they always took the time to be helpful. So apparently glass in my vehicle is one time use only so they put the old glass in then turn around and tell my wife she has to bring it back to have the glass replaced I thought it was a business not a school play ground with kids playing games it wont be going back to have the glass replaced because 1 safe life will go to my work and replace the glass that is a single use only piece of glass that they never even heard of glass being so disappointed in a business that cant even do there jobs specially if I wanted my cars paint to be half way done I wouldve did it myself in the driveway just saying. Oh im a mechanic and Ive never heard of single use glass used to sell all the glass off a vehicle working at a junk yard and I can tell when a car had been poorly painted Ive seen better from a kid

I dont recommend them at all. I found a place that did quality work for a far better price. This place used to be my go to until they started messing around and over charging. They charged me for towing even though I had it towed myself

This place is great! I brought my Subaru Legacy in after someone scratched up and dented my rear back panel and bumper. Had my car back in a week. Im terrible with names but if Im not mistaken it was Angela who took care of me when I arrived. Very sweet and friendly. They even went out there way to replace a fuse box cover that went missing somehow during repairs. Definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if I ever need more body work done on my cars.

I scheduled an EVALUATION through my insurance company with this place. I show up and they want me to sign some forms. Sure, no problem. Then I start reading the forms. Its all about permissions for repairs, them not being responsible for missing items of value from your vehicle, and lastly agreement for payment of anything the insurance wont cover. So I said I have to sign this today when Im not here for repairs today? I am just looking for an estimate she says they do not do estimates since covid and that this is my insurance companies fault because they should have explained this to me. I then asked I cant know what it is going to cost me before I leave it here for repair? To which she replied no. So they want you to leave your car, agree to payment when you have no idea what that payment will be, and pray no one steels anything from your car while its there too. What a classy way to do business but Im going to pass.

So I ended up taking my car to Balise Auto Collision my car sat for two weeks before anyone could look at it when my car did get into the shop they did a tremendous job on the body work put on the wheel alignment they did not my shocks in my struts are completely shocked my car is waving to the left and to the right as I drive also my brand new tires are going bad I asked him to please check it I know theres theres something wrong with it this is the third shop Ive been too trying to get this fixed through my insurance Im reaching out to Geico today to see if I can bring my car back into a shop before my $400 a piece tires go bad

Balise was so great to work with for my accident. I was struggling to secure a rental and Balise stepped in and took care of everything. All of the ladies in the office were always happy and joyful when talking to them. They went above and beyond and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs.

We’ve taken our car here a few times, they are very nice and do good work. That said, their employees do not wear masks, even the employees that handle the customers. Clearly safety standards are very low at this company.

Blaise Collision in Springfield MA was great! They replaced the front bumper on my Lexus F Sport and could not have done a better job. The paint, the fit and quality were all top notch.I plan on going back to them in the spring to touch up a few spots!They also cleaned my whole car as well which was an added bonus.Highly recommend!

Can’t believe the hack job they did on my brand new vehicle. I was hit from behind and they put after market parts on my car. The rear hatch still didn’t open. I quit paying for it. Why would I pay for a car that was hacked. The paint job was poorly matched. They came after it with no paperwork and no warning. I had scheduled another body shop to check it out. Next thing you know it was gone. Now I’m screwed.

Very unprofessional. Only proceed with this business if are willing to put up with shenanigans, and dont mind being unduly disrespected. Do not believe them, as they fail to deliver on their promises, thereby creating very poor experiences for their customers.

I had my car fixed with them. Talk about easy. I arrived, parked my car, walked in and someone walked me right back out and handed my the key to my rental car which was sitting right next to my car. I had an appt, but I was very impressed by how stress free they made a stressful situation!

I brought my car some where else the dent was still visible and paint job was horrible then I brought it to Balise it was done correctly ....if you want your car done right Bring it to Balise . They have two real good auto body man for fixing dents and The painters DO a awesome job ..🤠

If you have a black car don’t take it here. They did a terrible paint job on my hood then they buffed it and did a terrible job buffing it brought it back two more times and Tina said they would paint it each time I had brought it back and they never did. So that’s two times she lied to me. My hood looks terrible in the sunlight you can see all the buff marks still waiting to hear back to see if they will paint it again ? Once they get your insurance money and your co-pay they don’t want to see you again. There guarantee means nothing.

GMC dealer has had my GMC truck in for repair for over a month. Good communication, but much of that communication consists of delays and excuses.

B.S excuse one after another. Was supposed to have my car for 5 days. They ended up keeping it a total of 11 days. They also never wet sanded my hood and forgot to fix something else. I had to pay for a rental for 11 DAYS.I will NEVER go back.

It took about two months to get my car back and still wasnt finished. Then broke my sunroof curten and acted like I brokePoor customer service

Awful nightmare experience where my brand new vehicle I brought to balise was left out in the Rain Friday into Saturday with no front windshield and now I may have electronic and rust damage . Waited 2 months for the windshield and was lied to time after time . Ended up costing me a lot of out of pocket money for rental car and missing work dealing with this awful experience . Whatever you do ....... Do NOT ever bring any vehicle to Balise . They have lied to me and tried to cover up there negligence .
