I had an emergency with my SUV not starting. I had noticed my battery was draining but my car was dead when I needed to leave for my caregiver client: (I called Steve; he had his tow truck come out to my house where the driver noticed a squirrel who came from underneath the hood. Being diligent, the driver reported the squirrel presence to Steve.After the crew opened the hood & tested the alternator; they decided to examine the electrical wiring harness.Sure enough, the squirrel had nibbled through a line to the alternator. Long story short-Unprofessional Steve told me my Van would be ready on a certain day, perfect cause its payday only to get there and Steve was Nowhere to be found in fact he left and went camping and I was told to return Monday. Monday and no Steve no call whatsoever. Hes blocked my calls and didnt return them and today I go and still no Steve and my van is still not fixed. So never again will I waste my time with them.

Very pleased! I called to have the car looked at (b/c it died in my driveway). He came out within a couple of hours and my car was completely fixed & running again - all before 11 am. I can cancel my appoint I had to schedule with the other shop now. I highly recommend Mobile Mechanic! Thank you!

Best fast reliable and efficient

Vehicle got damaged in their parking lot while got work on and left parts off that i already had that were still good. Also couldnt figure out how to fix my with an idling problem had it for 2 months.

We have been more than impressed with their mechanical work as well as their customer service. We live an hour away but will come back whenever our cars need work again. Thank you

Great mechanic, hes very fast very reliable

My car was in need of repair and after 2 weeks in a rental car I was ecstatic to have found a mobile mechanic. However, I was quickly disappointed in the way they conduct business. Disappointed in the service is an understatement. I was told it was a $50 charge to come out and diagnose the problem with my audi. The hood latch was broken. The mechanics did not come with any tools.. so they had to leave and come back. I was charged $60 to open the hood. They said it would need to go to their shop for the problem to be diagnosed. 🙄 They could not even give me a ball park figure, until I called back for clarity. I was confused as to why I was out $60 and still in the same position as I started. I was told none of that money would be applied to repairs, and labor would be at least $400 but even that was uncertain as it hadnt been diagnosed...I had lost confidence long before. If I would have had it towed...Id be out $110 before they even knew what was wrong...mobile mechanic is kind of false advertising...they mobile advertise..if that is what you call it. Just have your car taken to the most expensive shop in town...you will have a working vehichle by the end of the day, and a lot less aggravation.

I called around to have a test done. These guys were by far the cheapest...they quoted me $25 and other places around town quoted me $90. They fixed it for super cheap and within a very timely manner. There isnt an office and the place isnt as nice as some of the others...but the price, quick turn around time and the honesty of these guys makes up for it!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! When I dropped my car off here there was a old crack head in the garage asking me for $5. They will say anything to get your money. Paid $300 an problem was not fixed, an then they got smart with me when I told them i was still having problems I would not trust them with my car. STAY AWAY!!!! Or you will be wasting your money or spending more then you have to. Trust me!!

Their service is great as long as you do not mind being charged double there a perfect place to call for work I called them to have a small part changed on my car they charged me $300 I called the parts store the part was only $68 it took them less than an hour to put the simple parts on after they did the job I drove the vehicle to for local mechanic and got a quote the quotes I was given was 1:40 to 1:18 once again these crooks charged me $300 unless you are looking to pay double for no reason I would definitely not recommend calling this auto mechanic to come see you

This place is run by a crook and a liar . They Fixed up a car for this guys friend before he sold it to me. Yep, runs great. Just had it up on the lift today. I drove it home to my mechanics where I found out the brake lines were leaking badly (they had said the brakes were new and just needed bled) and the tie rod ends they said they installed my mechanic actually unscrewed using just his fingers. This was very dangerous and they sold it to me like that. To top it off, 3 weeks after I bought it the transmission went out and we found out they had filled it full of motor oil to keep it from slipping so they could get rid of it. I got completely ripped off and lucky I didnt get killed!! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!
