I started going to these guys after a friend recommended them and I am so happy to have them for all my auto repair needs. The younger guy helped me out when I screwed up my Ford F-150 spark plug change, and he walked me through an issue on my wifes car over the phone!! I felt like he was standing right next to me walking me through my brake problem. Now I only use them for everything. I am too old to do the work myself but its nice knowing these guys are always there to help. Plus they can be pretty funny! Good sense of humor! Love them!!

I went there for 25 years and was very pleased until a couple of years ago. There are fewer people in the shop, the quality of the work has slipped a notch, and I get the feeling theyre trying to gin up work.Worst was earlier this week, when I went in about a check engine light and an oil change. They charged me $50 bucks to get the code (which they never wrote down on the bill), wanted to keep the car ALL DAY to check the VVT (which should take about an hour), and then told me the oil was crummy (which was interesting since the car was barely due for a change *and* they were the ones whod changed it back in September)...and all this was *after* Richard had finished a phone call and then started yelling at me about the election and how people like me would have to bow down to the winner and get in line. I hadnt said a single word to him and was trying to read the paper, so where this came from I have no idea.No way Im going back after that.

Went to get it inspected, and Richard the owner said I failed because of a ball joint . I brought the car to two other mechanics and they could not find any problem with ball joints . So returned to tech auto and asked for a estimate to fix ball joint to pass inspection he gave me a $356.61 estimate, I told him I already got it inspection and he was a dishonest thief and I would be going to BB bureau . Hes dishonest and takes advantage of people . Do not go there !!!!!!
