All professional staff. Very responsiveness. Estimates are spot on. No delays for pick up. Had to have some wielding done on door hung.. And had the car detailed. Recommended.

Outstanding detail work. I just bought a used car and it looked like someone removed the orginal car dealership sticker with 80 grit sandpaper. I handed my car over so the detail could see what he could do. About an hour later, you cant even tell there was ever anything wrong with it. I am an extremely happy customer.

This place defines professionalism by theory and demonstration! It was referred to me by a friend; my first contact with them made me feel comfortable and want to go a head with them! Through out the repair; they provided excellent customer service, precise recommendations, thorough explanation of what is going to happen and how they will handle the repair, they answered all my phone calls and when not available, they returned my calls. They felt my disorientation so they provided simple solution and simplified the confusing and annoying jargon of my insurance company! I would like to say how pleased I am with the work and services I received at Kwaik. This is my second time there for body and paint work on my 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring Sedan. The team at Kwaik have been exceptional both times. I had a crushed quarter panel covered by insurance. In addition I had several additional repairs and painting needed. They gave me a good price on the items not covered by insurance. Most important is the great job they did. The car looks new. Also, they washed the interior and exterior. It has not been this good looking since I bought it. I would take my car there just for the car wash. How did you get the stains out?

I dont know what happened to my previous review but it appears to have been deleted. This company and its people are absolutely the best. I have an E320 Mercedes that ended up with a crease on the bottom of the back passenger door. I took it to every body shop around the Fullerton area and was given outrageous prices and solutions. Kwaik owner(s) gave me one of the most commonsense solutions, told me what the repair would be, the long term prognosis, all the while savings me or the insurance company hundreds and hundreds of dollars. I was very skeptical at first, but finally relented allowing them to try their solution. I went back after 2 days and you could not even tell the accident ever happened. The crease was gone and the paint was a perfect match. The best part. I didnt have to make an insurance claim. The price was small in comparison to what many wanted to charge, and could not be happier. Im writing this 5 years later and still the repair is great. What impressed me the most was their honesty, and wanting me to be comfortable, or customer care. When it comes to having to take your car to a body shop, you cant get any better than these fine people. I was so pleased and impressed that I find it important to write a second review to express my gratitude. Thank you!

I didnt expect such amazing customer service and facilities at an Auto body shop. Kwaik Auto body surpassed my expectations. I knew about them before but a few weeks ago I made my first auto body service there. They are extremely professional, very qualified, very polite and courteous to their customers and very competitive. I brought my car in for front and back bumper repairs and they took care of EVERYTHING from A-Z. They gave me updates and worked as fast as they could to fix it ASAP. Their receptionist was very friendly and the lobby atmosphere is very quiet and comfortable to wait in. Coffee is available for free. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service!Someone rear-ended my beautiful brand new Civic. I was so lucky that a friend introduced the Kwaik auto body shop to me. Their front desk staff was very friendly and shop atmosphere was very welcoming. Moula, one of their specialists, greeted me, walked me through the steps, and made me feel my car will be taken care of to my satisfaction. Iyad Kwaik, the manager, went above and beyond to deliver an exemplary service. They were easy to work with, did not make any complications, and kept me informed throughout the process. They also fixed some scratches around my car as a courtesy service at no additional charge. In about a week, my car was in like-new condition (also washed and detailed). The result was so flawless that my friends could not find where the damage had occurred. I highly recommend Kwaik and will do business with them again.

I had to get my vehicle repaired for some damages sustained to the front bumper. I took my vehicle to another body shop, but decided to get a second quote. Thankfully one of my friends referred me to Kwaik Auto Body. Taking my vehicle in for a second quote ended up paying off. The repairs done to my vehicle were top notch. The repairs were done in about two days and when I received my vehicle it looked new. They even washed it for me. In the last 5 years, two of our cars were rear-ended and side-swiped, and both times Kwaik auto completed highly skillful work, making them a joy to drive again. Car was involved ina hit and run and i pulled up to his shop to get it fixed. it was my 1st time coming to his shop and didn’t know what to expect. just got my whip back and lemme say im not disappointed at all he a real cool and honest dude. he got a supplement approved from the insurance company and fixed my fender. also fixed a crack in my headlight free of cost and cleaned the car up real nice. tire shine had that jawn shining from miles away. overall very satisfied and happy with his service

Kwaik was recommended to me by my cousin who is in the auto. industry after I had a really unfortunate run in with with a parking garage column. I had no idea where to take my car who would do quality work for a reasonable price so I stopped by, got a quick estimate, really liked the place, and decided to use them. They were very kind and great at working with me as well as my insurance agency. Moula is the person I dealt with the majority of the time and he was awesome. I received phone calls every few days giving me updates on what was going on and when my car was expected to be ready which was incredibly helpful knowing I hadnt been forgotten about and for planning purposes. I did a lot of damage to the left side of my car and they made it look brand new. Im very grateful for the wonderful service and would highly recommend using them for any body damage needs!

BEWARE…… This company is all about FRAUD. I was involved in fender bender in DC and was towed by ABEL Towing and taken to their storage lot. Few hours later I get a call from someone at KWAIK AUTO BODY telling me that my vehicle is now at their body shop and asked me for my insurance information, I was shocked that my vehicle ended up at body shop I didn’t authorize and I asked them who gave authorization to have my vehicle moved to your place they couldn’t give me a straight answer. Looks like they pay these crook tow truck companies to send them cars. I told my insurance adjuster that I had no clue how my vehicle got to that body shop and I want my vehicle moved from this Fraudulent place. When my insurance agent called to have my vehicle picked up and taken to another body shop, Kwaik demanded payment of $1400.00 for tow fees and storage WOW that’s robbery, it’s crazy how they can pretty much pay the tow operator to steer them business and hold my vehicle hostage for thousands. My adjuster said that he’s had same problems before with this company doing this type of shady business. I wanted to report my vehicle stolen due to the fact that they towed my car from DC to the body shop with out my consent. My agent paid for the bill and had my vehicle moved. I will take this complaint up with DC Government and Fairfax County, this is no way to operate a business .

I rarely leave reviews, but I had such a great experience with Kwaik that I had to. Great and friendly workers, reasonably priced, and efficient work. They really do work with their customers. I brought my 2011 VW Routan in to them to fix the front bumper and they were the only ones in the area willing to work with me for a reasonable price. I had checked out 4 other body shops before them and none of them compared. Definitely check out Kwaik if you need body work done.

I brought my 08 Lexus rx350 in with front end damage. Iyad was awesome. They did the front bumper, hood, headlights, ac compressor and it looks like new. They were on budget and even a day earlier than expected. I definitely recommend them for auto body work. I drove a distance because a friend knew the quality of their work and I’m glad I did.

Theyre working with Able Towing Company each other. Able Towing driver getting commission when he find costumer. After accident Kwaik Auto Body called many times to me and they said they can fix it my car. I said I dont want to leave my car in VA. They said couple of time we can bring your car to your house. I said no. Then Able Towing and this company did extra damages and scratches on my car. Because I didnt want it.

I brought my 1997 Porsche in for a some needed body work to remove dings and generally clean it up. My mechanic had suggested Kwaik Auto Body. They did an amazing job and accomplished much more than I had expected with the estimate.

My tow truck driver would only take it to this body shop, not the one I had requested. When I tried to get my car released to another tow company Kwaik refused to let me have my car unless I paid $1000 in administrative fees. They straight up stole my car. I dont know if the tow truck driver was getting some sort of kick back but I will NEVER do business with someone who is shady like that. My insurance had to get involved to finally get my car released to go to the body shop that was originally supposed to fix my car!! Beware of shady business practices from Kwaik.

Professional work and reasonable price

Man... there is so much to say about this incredible company and people. My man lyad and Amir took care of me the first day I ever went to their shop for adding a hood scoop on my car hood. It was professionally done and the quality was beyond amazing. 3 months after, Someone ran into my the bumper of car and as it being my first accident I went to a one stop shop and got it fixed by koons collision. Horrible mistake, they colored the whole side of my Quarter panel a different color from my car. My car is silver and koons painted it dark gray. I was stressed out cause they were not trying to do the work over to paint it the correct color. I came to the point where I needed someones help in this situation. I called my boy lyad up and he called the adjuster for koons and told him that the job you guys did was horrible and the owner of the car (Me) wants to get the correct color on the car. So lyad asked for a supplement. The adjuster said no and lyad and me just got pissed that we asked for the adjusters supervisor. Lyad told the supervisor to come check my car at his body shop and told him to check if the work and quality done by his company he works for Koons was a decent job. The supervisor came and agreed with me and lyad and gave the supplement and fixed my car and I am a happy man. People ran into my bumper 3 times after this took place and I came to my boys at kwaik to get it fixed the right, and correct way. I trust Kwaik Auto Body with my eyes closed. They know what they are doing. They know quality, passion, and customer service and everything else thats makes a customer happy. Cant even rate this place cause it breaks the scale 💯 they are just too good.
