I took my car here to get repaired after getting dented by a ladder. I had nothing less of a great experience with Caliber Collision. The employees were experienced in handling insurance claims and were very informative with explaining how the process would work for me. They definitely went the extra mile by cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of my car and making a repair not included in the quote to make the right side match the newly repaired left side due to paint chipping. THANK YOU, Caliber Collision, for giving me my car back looking better than before the incident!

They fixed my catalytic converter on my car and now it runs great, they were very professional about everything and they keep you informed on your vehicles progress daily and the staff is very polite and friendly.I would recommend any one to go to here to have there vehicles worked on.

Repairs were done efficiently and beautifully. I got an update every day of where they were in the repair process. The car was finished a day earlier than projected, and had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out! I am totally impressed and would highly recommend!

I stopped in because I had lost some of the fasteners that hold my fender on. They saw me immediately and replaced my fasteners, free of charge!! If I ever need auto body work, Ill use this shop.Very professional and friendly.

Waited a month to get in. Truck sat for a week before getting started and was lied to about why it wasnt started. They used cheap aftermarket parts that dont fit like OE. Bumper covers are now loose, tailgate cap is loose and actually pulls away from it. I believe there are clips that were not installed. Will never return after getting them to repair the loose parts.

Do not be hesitant to state what you expect and bring it back if you dont get it. They will redo if they understand what they missed and ok it with your car insurance rep first.

I asked for an estimate and the guy at the desk pretty much let me know he was to busy but he would look at it anyway. It was looked at and he told me it would be about 3,000.00 to 4,500.00 to fix. I asked for a written price and I was told he does not have time to do that because he was to busy. I will check with someone else who wants my business.

Their staff worked with me on what labor was necessary and what was extra labor, which kept the cost affordable! They were quick to get my car fixed and had me back and running within a day! I have taken my car to Abra twice. Both times I was exceedingly impressed with the efficient and Masterful work that was done on my new car ! The staff really knows what they’re doing and next year I will enter them in Eugene Weekly’s Best in Town contest.

Avoid this place at all costs. I took my car here because of some paint on my car, seems like a simple job right? Wrong, this was a complete diaster, the guy I was dealing with is completely incompetent it literally took him almost six days to file a claim. When the claim was submitted he attempted to tell me he wasnt going to do the work that they had already been paid for. I had to jump through hoops just to have the repairs done that had already been paid for. Than I get there today and theres still paint on the car, and untop of that the car looked as though they had been off-roading in my car. The supervisor had the gull to attempt to get loud with me and attempt to bully me. These are by far the most disgraceful people Ive ever had the displeasure of meeting. AVOID THIS DUMP AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Fixed up my fiances car like it was brand new, we got into a little fender bender that almost totaled the vehicle. And they fixed it up, painted it, and even did the Pinstripe that I thought would have been gone after the wreck.

At first the facility seems nice and professional looking and thats what brought me in.However, on two separate occasions I noticed they were a bit cold, standoff-ish, with not a glimmer of a smile either time. Receptionist seemed too busy with a visiting friend (?) and just pointed at the paperwork I needed to fill out.Once past that, the estimator/manager seemed to be sizing me up. He had a corporate how can I help you, but please go away attitude (and lets get this over with).I am well educated, clean cut and groomed, wear nice clothes and am generally cheerful and talkative. My presentation or demeanour could hardly be at fault for the cold shoulder treatment. I am admittedely picky with my nice cars. Which there was an apparent lack any but mainstream cars on both visits, (but did not pass judgement based on that observation.)Ultimately I passed on even getting an estimate, and moved on. I visited several other shops on Main St. and found one in particular that was friendly, even offered a tour of the facilities, whom didnt further rub or scatch the paint, then make me feel bad for voicing a concern, or walk off glaring at me telling me how they didnt want to work on my car. That is exactly what happened.With that said, I truly do not like writing negative reviews. Its much more fun to tell the world how great a business is...

It is the worst place I do not recommend it to my sons car they removed the parts and as they could not fix it they did not put them back they lost many screws they did not want to be held responsible very bad service 😡😡😡
