Had a front bumper replaced. They did a great job with the repair and it looks better than new. They are thorough and professional. Even though they just were replacing the bumper they went the extra mile and detailed the exterior and interior of the car! It felt so good to be driving a repaired and clean car. After having a terrible experience with a local dealership, I came to Phoenix Collision to see if Matt could help me fix a bumper issue on my Ford Explorer. The bumper on my vehicle had never been fixed correctly due to an accident, and I did not want to take it back to the place I had before due to a terrible customer service experience. Instead, I called up Matt and he was so helpful! He looked at my bumper, had the part ordered, and even came and picked up/dropped off my vehicle at work for me! Luckily, the part was not needed after all, and it was able to be fixed quickly and efficiently. The whole experience was a THOUSAND times easier than my awful previous experience with the other guys, and the issue was resolved with no hassle. From now on, I will always use Phoenix Collision for any of my autobody needs. Thanks a TON!!!!

Ive had work done at another body shop in town and it was a very negative experience, so I looked around for someone else this time. The entire experience with Phoenix was great from start to finish. I highly recommend Phoenix Collision!! They go above and beyond to help their customers. I had hit a deer so I called my insurance to start a claim then took my car to Phoenix and they took care of everything from there. I didn’t have to do anything else and they had it done when they told me it would be done and my car looked amazing inside and out.

Took my 2006 F150 in for a repair on the bed, truthfully it needed replaced. Matt and his team worked hard to repair the bed as is, since Ford no longer sells replacement bed floors for that year and model. They were able to replace and reinforce everything needed and the result was fantastic!

Just got back my 1976 GMC pickup. Matt did an excellent job as promised. The truck was from Texas and didnt have any rust issues but the paint was very tired and worn out.
