This is a great storage lot. From customer service to security- it is top notch. We own 2 businesses and we utilize the parking and mail boxes so far. We have now switched from another storage unit to Morningstar so that it is all in one place. We are beyond pleased with how well this place is ran. They are always fast and friendly.

We have been customers at this property since it was new and have nothing but good things to say. Both the facility and staff are wonderful; especially the staff. Bend over backwards for you doesnt even begin to describe the lengths they will go through to help and meet your expectations. For the few issues (beyond the staffs control) we have had over the almost 10 year relationship; the Morningstar Team has always stepped up and been there for us. While we live 40-60 min away from this particular property, there is no other provider or facility that we would choose to be at. Our thanks to the team at the Spring Cypress MorningStar Storage.

Ive been storing my camper here for a couple of years now with no real issues. Manager has previously been responsive to my inquiries, etc. After having my camper broken into and items stolen, an email telling me my rate is increasing over 70% (!), and no response from the manager to my email... Im outta here.

I was taking issue with the fact that the clubhouse at our property has been closed for almost a year now but our rent has gone up twice since the start of the pandemic. When I brought these issues to the property manager, Mark, he addressed all of my concerns in a friendly and professional manner. He helped me understand what was going on and by the end of our interaction I was not only satisfied with the outcome but I ended up renting a PO Box as well. Thank you Mark for genuinely caring about my concerns and making the moment right, you’re the best!

The staff at this is location is AWESOME! They are friendly, professional, and over all very pleasant to work with. This past weekend we moved our belongings from a smaller unit to a larger one. Jennifer and Corynn were more than accommodating with the use of their Company Truck and providing a temporary lock on the new unit. Mark, the manager, called Monday to follow up to ask about our experience! This is the second time renting space at this location in 10 years and I highly recommend it!

I have been a tenant here for over a year renting shop space in the car town section(which is worth it in itself) and I also rent a second space to store my classic cars. Since day one the staff has been more than helpful and accommodating. Recently I had the pleasure of speaking with the new property manager Mark Garza and he was able to square away my issue and answer every question I had within minutes. Their prices are very reasonable and they have something to suit any and all your needs. Recently I went to Morningstar to find out prices for storage. When I walked in I was greeted by a friendly man, James Johnson. He was very meticulous when explaining the amenities of the storage. He made me feel like my stuff will be there. When I sell my home I will be storing my stuff here. Thanks again James!

The rudest manager I have ever dealt with in my life. He should not be in customer service. I moved my stuff after 2 months and that was two months too long. Good riddance morning star storage. By the way a mouse laid dead right outside the door to the building my unit was in for over a week. It smelt awful. They never cleaned up either...obviously the mouse was there that long.

I have stored my items at this location long before new management and the name change, The new management comes along and raises the rent over 20% right away, they are all about getting as much as they can from you. Get you in and jack up the rates... The new management is NOT customer friendly as they are concerned with getting as much as they can... I stop to pay the rent at 6pm as I work as well and they would not take the payment with 4 or 5 people sitting in the office so they then inreturn charge a late fee after having to take off early to get that done... I will not use that place any longer and advise you to consider other options for your storage needs...

In the back there is an awesome car town hangout. Really cool place. Lot of gear heads hanging out.

I like the location and hours. I thought it was secure, but received a call today that a few units were burglarized. Location really doesnt matter if your belongings arent safe.
