What you see is what you get... in a good way. This place has no hidden fees and they are great to work with. Kieshia was so nice and accommodating. Its clean and quiet and meets our needs perfectly.

Very clean facility. The previous management sentry self storage had great communication compared to the new one. I am disappointed that we were charged for a late fee during the transition to new management. Our account was on auto pay and we were not informed our account information would not transfer under new management.

5 stars for the customer service from the counter and their help with storage.*Edit* the manager of the store (Sentry) adjusted the UHaul fuel consumption bill accordingly and all has been made proper. Rating updated.

The blonde lady in the office doesnt seem to know anything or care. It feels like she doesnt care about the tenants but only making a sale off us. I did speak with a very nice gentleman who seemed to care and was very informative. I believe his name was Brysen. Unfortunately, due to the impressions I got from management I will not be doing business here.

Rented a smaller unit first then went back and moved to what was supposed to be for a 3 bedroom home. Not enough space so I went back one month later and had to get another unit only to find out now I have to 60.00 more a month for the same size unit .......

Very convenient, right off the main road

Very clean facility and reasonably priced with great customer service. I use this place for business and personal storage needs. We have indoor, outdoor and also covered storage units. The one main issue is with the gate and key pads. They have not been working properly for most of this year and it can be frustrating having to enter your login over and over without the gate opening. Luckily someone is usually there to open the gate for us when it will not work.

Excellent storage facility and friendly staff. Brand new facility, they have only been open a few months. All parking spots, covered and uncovered are all on concrete. Also they have electrical hooks up there for your RV. They have cameras that monitor the entire lot. If youre looking a great storage facility this is the place. Their prices are competitive and will match or beat any competitors prices.

This is a wonderful establishment. They have very fair prices. They have a very neat, nice, organized office, as well as clean driveways and clean climate controlled storages. No bugs, no trash, no problems. I believe they also store RVs and boats! And the office personnel were the nicest. After reading all the reviews, I thought itd be too good to be true, but in fact this place is great and Im very satisfied with everything.

WOW! What an experience. Just got my new storage room and I have never seen such service. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and simple in explaining everything. Price is less than what I was paying for same size. Everything is clean and in place. Impressed with all the security features.

Excellent service, pricing, availability, and convenience for Imperial Oaks and surrounding neighborhoods. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient (took me 10 minutes to do the paperwork) and the property is very secure with plenty of open capacity. Received military discount and reduced rate on move in Uhaul which were nice perks. Highly recommend you stop in and speak to Jennifer, Christine, or Candice... they will hook you up.

Brand new beautiful facility within Imperial Oaks, next door to the fire station. Mine is the first RV there. Christine and Jennifer are great and greet me every time I stop by. Price is competitive, but this Sentry has superior customer service and a great facility.
