When dropping off the truck the process was smooth, quick and easy! Evan did a great job at delivering exceptional customer service. Before I left he made sure I was informed of my total bill and also checked to see how much extra it would be for not refilling the truck with the amount of gas it came with. Over all great experience and would recommend using this location for uhaul truck rentals!

My father actually tired to get a truck with a different rental company(we even had one reserved) which ended up screwing him, and then I found this place! The guy who answered was really accommodating, patient, nice, and helpful I’m so happy there were open during this time and we were able to get the truck we needed they really saved our skin!

I highly recommend this U-Haul facility (The Woodlands). Robinesha, the office/contract person, was very personable and helpful. She called the Regional Manager, who had already left for the day and came back to the facility, to make sure that our trailer was hooked up correctly. It was evident that they care about the safety of the people who rent from them. Kudos to them!!! Thank you!

Yesterday I called the location and asked about a few different boxes I needed to buy Robinesha was so helpful and customer friendly she told me that they had the boxes and would be waiting on me to come in .. once I got there she already had the boxes there waiting on me but I forgot I needed a few other things so she asked me if there was anything else I need and I told her what I was looking for she took me into their box warehouse and showed me a few different options. She made sure I received all the boxes that I needed and asked me did I need any tape she also held a conversation with me and since I told her that I was moving she also offered me a storage unit with the first month free I told her I didn’t need it at this time but she told me to let her know if I started packing and changed my mind . I can’t believe the customer service was so amazing and she didn’t get upset with me because I also asked her for a few prices on the trucks just in case I would need one to move my things and she very helpful so if you need any help call and ask to speak with her she’s super friendly and nice !

I was moving and could have set things up more efficiently. Funds have been really tight and James and Tatyana helped me save $100, got me upgraded to a 20 box truck, and helped me set it all up.Just great and honest people who really care enough to go the extra mile!!

App told us to find our truck that was in the lot. We found it. It was through an open gate. I’m guessing the manager of the location, some older guy, starts berating me and my boyfriend and being exceptionally rude about us going through the gate. Very passive aggressive and condescending. Maybe because we are early to mid 20s and look young? I don’t know. His attitude didn’t change toward us the entire time we were there, but he helped an older couple and his demeanor was a complete change, nice and complying to them. I’ve read similar reviews on here as well about his demeanor and it’s just shocking he still works there.

James and his wife are great people and very friendly! All my questions were answered and the entire process was speedy. I also utilized the free month storage option when my furniture buyer backed. We were even quite late in the timing returning the Uhaul, my fault for not having my phone near me and paying attention to timing, and James was stern but very gracious about the time delay on our part. If I am ever going to need a Uhaul in the woodlands again I know exactly where I will be going!

This place is nice & clean. They were very helpful in the office. They answered all questions & had great advice.

I went there to rent a vehicle and they had no idea what they were doing. The individual I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. He couldnt answer basic questions when I asked when the vehicle needed to be returned. I was told that I would have to have it back in 8 hours. Its for a full day rental. How does 8 hours turn into a full day? When I ended up being late for my eight hour rental they were nice enough to not charge me for any additional usages. Just ask questions before you sign the agreement because it doesnt state any of that in the documents.. I am giving a two star only because they didnt charge me any additional fees.

I went here to rent a U-Haul, I was pretty much treated like I was going to steal it. They informed me that people have stolen U-Hauls from them. I was trying to rent a 17 with cash deposit, they informed me that they no longer do cash deposit on 20 and 26 trucks. I said but I dont need a 20 truck, Im only interested in renting a 17 truck. After constantly listening to Heather and the young guy( couple) go on and on about theft. Going back and forth, Not wanting to take a cash deposit, severely wasting my time. I got my drivers license back and left. Everyone in this world are not thieves, and shouldnt be treated like one. I never had a criminal record in my life and I truly will not get one by keeping a U-Haul. You keep treating people like thieves, your sales at that location will surely drop. If that much theft is truly happening with U-Haul theft maybe its an inside man involved. Could it be that you all are in on it? Could it be that you all are the real thieves?

Poorly managed. Do not recommend this place in any capacity. Untrustworthy.We had a storage unit here for over 10 years and never missed a payment. We went to go get some stuff out of it and someone had cut the lock and took everything out and they had it up for rent again.When management checked the computer system they claimed that someone changed the phone numbers and address on the account. The new address was similar to our address, just misspelled. They claimed that the card on file expired, which it did not. We received zero notifications about any changes to the account or failure of payment They claimed that they were told to clear the unit out. They later backtracked and said someone must have cut the lock and that they would never do that.All management offered to do was call the cops. They were clueless as to what happened and offered no compensation for our items.

Ideal location for me. James was the greatest! The facility is very clean and orderly. Thay have supplies for any need. The dollys anc carts are easily accessible in all buildings. This has been a great experience. Thanks, Sherry Short

When you need to move or storage stuff away this is the place you want to be staff very friendly and will help you in any way.

I rented a uhaul from this location and nice service when I went in. First off when I was called to confirm the man told me that they rent out in 4 hours. Weird, other uhauls allow me a full 24 hours but I said sure. When I originally got it I was hoping to get it a full day per usual uhauls. I was just moving my one bedroom- no big deal but still inconvenient as I was rushing and wasnt able to move entirely. Granted when I got back and I was charged, I was still charged a full day the full $20. I thought I was doing them a favor by only having it for a couple hours thinking they neede the trucks, yet they charge me the same. Not ok. Plus on top of that there is a holding fee that will be refunded 3-5 days from the day of the rental.....NO ONEMENTIONED THAT. So now my account looks negative. Not happy with my experience. I will not recommend. Not ok, and dishonest.

I paid $70 and the next day they charge my credit card $42 without an explanation. Basically, they are abusing my card.Also, avoid being on the phone with your friends or family members when checking out the customers. Always pay attention and that would help you make mistakes.

Claimed I could pick my truck up at 8am via their 24/7 truck share, was not the case. Arrived and once on location I was told I needed to wait until 9am when a rep was on site. Their truck share system is bs. Put me over an hour behind for my move. Their costumer service says they’re available 24/7, however, they don’t answer their phones at all. Whole thing is a scam and waste of money.

Great location close to highway, decent service, storage rental and excellent services. The car was not clean and I forgot a tool in a truck and no one has contacted me. Other than that, great team!

Waited a half an hour for service after making sure someone was available to fill my propane tank. The man told me there was no way to purge my tank and proceeded to try and fill my tank. It was clear he had no concept of what he was doing as I watched him try every nozzle he had. He then told me they didnt have the right nozzle to fill my tank, so I pointed at the proper one and asked him to screw it in the opposite direction. Of course it fit like a glove. He then fiddled with the machine for fifteen minutes shooting propane strait into his face several times before finally giving up and told me it must be broken. By this time it was 5pm and all the propane stores had now closed ruining my picnic plans for my entire family. Ive never seen such blatant disregard for a job, and this was the SECOND UHAUL STORE I TRIED GETTING PROPANE AT. The Tomball store simply refused service because of rain. It was clearly not raining.

Insurance that covers hurricanes but does not cover flooding caused by hurricanes the irony... and they like to remove items from your storage with out permission!

Called to get pricing and the lady on the phone sounded asleep. When we asked for pricing on a 12x30 inclosed space she gave us 10x10 and an office space pricing! A lot of umm lemme see here and umm yeah thats all i see will never go here for storage if this is how things are being ran.

Do NOT USE!!!!! They have no interest in protecting your belongings and the location floods! We lost a fortune in belongings here and they said the insurance we purchased doesnt cover floods. I guess they knew how bad their issues were and thats why they dont cover flooding.
