Caliber Auto Care is now my go-to place for oil changes and for general auto maintenance. Haley and Mike were very courteous and polite. They even accepted a coupon that I forgot to print out before coming to my appointment. The oil change took about 1 hour total but during that time they also checked tire pressure, tire thread, braking system, power steering and air filters. Ultra clean bathrooms, bottled water, free WiFi and multiple TVs made the wait feel short. If you have kids, there is even a cute multi story play center for them to enjoy while you wait. Highly recommend!

Caliber Auto Care provides professional and dependable repairs. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The waiting room is comfortable with big cushioned chairs, big screen TV and a childrens play area. With any vehicle inspection, a full report with pictures is provided in email.

Best experience I had dealing with ABS issues on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. After my car wouldnt start at Kroger with my son - I called Caliber and Roman set up everything to have my vehicle towed, and when I couldnt meet him back at Kroger with the key - Mr. Pat was beyond kind and came to my house so I wouldnt have to wake my son to get the key! John called the next day with a comprehensive review, and due to a technical issue, the car needed to be taken to the dealership for service. Due to transportation issues, I was not going to take until the following day - John offered to deliver the car for me - immediate relief. I took my wifes car in for a state inspection. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Guy finally comes out to go over what they found. These people are in the business of upselling. They basically went over everything in the car that they could try to sell me service on. NOT WHAT I CAME IN FOR!!! I came in for a state inspection (which it passed with no problems). Ive been working on cars for close to 50 years. I know what my vehicles need. They didnt even find anything they could sell me.Maybe ask the customer if theyd like a complimentary inspection of the vehicle rather than wasting their time. I wont be back!!!

Jimmy provided superior excellent service, first in class. I came in to fix my door handle and found I had several other major issues such as the rear shocks which I have held off several years to repair. In turn I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and continues to return as they are accountable and reliable service with transparency.

My husband and I have been using Caliber Auto Care for routine maintenance and annual state inspection for the last 2 years. They are so friendly and efficient and never try to over sell you some service you dont need. They are professional and do really good work in short amount of time. They could have charged me for a repair but instead helped me with recall/warranty information so that I could get the dealer to do the work for free. I have used them for years.

Unfortunately I would not recommend Caliber. My daughter and her boyfriend originally took their car in for the lights on the dash being on and an a/c issue. That being said, major engine problem developed. After sitting at Caliber for months, they repaired the engine. Upon getting the car back, weve had to return for the lights on the dash being on and the ac going out. At this visit we were told the car needed a new AC compressor and alternator. On Monday, August 9th, we reached out to Caliber for the paperwork detailing the work that had been done on the car. Hailey, the woman at the desk, accused us of attempting to not pay our bill while speaking to her manager on the phone. When she hung up, we informed her we simply wanted the paperwork for the work done in the past at Caliber and intended to pay the bill for the work. While she did apologize for the earlier accusation, she informed us we should trade in the car because more problems that would arise. 3 days later, August 12, the car is back at Caliber Collision in need of a new transmission.

More than just an Oil Change!This place is great. The comfiest place I’ve ever been to get an oil change. Big chairs, free drinks, multiple TVs, an indoor playground for kids, a small dog park, internet, and an amazing friendly staff.They even take pictures of your car/truck and will email them to you for future use. This might come in handy for any insurance claims in the future.

This place is awesome for all of your car needs. Friendly staff and beautiful facility to pass the time while your car is being worked on. The kids loved the play area and kept them occupied the entire time I was there. They even do a complete complementary inspection of your car with pics to make sure everything else is up to par and doesn’t need work! Will definitely be back for all my cars needs in the future.

Nice clean place, very nice employees, but didn’t do what I asked them to do, and as with most every other oil change facility (extra charges and up selling). My $69.99 synthetic oil change and tire rotate turned into a $100 oil change, no tire rotate (even though the tread depth is within acceptable tolerance), but they did have a set of $1000 tires “on sale” that they were ready and willing to install. Now I’ll have to use some of my weekend to go get my tires rotated when it all should have been done already. And, they’re not fast, as they claim to be, even without all the services completed.*Thanks Caliber for the follow up communication and resolution to this misunderstanding. All is good on my end.

I have been here a couple of times and had a great experience. I had a 2pm appt last Thursday for an oil change and inspection. When the inspection was done, I was told there was a bolt (or something similar) that needed to be replaced so I said I could wait. I was told it would be about 20 or 30 min. After about an hour or so (I never got up to adk, I was patiently waiting) a guy came to me and said there was a miscommunication and the guy picking up the bolt went to the wrong store, said it would be about 15 to 20 minutes, I said I would wait. My appointment was at 2pm and I left at 4:45pm for an oil change and inspection. The entire time I was there it seemed there were problems with customers who were there and customers on the phone. I remember one was told his inspection was done and everything looked great. He asked the service guy about a problem with his tires that a previous employee had noticed. The employee said he would go double check and then said he would go ahead and do an alignment just to be sure. I never complain but it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. I am a bit nervous hoping my oil change was done correctly and whatever it was that needed replacing was done correctly. I will not be returning in the future.

Just GREAT auto and people care. Always super friendly, super honest, super transparency. Although they are very competitive, I would pay a little more to get my car fixed or worked on here so I know its taken care of. On top of all that they have shuttle service for those living nearby.

Shop around. You can do better. The service writers are young and relatively inexperienced - reluctant to give an estimate over the phone or quote exorbitant prices when they do. Apart from oil changes and inspections, I havent trusted them with anything important, because their quotes are usually higher than Milstead and CB Auto.Oh, and the latest racket in the auto repair shop industry is 3 yrs or 30,000 miles coverage for repairs. If youre using a quality part and a certified mechanic, the job gets done right the first time and should last or exceed 2 - 3 yrs without needless mark-up of parts and labor.Shop your auto repair these days. Youll easily save hundreds.

Took my car in for 100,000 mile service.Had all the fluids done. Trans, coolant, diff, transfer case, oil, new spark plugs, new shocks, alignment.When I first saw their quote, and the spark plugs were $550 parts and labor I was skeptical. Called the Dodge dealership and they were $230 less so was able to get Caliber to match price.When I got my vehicle back my AC was no longer working.Before any work took place, their tech performed a thorough inspection and completed a report which was sent to me.No mention of AC.I drove my car to Caliber with AC and have never had any issue with the system. Why would I choose to prioritize and pay $2000 routine service and omit the AC when we live in the swamp?Spoke to manager who was very polite and authentic in telling me itd be another $1400 for an evap core.In the end it could be a spectacular coincidence but Im not sure Ill ever believe it. Im afraid they lost my trust off the bat with their pricing.

Super great service. I contacted Josue Torres who was the representative on first visit. I sent him an email at 5:30am to check on oil changes and he responded within 3 minutes. I thought he will see the email after he arrive to the shop. He gave all info i needed it and he help me schedule my visit. I arrived and i was helped within seconds from there oil change and vehicle inspection was done within 30-40 minutes. I asked to stay in my vehicle and the mechanics at shop were super friendly and professional. I recommend it. Great experience.

Finally an honest repair shop! Took my F-150 in for an oil leak. They diagnosed the issue found that the Ford dealer where I had work done a month ago left a bolt out of the oil pan. They informed me of the issue and here is where it gets good. They drove my truck to the ford dealer, met with the service manager, and got the dealer to repair their mistake. Terry at Caliber communicated with me the whole time and offer to call the dealer back if I had any issues. I will no longer use the Ford dealer for my service work. Caliber is my new service provider. By the way the only thing I was charged for was degreasing the bottom of the engine and locating the leak!

Don’t know why you would go anywhere else, prices seem fair and the customer service is out of this world. They always go above and beyond to make everything perfect and take care of my son who loves to go into the play center. These are all the toys he walked out with, he loves going.

I went in for an oil change. First time using caliber care. I loved service first so I was willing to give caliber care a try. That was a big mistake and will never go back again. They only wanted to sell me high priced items and wanted me to replace parts on my car that it didn’t need. They told me my battery “failed” their test and automatically told me I need a new battery. Didn’t ask me any questions like “how long have you had this battery?” “Have you had any issues with starting your vehicle?” Just assumed I would fork over the money for a new battery without question. I immediately told them that battery is new less than a year old the man then paused for a while stared at me and said “oh where did you get it?” Then I said my dealership. He then paused again and said oh well then you need to take it to them. But swore up and down the battery was bad and that it failed the test. Took it to my dealership they did their warranty check and tested the battery it passed with flying colors and they showed me the test results. Caliber care is not what service first was. Will not return to a place that only wants to con you out of money than actually do what is asked.

Very nice and clean place with nice places to hang out while your car is being serviced. My toddler loves the play area (of course COVID makes things a bit different). Honest people who explain everything without talking down to you. They seem to really care that you are leaving with a safe car.

Got my inspection done here. They were quick and thorough. Took pictures to prove that the work was done and even sent me a text and an email with the pictures/summary of the work.

Anything I can not take care of myself on my vehicles I bring here. They do very good work and are very thorough. Any recommendations they give on repair/change that I can change myself has actually needed repair or replacement. Unfortunately had to bring my car in for a transmission replacement, and they were great about getting it done. Warranty that it comes with is great as well.

As a young woman Im very cautious about automotive services because more often than not I get talked down to, pressed to purchase uneeded services, and just generally mistreated. Happy to report that I felt completely at ease here! Having a knowledgeable and kind woman at the front desk (Haley Pierce) really helped, she didnt make me feel bad about my lack of experience with vehicles and helped me in a quick manner. I did wait for a bit with this inspection since they were busy but I didnt mind at all. When a technician came out to talk to me about my car he was kind and honest and not at all condescending. After some awful and angering experiences at other places I was ready for an issue here but I had no problems! As much fun as a car inspection could be! Highly recommended for women and young women in particular!

The best service I have EVER HAD with an automotive industry. They were completely clear on the work that was being done, I was in and out within an hour for both a tire rotation as well as an oil change. I moved to a new area and was looking for a good place to take care of my car maintenance for my Infiniti. I called around and everyone had similar prices but only one place, Service First Automotive on Rayford was patient, friendly, willing to give me a coupon to earn my business. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. A technician greeted me immediately in the parking lot as I was getting out of my car. The store is VERY clean and had great perks while I waited. They had three flat screen TVs, each with different channels, magazines, coffee and teas that you could brew fresh, and cold water They had 5 iPads and Wifi for anyone to use. There is even a playground inside. Service is amazing here. I later came back to mount my new rims and tires. 4 technicians mounted them for me. It was like a racecar pit...WOW! I even saw them wipe clean the rims and tires with meticulous care. I have never seen this level of service. I am impressed and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place for all your automotive maintenance!

Fast friendly and convenient.They have a play area and comfortable sitting for you to wait i. The staff will ask if you need anything, and I enjoy having people dedicated to customer service while others wrench on the cars. It just makes for a more efficient service provider.The prices are a little higher, but youre paying for quality and comfort so the trade off is worth it in my opinion.

These days it’s hard to find people who do good work. It’s even harder to find people who are willing to be responsible for the work they’ve done and seek to improve their customer’s overall experience. Service First on Rayford Road do great work and are thorough when following up with their customers. I’m glad to say that Service First genuinely took the time to ask me what areas may need improvement with my experience.

Its rare these days to find someone who doesnt take advantage of a situation. This business operates with morals and ethics. I came in requesting a service I was told I needed from another automotive center. Service First took my car for a drive and a diagnostic check and told me that no services were needed and didnt charge me anything. They could have preformed the service I requested and charged me for that, but instead they took the higher road and earned my repeat business for dealing honestly with me and not taking advantage of my automotive ignorance. I’m 51 and I’ve been in service shops across the country, I’m also from Detroit so I know a thing or two about the auto repair business. What this company is doing is revolutionary, I could feel it as soon as I approached the door where I was met by a professional well mannered employee that looked truly eager to take care of the needs of my vehicle. Most places you have to walk up to the counter and wait while getting a sense from the worker on the other side of the desk of irritation they have to take care of you, this was completely different here at Service First, before I could even tell them why I was there and before they even asked they asked me if I’d like some Starbucks coffee or water as they led me to what they call their living room, where I was made to feel more like a guest in their home then just another customer. The entire process was easy and I never felt pressured or rushed, they even gave me choices. Keep an eye out for this company,, if their other stores are like this they will be a household name in no time.

Not only is it a beautiful shop providing amenities such as an impeccably clean/comfortable waiting area, water bottle station, coffee station (all complimentary), but it also provides guests with iPads, and a top of the line child’s play room.The service is TOP of the line. You will not find another auto repair shop that treats you with the kindness that these folks do. You are important, your needs are anticipated, and they will do whatever it takes to make your experience the best possible, even if that means driving you to the grocery store while your car is being worked on.No issue is too big or small. They’ve done A/C work for us (and took care of dealing with the warranty company), battery changes, breaks and rotors, oil changes and inspections. They always thoroughly explain options/pricing, and discuss any other issues one may need to be aware of.I absolutely trust them with all three of our vehicles, I trust their quality of work, and I trust their honesty (and I’m a tough nut to crack!). I am so thankful for the Rayford location, and for team members such as Cody and Tyler (though they’re all fantastic).
