Love the service and attentiveness of the staff and technicians here. I’ve been bringing my car to this place since 2016 and always felt that the pricing was fair and service and repairs always exceptional. My car is a 2011 model and it still works great! Let me say: these guys are honest. Take that to the bank.The BMW dealer told me I needed to replace the control arms on my X5M to fix a noise that had developed. They said the control arms were shot and that led to a clicking sound at low speeds.I brought it to these guys to do the work and they didnt replace the control arms....why? Their mechanic said the noise wasnt coming from the control arms and the control arms were not bad. Instead of taking my $1500, they charged me $500 for a lesser repair, and the noise is gone.BMW of the Woodlands still believes its my control arms. Strange that the repair North Houston Beemer said needed to be done made the noise disappear. Who do you think is correct?North Houston Beemer earned my trust and my business. I wont go elsewhere.

What a great place! Went in because of a check engine light and was expecting an expensive repair bill. They went above and beyond expectations and found a recall that had not been done. Instead of an expensive repair my car was fixed for free. So thankful for their dedication, honesty, and customer service. Stopped by because of light engine after a exhaust fluid refill on my X5 35d 2013 and they promptly ran a test. More than that, Michael researched the error and found out that BMW had an extended warranty policy on the active-tank sensor SCR that I did not know about, being the second car’s owner. He called the BMW of The Woodlands and made sure they would cover that. Then he pass me all the instructions, along with the General Manager Juan and I went to the BWM dealer. Surprise, surprise: all service and parts were covered.These guys saved me not less the 2.5K and made my day. They rock!!! Very honest people, great staff. I’m pleased I looked for them.

I purchased a new BMW and was looking for a place that is reliable after the 40K mile mark and a former coworker of mine recommended to check out Houston North Beemer. Decided to read the reviews and then gave a chance. I decided to wait a year or so to finally write my review, so here it goes. I would recommend this to anybody thats looking for BMW specialist. The staff is friendly and do care about their customers but I have to give special thanks to Juan whos gone above and beyond to making sure that the work done to my vehicle is done to my liking, so thank you sir. Their products that they use is genuine compatible with BMW automobiles. I also appreciate the time I left the car overnight they provided me with a rental for the meantime. North Houston Beemer has earned my trust when it comes to doing work/maintenance with my BMW.

Called several times to get a quote from Juan and sent email detailing what I would like done... Called Juan and he finally said he received a quote but he had to call me back... Never did... My point if you dont want to do the job, just say so and be done with it. If you dont have the time, I understand, but just dont blatantly try to avoid me... Its just a quote... If I cant even quote, thats speaks volume about your service. Dont bother calling me, not interested in more...

I’ve been taking my 7 series to these guys for years. When I found out that they were doing work on Mercedes, I brought them my S550. Estimate was EXACTLY what they quoted me for over more than half of what the dealership was charging me. I WAS FLOORED. You guys will be taking care of my babies for life. Good job!!!

Great experience!! They quoted me a price and thats exactly what I paid. Their rates are over half less than the dealership and other repair shops I received quotes from. Their customer service is great as the called me to give me updates on the progress of my repairs and my car was ready exactly when they said it would be ready. I plan to use them from now on.

Mercedes service & repair on my AMG G63 was awesome a couple weeks ago. Many years ago when I got my first BMW 750, a Judge referred me to these guys and I have been using them for that car ever since. Recently I found out they could service and work on Mercedes and they actually came to my house and picked up my AMG Wagon with 44k miles on it, and did a brake job all the way around. Also, my check engine light was on, and these guys didn’t try to lie to me or steal from me and diagnosed my problem as a Gas cap and fixed that for little to nothing. They are always very honest and very reasonable and that why I was referred to them and am referring them to you now.

I am a flight attendant who has recently relocated to Houston and whom coming from New York City, had to purchase a used vehicle to get around, we all know what comes with buying used cars! Juan at North Houston Beemer is nothing short of amazing. I had a very tricky situation going on with my fiancé z4. We had a insurance deal on a wreck take a longgg time and the car went into transport mode and ever since it has been doing a lot of crazy stuff. The guy at the other shop said he reset it out of transport mode but even since it’s done crazy stuff and he just said take it up with the insurance company and they said that he said it wasn’t anything he did which I knew it was. For instance you would turn the key off and all the windows and the top would flip back at the same time. Then on several occasions the blinkers, the steering wheel controls and ac would stop working all at the same time. Knowing it was soemthing electrical and something out of my experience I figured I would bring it to a specialist. He was very patient in letting me explain everything that was going on because I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money on random test and pile up a huge bill. He assured me he could figure it out for a small fee of $118 which was way cheaper than most being other shops said we needed to do like 4 separate test just to a idea. He found that the car had been in transport mode the whole time and the other shop never took it out. I thanked him and then he even said since he didn’t have to do much it would be free of charge. I don’t do reviews a lot but he really deserves this one. If you need professional advice on your vehicle make sure to go see These guys and make sure you ask for Juan. Not to often you find people who will help you out like this. Thanks Juan and I will make sure I send anyone with problems we dnt address at our shop to you guys. Electrical issues etc...

I Took my BMW 528i to north Houston Beemer for a rattle noise and they found the issue quickly. The exhaust bracket was loose. They adjusted it and did not charge me a dime. Great repair service.

Very knowledgeable, affordable, and trustworthy. I can rely on them for the expertise at an affordable price.They are usually pretty good at timely completion of projects but communication is a bit lacking and if you expect follow up you will need to do it yourself.Definitely trust them to work on my vehicle and will continue to utilize their service, but again the lack of communication and follow up can be frustrating.

Highly recommend this place for repairs. They have certified technicians and mechanics on staff that can diagnose and fix small to major issues on your beemer. I take my car in as well as my colleagues. If you have a problem after their service, they will get you in and assist right away. Cheaper and faster than taking to a dealer for repairs. They will fix only what you need to get you back on the road and offer financial assistance from partner companies for those larger repairs.

Great service Ive been going here for years already. I was personally recommended here from my advisor at the BMW dealership. Great prices cant beat them compared to the dealership, they are honest and will let you know whats currently wrong with your vehicle and what they recommend if they get any red flags on a upcoming issue. The staff is all cool and helpful.

The guys here are great! I took my 2013 M3 for an oil change and they quickly showed me a few things that I was neglecting that needed to be replace. They saved me money on the long run and plus they educated me more on my vehicle I come here routinely for general maintenance. Juan and Edgar provide me with great customer service! Definitely a company that I refer to my friends and family!

Ive been working with these guys since 2011 or so. Theyve always been very informative and honest. They dont recommend things that dont need to be done and they are priced very fairly. The owner is a BMW master tech and his technicians are BMW techs. They can handle anything you throw at them and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend you bring any year or model BMW or mini to them and I am sure your experience will be great like mine.

They did an excellent job repairing the valve cover and valve cover gasket on my BMW X5 and saved me a lot of money from what the dealer wanted. They were very honest and completely accurate about the diagnosis too and fixed the problem perfectly!

Honest with great integrity!! Took my mini in and the pump was broken which was ~$1000repair. Louis found that it was recalled by the company and advised us to return to mini for FREE repair! They couldve easily charged us but as Louis said thats not how we do business. Id buy another MINI just so I can have this team be my mechanics!

As a car enthusiast I have always had a true appreciation for these BMWs but am also aware of the stigma often associated with their maintenance. I am the proud owner of an 03 745Li & 07 335i and done my fair share of maintenance to keep them road worthy. While I do most of own service work and troubleshooting there is no way I could have done this without Edgar and his team of technicians. Recently went to get at thermometer replaced on my 2008 Mini Cooper! The staff were polite and knowledgable. The set up is very nice and relaxing while you wait for your car to get a tune-up. Its also a lot cheaper than the dealer and you get even better service! I would def take my car back for any minor or major issues!

I have to write an awesome review for these guy of the work they DIDNT do!. My car was having issues with an ABS light going on and off that was hard to reproduce these guys had my car a week and tried to reproduce the light and couldnt so instead of running expensive diagnostics were HONEST and told me to monitor the situation for patterns or more consistency. These guys are awesome with communication and let you know everything you need to know will always use them for repair of my BMW.

North Houston Beemer for me has sets the bar high for BMW corporate facilities…These guys are elite! I brought my first BMW for a pre-purchase inspection after little research. Edgar and his team are extremely knowledgeable, customer service oriented and pay attention to detail regardless that time was limited for both of us. A potentially major issue was identified and Edgar and his team were able to resolve and with work ethics above most facilities. They did make an exception and worked over to make sure my vehicle was safe for me to be able to head back up north. As a person who normally does his own car repair work, it was very refreshing to work with Edgar and Marcello concerning my 2001 E39 M5. These guys are top notch and I will most definitely use them again. I brought my car in for them to do control and thrust arms and couldn’t be more pleased with the work and additional recommendations. So pleased, I plan on bringing in my 2005 325ci for some work needed. I highly recommend North Houston Beemer and this is coming from a guy who almost never takes his car in for repairs since I don’t trust most auto repair shops. I would add that I live in the Jersey Village area and thought so highly of these guys, it was worth the 50 mile round trip twice.

By far the most honest BMW mechanics in The Woodlands. Superior service and explained everything to me thoroughly on the work they performed on my 650i. Did not try to upsell anything. This is the first time that I have ever had a mechanic shoot me straight from front to back. Goes a long way with me.

North Houston Beemer says they will save you up to 30% over dealership costs… NOT TRUE - they charged me over 35% MORE than a dealer! Here’s what happened. My Mini Cooper gave a check engine warning so I went to an auto parts store to get it diagnosed. The code said the sensor shows it is overheating, even tho it is not. Called Momentum Mini & they said if that’s the problem, it would be $330. Called North Houston Beemer (NHB) & they said it would be $280… $50 bucks less and closer to my work. I called on Saturday, they said bring it in Monday at 8 a.m. and they can get it done that day. I do that and they shuttle me back to work (6 miles) = plus 1 star! They call at 11 & say they need to do diagnostics ($100+) but that cost is rolled into the total cost. Do it! They call back at 3:15, it is the sensor but they can’t get it done today… and the price is now $450. I forgot to make sure they have deducted the diagnostic fee… but even if they didn’t that means the cost would be $350 which is within $20 of Momentum and if I go to Momentum now, I’ll still have to pay NHB the $100+ diagnostic fee. So I was screwed either way = minus 10 stars! I said do the repair. They said they will provide a free rental car … I ask them to come pick me up. They don’t do that … so I Uber back to NHB (+$12) to get the rental car. Next day - nothing from them. I call at 1:30pm - car’s not ready.. It will be soon. I call at 4pm - because they have never called all day - car is ready!I show up and the price is $450!This is $170 over their original estimate - NOT 30% less than a dealer - over 35% MORE. I was mislead with a low price to get me in the door & then once they have the car for almost a full day - they jack up the price. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! I will not return … you shouldn’t go the 1st time!

I have a 2009 E90 M3 and I love it dearly. I daily drive it and race it occasionally. North Houston Beemer does my regular maintenance and installs my race parts. There is no better price on BMW service than these guys. You cant beat the knowledge and friendly service here either. They really take care of you and dont give you the run around like a dealer does. I highly recommend this shop for anything BMW. I have been going there for a year and havent had a bad experience. I will be seeing these guys again soon for more race equipment installs.

Worst place to go!! Paid to do a pre buy inspection. They told me the car was was perfect and not even a scratch on the car. After I picked up the car from the dealership there was over 10k in repairs needed. Stay away from this place. Kept getting told I will get refunded. Now they just ignore me. Juan admitted to screwing up. But has done nothing to fix it. They dont care about customer service clearly.

After taking my M5 to two separate shops for clutch/flywheel work I received lots of run-around and leg pulling. I was referred to NHBeemer and my car was handled instantly. The cost was very reasonable and the mechanic allowed me to supply my own parts for the repair (most mechanics wont allow this so that they can pull your leg even more).To top it off, Alex informed me that I would also need maintenance in other areas (in which other mechanics had blown off) and got those taken care of.The turn around time was swift and most of all, my car now shifts perfectly. 10/10.

Ive been taking my X5 to North Houston Beemer since before I bought it. Before I signed the paperwork at the dealership, I took it to North Houston Beemer to have it checked out. The regular maintenance and few repairs have all been done at NHB. The owner, manager and technicians are professional and spend the time to explain any issues so you can make an informed decision on repairs and upgrades. They truly take care of their customers. The expertise and reasonable pricing beats anyone in Houston. I drive almost 30 miles (one way) to have my BMW serviced with this team and I would recommend NHB to any of my fellow BMW owners.

My experience with the staff was exceptional. North Houston Beemer was very professional and informative of the work that needed to be done to be done to my MINI Cooper S. The staff assured that my vehicle was fixed correctly and the job was not rushed.

This place is fantastic. We took our 1997 BMW here with a list a mile long of things that needed to be done to it. They were super knowledgeable and friendly and got our car like new again without suggesting tons of unnecessary add ons. They communicated with us constantly so we never had to wonder. Awesome place for your Beemer without the dealer prices

I took my car in to NH Beemer and had the absolute worst experience ever. I took my car in for an idling noise, they replaced the crankshaft sensor and released the car back to me with the check engine light on. Not even 3 hours later, the entire electrical system shut down and I had to pay for a wrecker service. I contacted NH Beemer and they had my car towed back to them. After realizing that my car had a recall on the Vanos Solenoid from BMW, BMW had to tow my car from NH Beemer disassembled. I ended up paying over $1,060.00 for nothing. Ive emailed the general manager, Juan and he has yet to respond. If I could give them a zero I would. I would not recommend anyone going there. However, its your choice! As a woman, I feel taken advantage of and customer service is not prevalent here.You stated in your comment that it was about not having the money, and that I was advised about paying for the towing fee back to you. NO I WAS NOT! You failed to mention that it was driveable when it was brought to you, but had to be towed away. You can post whatever you like to redeem NH Beemer. Both you and I know the truth. IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE LACK OF MONEY. YOU WERE PAID. It was about spending money not knowing the true diagnosis of my car. At any rate, it was repaired by BMW!

I did not visit but called in and the technicians were so helpful! They talked me through the problem I had and were very patient. I own a Mini Cooper and was driving cross country when my Mini told me I needed service. I was ready to drive 100+ miles to the nearest Mini dealership when I found these guys on Google. Not only did they save me a extra miles but they calmed my nerves when they explained what my car was telling me and that I would be okay. Thank you!

Dont come to this place unless you want to be ripped off..I had a AC problem with my BMW while idling, and I told them it was likely a problem with the fan. They wanted to replace my condensor and compressor, and quoted me 1700. Got the fuse for the auxillary fan replaced for 150, and its good as gold..Thanks but no thanks guys..

Came in from out of town on a short weekend trip with my mini misfiring, first went to dealership. After hearing their price started calling around to see who was open and near. These guys fixed what was broken, did an oil change, and fixed the serpentine belt while showing me what was all wrong with everything each step of the way. Got me out in an amazing short amount of time for half the price of what the dealer quoted for only the orginal problem.

My mini was leaking coolant from the thermostat housing and the water pipe. I went to the mini dealership and they wanted 1500 dollars to fix this cheap piece of molded plastic. Said it wasnt an easy job and that it would take days. Called this place and got a quote for 700 dollars. The guy on the phone said it was a common problem and an easy fix(It is definately common and easy to fix) and told me they could do it in a couple hours. I just saved 800 dollars and a few days worth of my time. They even finished earlier than expected. Ill be coming back for sure when my car breaks again(its a mini, it will break again) and i strongly recommend you guys atleast give this place a call if you dont want to get totally ripped off by the dealership.

My wife was having issues with her starter on her (E90) 328i, Marcelo quickly diagnosed the problem and emailed me an invoice for the work. Included were some other issues he felt we should address before they created additional problems. After discussing the issues over the phone, I felt no additional pressure to have the extra work done, Marcelo only offered sound advice and offered to address the issues at a later date. I decided to have all the issues addressed. During the completion of the agreed to work, a few minor issues came to light, because these issues were not agreed to previously, NHB agreed to repair the issues at a reduced rate. I could not ask for better service. My wife and I were very pleased with the honest and reasonable service they provided.

These guys are upfront and honest with their work, I have save some money BIG TIME word of mouth cannot go far enough for the good job they do, I have no problem with their work and they show you and also take pictures of before and after they do the work, I had engine problem which was covered over the extended warranty which was purchased at take ADVANTAGE of BMW, but i rather these guys at NORTH HOUSTON BEEMER instead of the DEALER, give these guys your bizness glad i did.

Owner, Edgar Tello, is honest, professional and gets it done. I had a major issue with my 550i two years ago and after going through multiple repairs (based on error codes and BMW recommended repairs) Edgar finally figured it out and my 550i has been running perfectly since then.His prices are at least 50% lower than the dealership and he and his team are mostly long time BMW repair guys, so you get the quality, experience from the dealerships. Difference is the service is much more personal, timely and they will work with you from major repairs to regular maintenance.Even though its a drive for me to get there from Cypress, I never hesitate when its time for a lube or other repairs. I will only use NH Beemer. If only they could build a shop in Cypress, that would earn them six stars!

I recently took my 335i to get my BMS DCI intake and JB4 G5 w/ISO installed the technician Glen installed and programmed the software easily. Ill be back to install my down pipes, oil catch can, charge pipe w/ BOV, 7 inch front mount inter cooler, and oil cooler upgrade kit soon.
