Showed up early for my appointment time since I got out of class early. Went there to get my tires balanced and rotated that I bought from them last year. They got right to my vehicle even though I showed up 30 minutes early. This was awesome. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. This is why I go to discount tire because their prices are the best, and you just cannot be their customer service.

The energy here is unmatched. Every staff member is a qualified professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I feel like $1M every time I come here. Fantastic service, great value!

Did not know we were suppose to schedulean appointment until I got there. They told me I was going to wait at least an hour, unless customers with apps didnt show up on time, then they would take me in. But to my surprise they just took like 45 minutes to get both my vehicles done. Thank u guys very professional.

They are caring knowledgable professionals that will not only get the job done but go above and beyond.I go here for free tire air pressure checks, new tires and they are always happy to assist.Theyre also thorough because the inside of my tires were worn and steering felt off (no one else caught this) and it turned out I needed a rack and pinion for my vehicle and the vehicle was not safe to drive. I had that fixed at dealership promptly.I recommend them highly and my family and friends go to them as well. I have come to expect long waits and inaccurate time quotes and relatively poor customer handling in the auto repair industry, that, here was not the case. First and foremost, Jerrod and the team were professional, clean and made me feel important and valued as a customer. I was a walk-in customer, needed 2 tires only, there was no up sell attempt. Jerrod and the technicians kept me informed to insure they knew what I wanted, and I knew what they were doing. Jerrod quoted me 10 min to start and 45 min to complete. The actual was 20 min to start and 30 min to complete. As someone who has always bought tires at Costco (Im 60 by the way) I am now a discount tire customer.

Walked in Wednesday afternoon at 3:00 pm and walked out before 4:00 pm to replace 4 tires. Excellent staff and fast service. Thankful and look forward to keep doing business with them.

Ive visited many DT locations around town and this one is by far my favorite. The minute I stepped out of my car, there was an employee ready to help me (Bradly J Phillips). Brad was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all kind....he quickly identified the issue and found the best solution for me and my wallet! My dad talked to Bradley on the phone Thursday for me to all my tires replaced. They quoted him on a 40,000 mile tires. When I got there today Bradley informed me that they didnt have that tire, but they price matched and gave me 60,000 mile tires.Bradley was very friendly and getting my tires changed was quick.

When visiting, definitely look for Bradly. This is my first time visiting this location and I was well taken care of and will definitely return to this location for any of my tire or wiper blade needs. 11/10 recommendation.

Ive been coming to discount since I had my first car like a hundred years ago. My model t had tires made of pure rubber and they were so hard, i started the pot hold on Westfield and bender.In all seriousness, Ive never had an issue with this company and the prices are always fair...also...lots of eye candy.

Tried to get tire rotation, just because a tire was to close to the side they tried to sell me 2 tires, safety reasons, I had the tire patched 6 months ago no problems yet.

Always enjoy coming here for new tires may be slow to hi volume of customers but well worth it.

Last time I was here I had a customer service discrepancy the manager after posting my review contacted me within 10min. This told me the level of intrest for him to be at highest-ranking level of service. We spoke and agreed it was a good opportunity to train personal and allow for the service to be at the highest. Now I am back and he went above and beyond to make up for all the previous situation. As I mentioned I changed from going to the 59 and 1960 location years ago. This had been the first time I had an issue at this location, but I wont stop coming just for a one time deal.Basically you need to speak so they can help you, but the conversation regardless of how bad you felt needs to be professional and with respect. The guys here at Discount respect customers and want to provide to best service as possible.

Bought one new tire. Was told it would take three and a half hours to get to me. Left the tire rim to be picked up later. Came back 3 p.m. I was put in line behind everyone else that was already there. Got tired of waiting took my tire and put it on myself. I have been to many Discount Tires in the past this one lacks organization. I would not recommend this Discount Tire.

They have great customer service. They fixed my car quickly. Sometimes they can be packed but they always do an awesome job. It can get pricey, but their warranties are really good. Definitely have long term customer.

Have always taken my cars there good deals. Also can get insurance for the tires.Well worth it Ive had to use it and didnt have to pay a dime.You can go by get you air checked for free and they will get them to the correct pressure at no charge and you dont even have to get out of your car. Give them a try youll love it. The people treat you with respect even the women.

I drive down from Conroe to go this Discount Tire because of the manager, Clayton. He is really great to work with and he went above and beyond. He and his staff couldn’t have been nicer and made some great recommendations. My repairs were done ahead of time and I saved hundreds over other tire places. I love their warranties! I get my tires rotated often, so it will save me a lot over paying each time.

We drive from The Woodlands to this location, because its that good! Weve brought multiple cars here, and they always take great care of us. They are quick to greet you and give an estimation of what needs to be done. They keep you updated while you wait. Most importantly, they try so hard to save you money. One time we were looking at having to replace all 4 tires because we have all wheel drive, and they worked it so that we only had to pay full price for 1 of them, and they saved us $600. Today I needed a repair on a vehicle they hadnt worked on previously, and they still didnt charge me anything. Seriously, choose this location!

Absolutely saved the day, I put new wheels and tires from a newer Camry on my older Camry and was charged $150 by Toyota to have the new sensors programmed to the car. It didn’t work because they were different sensors. They recommended replacing the sensors with new ones at a quote over $400. I was asking if we could put the old sensors in the new set and told it wouldn’t work. I question everything and with a little research learned I could. Came here to discount tire and they got the job done in less than an hour and at a fraction of the cost. I have used discount tire for about 15 years now and have a few excellent experiences but this has been the best and saved me hundreds of dollars. I really don’t trust anyone else but discount tire. Pep boys quoted me hours and a few hundred to do the same service as well and I was only going to use them because they were right in front of Toyota. I should’ve stayed true and came to discount first!!

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years; Technicians and managers have come and gone over time but these guys practice excellent customer service satisfaction. Upper Management will give you the best solutions that will fit your budget and the floor techs are fast efficient and thorough in taking care of your vehicle.

Wish I could rate this zero stars. The wait was horrible almost two hours when I was one of 5 vehicles in the store and two car skipped ahead of me. I went in for a rotate/balance for long distance travel. I was pleased after I came out of the shop but after and hour and a half in through my road trip my vehicle read low tire pressure. I was able to stop at a gasoline station to pump air when I noticed the tire was completely flat and the tire valve steam was leaking air seems as if was broken during my visit to discount tire. These tires were purchased in store brand new, there should be no reason for the valve steam to leak. I am very disappointed.

Make an appointment before coming and it will save you so much time. I have a warranty on my tires, and had a small leak that they said was too close to the sidewall to repair. Replacement tire was free, and $31 to buy a warranty on the new tire. Much better than the $270 the tire sells for.

My 1st time there. I chose there because it was near my house. The service was quick and efficient. I cannot think of a reason that I would not go back there if I need more tires

Incredible to think that just rotating your 4 tires will take 2 hours and 20 min, very dissatisfied and Im just glad I only have to spend half of my Saturday morning every 6,000 miles. Hope you guys can do better on this.

Awful customer service. I have been there 3 times every time they have been hours slower than expected. Poor quality the staff is under trained one of the workers left my lugnut key by my windsheild wipers and told me I was good to go. This location needs to be shut down.
