This is an amazing BMW service center, from the clean, welcoming lobby (that includes Bones, the dog), friendly and professional staff, and excellent service. We have taken our car there twice, after having never gone anywhere since 1990 except to Silvios in town (and a few misguided times to a dealership!), and found the same honest service, including decent prices, that we had come to expect. Our car had some unusual problems and needed a complete software update, which took longer than expected, and they were exceptionally informative and kept us posted. We own 3 BMWs, so you can bet they will be seeing us again. We recommend without any hesitation!

I can only say good things about this place from walking in and being greeted with professionalism and knowledge of Mr. Joseph, he made everything a breeze even with it being warranty work. I have owned various BMWs over the last 20 years and therefore I have a lot of experience with BMW dealers and independent shops. ABR is the best BMW repair shop I have ever dealt with for both newer model BMWs and classic BMWs. I have a rare E34 M5 that was sitting because of some bad prior dealings with other independent shops. I took a leap of faith and took my M5 to ABR for repair. Jordan, the ABR service advisor, gave me an estimate to bring it back to life, including what needed to be done right away and what could wait. ABR took on the project, kept me posted as the project progressed, and even sent me pictures as various jobs were completed. When I came to pick up the car the bill was extremely close to the estimate they gave me a few months earlier despite a few unanticipated issues. My 27 year old M5 now runs fantastically and I would drive it anywhere. The service tech who worked on it, Grady, did a great job bringing it back to life for me.I also recently acquired an E82 135i as a daily driver, and with Jordans advice, installed a few upgrades. Wow, what a difference - the car is much more fun to drive and I didnt have to spend a huge amount of money to do it. My daily commute is much more enjoyable now!What makes ABR stand above all the other BMW shops and dealerships I have dealt with is their honesty. BMWs are expensive to maintain but ABR is not out to take advantage of you or run up your bill. Thats not something I can say about some other BMW shops I have dealt with over the years. ABR gets the job done right the first time and does so honestly.

After installing some new tires on my car, I came to ABR for a BMW-specific alignment. Not only did ABR give me great information, great stories and great pizza, but they told me that my car didn’t actually need any alignment work and charged me $0.00. This is why I won’t go anywhere else for my BMW service - any other shop could’ve done exactly the same amount of work, charged me for an alignment and I would’ve been none the wiser. ABR’s techs and staff are a class act.Edit: After I was rear-ended on 45, ABR Houston did a fantastic job getting my BMW back in order. Body work, parking sensor setup, everything. Came back cleaner than Id left it and faster than any other collision repair Ive ever had. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my car.

ABR did a great job aligning my Tesla Model 3. Very professional team, good communication, will use again in the future. ABR also has a nice recessed alignment lift (no ramps needed).

As of the typing of this review I have been a loyal ABR client for about a year, or year and a half. I have been in to have my E39 540i worked on to a grand total of around $15,000. I have spent more money on service to my car in this past year than most people would spend on their vehicle for the entire length of ownership. They have performed maintenance, repairs, modifications, ETC. on almost every different system of my car ranging from a simple oil change, to a complete M62 engine timing chain service. If anyone is qualified to speak to the quality of service and professionalism this team provides, Id be inclined to say I am among them.I am an automotive enthusiast. I have loved cars of all sorts since High School, and have been in and out of countless repair/custom shops. I can tell you with 100% certainty that (unfortunately) there are VERY few shops out there that even come close to the level of knowledge and flat out honesty that this team provides. I am fully capable of accomplishing a fair majority of the work that Ive had performed by ABR myself. This being said, there is just something about the piece of mind behind professionally installed and warrantied work that cant be beat.I could ramble on and on about every experience and every moment that lead me to give my trust to the team at ABR. Long story short, they are the only automotive shop that I will entrust bringing my vehicle to, and across the wide spectrum of minor or major repairs that ABR has completed, I have never had any reason to be dissatisfied with the work that has been done.

My F30 was always serviced at the dealership, because I had this perception that BMW service department = quality.. but boy was I wrong. I’m glad I’ve came to ABR and they have saved my car from negligence from the dealership on more than one occasions this year alone already. This shop is 45 minutes away from me and is 100% worth the drive for a peace of mind that my car is being taken cared of by a team that pays immaculate attention to details.

I was recommended by my son who is a car enthusiast. I took my BMW X6 to Jordan to have a chip put in that increased HP from 440 to 625. They did awesome job and I have always taken my car to Jordan since then. Not an easy task since I live in Sugar Land and it a 45-minute drive one way, but worth it.

I am the owner of a classic 1989 635CSi. ABR Houston is the only company in Houston that I trust to work on my car. Brought my A4 Cabriolet to ABR based on recommendation from a friend. The staff was professional and courteous. What an incredible experience! I did some work on my 2002 530i that required specialty programming and the guys at ABR took care of it in the best fashion. I got the chance to talk to Alex in length, and he and the rest of the staff at ABR made me feel right at home. Ive been looking for a shop to handle the specialty needs of my rescue E39 and these guys are definitely it. Not only did they perform the service I requested, but solved a long-standing issue with my brakes as well as oil consumption on the higher mileage engine. On top of that, they did a thorough inspection of the car, alerting me to many issues I was and was not aware of. Great experience, outstanding service, and the price is excellent, certainly considering these guys are top-notch BMW technicians and enthusiasts themselves.

Im so happy I found ABR Houston!!! I was very unsatisfied with my local dealership and too intimidated to try other foreign car places nearby (for fear of the cost of repair). I saw ABR Houston one day while driving and stopped by. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you. They are up-front about their prices and they even recommended another BMW dealership for me to have some under warranty work performed.

Absolutely the most honest auto shop we’ve ever been to! Although owning a BMW, you know your repairs can get expensive, no one wants to OVERPAY.We have a 2013 BMW 535i GT that we bought used from the dealership. Spent a year being jacked around there-minor things always turned into 5 other things we needed done IMMEDIATELY (according to them!)-and those things always seemed to not be covered by our extended warranty. Alex and Jordan at ABR will tell you what needs to be done now, what can wait and “you don’t need that unless you want it”.Recently, we had an issue that was covered under our warranty (they called the dealership and had them look it up). In this particular instance, in order to only pay a $50 co-pay, it had to be done by the dealership. ABR would have had to charge $1200. They called the head of service at the dealership (a different one than where we bought the car-we will not go back there), he was waiting on us when we arrived and it was a pleasant experience.ABR did a full car analysis so we could know any thing looming in the near future and plan for it. They told us our brakes will need to be done “when the light goes off- it’s time”. They know we’ll be back. Nice, nice guys and they are educating us on our car along the way. If you own a BMW or Audi, we highly recommend them!

I own a 1987 325ES with 294,000 miles on it. It’s always been professionally maintained. I was led to ABR on a recommendation from a friend about 4,years ago and when the car needs service ABR is my choice, you don’t find to many people or shops familiar with the older cars.

ABR Houston was able to get me in to diagnose my issue with my 2017 BMW M3. They removed an old generation JB4 System and installed a Performance Tune which rendered me the same 600 Horsepower with e85 gas. Without the emission issues at inspection. Jordan was helpful and explained all options. Tree provided alternatives for price. ABR Houston is highly recommended, trustworthy and get you back on the road quickly!

Transparent diagnosis and service. Brought my 2011 BMW X6 in on a Saturday morning because of radiator fan constantly turning on and off. Introduced myself to Jordan, and after 30 seconds of my (non-mechanic) explanation of the problem, he immediately said it sounds like the electric water pump going out and quoted me the usual estimated price of a genuine BMW water pump replacement. Brought the truck back Monday morning and after their official diagnosis, turns out Jordans diagnosis was correct. After agreeing on the repairs, the guys went to work and had my truck ready at 4pm the same day. Been driving for two weeks now, and the truck is running like new. The repair order provided by ABR explaining all other expected future services is helpful and I will definitely be bringing my truck back here in the future. BMWs are very nice vehicles and their parts are not cheap, but theyll last forever if you take care of them. Gotta know what youre getting into when purchasing one. Thanks Guys!

This place is THE best. We have been bringing our MINI Coopers here for two years and wont go anywhere else. They beat the dealer prices and have been known to complete work below their estimates. They use genuine MINI parts, do fantastic work that they stand behind. Most importantly, they treat us like the honest hardworking people we are.

I cant say better things about ABR, set one foot in to their shop and you will see why. The parking lot and shop is full of every type of BMW you can think of including high end M cars. It makes sense, they are good people to work with that do amazing work at a price that is reasonable. I drive an M3 and after calling almost every certified BMW shop in the area I choose to take my vehicle to ABR. I’ve taken my 535i BMW to 4 different shops and it feels good to have finally found a shop I trust to do the right thing for the right price. ABR (Advance BMW repair) especially Alex have been great in all aspects. The experience starts of with an immediate friendly customer service phone call. Alex is very good about answering or calling back minutes later. After discussing options and making an appointment their goal is to get your vehicle into the shop as fast as possible. The ABR technicians have been quick about finding and discussing options to fix the problem. ABR has fixed an oil pan gasket leak that another shop failed to fix. I have also had oil changes, coolant and break fluid flushes that were all done in about an hour. I always get my vehicle back washed, vacuumed and fluids topped off. I waited around in their clean waiting area and hung out with the coolest dog ever Bones. ABR has been completely outstanding in every aspect and I highly recommend them.

If you live in or around Houston (I live 50 miles away) and you take your BMW anywhere else you are making a big mistake! Had them take care of some warranty repairs with the water pump and thermostat. While the car was there Alex was kind enough to inspect the other wear and tear items on the vehicle and noticed that the front control arm bushings needed replacement which he also got covered by warranty. The work was done in a very timely manner. The alignment they performed on the car following the bushing replacement made the car feel better than it ever has before since they specialize in BMWs and the last alignment it had was done at a shop that did not. They also gave her a good washing before returning the vehicle. Very pleased customer!!

I first discovered Alex, ABR Houston, via the Internet. I was immediately impressed with all the positive reviews he has on Google. What even impressed me more--actually blew me away--was when I brought him my X5, his concern was not only for what needed to be repaired, but for how long I was actually going to keep the vehicle.My X5 has 90.000 plus miles and the repairs needed for it are consistent with a high mileage BMW. In that those repairs are expensive, Alex was concerned about how long I was planning to keep the vehicle and both the long-term and short-term plans. He even has an actual intake process to find out what my strategy was with my X5 over the next couple years.Who does that? I have never had an auto repair shop find out from me what my long-term/short-term plans were with a vehicle in that kind of detail.To further comment on my experience with ABR Houston, Alex even plotted out a strategy of immediate items for repair, items to be repaired in the next few months, and repairs to be done within the next year or two.Yes, there are few repairs that need to be completed on my vehicle, but that is just how it is with the X5. Worth it in my opinion when you can drive an SUV that has similar performance as a small sports car. Having someone like Alex at ABR Houston to guide me through those repairs is amazing. I have been taking my 335 to ABR for almost 3 years now and have never left disappointed. The work is top notch, the customer service is excellent and the prices more than fair. ABR is the only place I use for everything from a simple oil changes to getting all new brakes installed. Great and HONEST auto shop.Also, they have probably the cleanest bathroom of any auto shop I have been in.Highly recommend!

Took my m5 here for the first time. A+ service. Great prices with an honest and fair staff. Didn’t pressure me to do anything looked my car over entirely. Free car wash too! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I paid $593 to be able to roll my window up. Really should have called around first to other places as I found an honest mechanic that would have fixed it for me at a cheaper rate. Not only that they gave me a long list of things that needed to be done on my vehicle and all of it cost nearly 3k to fix everything, I wish I would have known about the most important things like getting my radiator hose fixed before paying $600 for my window to roll up. They quoted me $300 for the radiator hose when I bought the part for 30 dollars. Im on my way to Westside automotive now where they will do the Labor for $45 instead of $130.

I have been experiencing BMW maintenance and repair shops for only about 20 years, so I am just a newcomer according to some long-term owners. Without reservations, I can strongly state that Alex and his crew at Advanced B M W Repair have the knowledge, experience, and tools to get their jobs done right the first time. I have been a car guy since the early 1960s, and I am impressed when seeing the exotics and ultra expensive cars their other customers bring in.I have used Alex for both maintenance and repairs - and I have found him to be honest, friendly, and very well experienced. Experience counts, because when diagnosing root causes of problems there can be several routes to follow - and Alex keeps the investigation going in the right direction.Alex is not only a master technician, he is also a champ of a guy. He is very pleasant to talk with and is a genuinely happy person. I am always impressed by him and always leave conversations with him just feeling better! I first started taking my car to Alex when he worked for one of the large dealerships in town and the vehicle was under warranty. He was able to fix problems that the previous dealer kept claiming wasnt a problem. Later, after he started ABR, we began taking our car to him since the warranty had run out and we have never once had to take the vehicle back to him to re-fix a problem. He has always provided us with an honest and open assessment of the vehicle. Later, I began my search for another BMW, something I would not have even considered without knowing I could take my vehicle to his shop should I need it repaired properly. I have had work done there by both Jerry and Alex and both do awesome work. He makes auto repair a pleasing experience. He even worked on my 3/4 ton truck and fixed problems the dealerships across the country couldnt figure out. One thing I know for sure is that he will not return your vehicle to you after he has worked on it without it being perfect. I like that kind of service. Not only is he a stand up business owner, but he is a stand up guy outside of work too. More people should be like him.

I had just bought my 12 550i M-Sport a few months prior and already the roads of Downtown Houston had totally whacked out the alignment and steering on my F10. I contacted Alex after being referred to him by other Houston BMW owners and was able to come in the next business day. He got my ride driving beautifully in no time. The shop is comfortable and cool and they always have something crazy in the garage to look at. This is where you take your car when it needs some TLC!

For over 3 years now, Alex and his crew over at ABR Houston have successfully been working on my car with positive results. I remember when he set up his online forum, which provided some great information, so I felt he could provide good service for me too. Its also good of them to stay in touch with their customers, like informing us of a car care clinic for women, just recently. Ive had simple maintenance performed such as oil changes, I had them address a noise that concerned me, which they found and fixed, and had a DSC module that went bad replaced as well. All the guys work well together from the front desk to the shop, so Ill definitely be returning as the need arises. Ive also mentioned to my friends that theyve been great to work with and find that even though its a drive to get there, its definitely been worth it.

I discovered ABR at bimmerpost a few years back and blogged back and forth with the owner for a while. Based on our correspondence, I stopped by his shop and had them diagnose and fix a rattling sound. Offering advice on other services, I returned to have them perform walnut blasting of the intake valves and Ive been pleased with the results as well. Since then, Ive had additional work performed by their knowledgeable and friendly staff to upgrade the performance level of my BMW. I also appreciate that they keep their customers informed of upcoming events like theyre involvement with Toys for Tots every year. Even though Im quite a distance from their business, Im willing to travel for great service and have recommended them to others.

ABR has been wonderful to work with. They have performed work on my X3 & 550 over the last few years and were originally referred to me by an associate who also had them work for him. Their preventive maintenance service has successfully kept my cars running smoothly and Ill definitely be returning for more work in the future. Customer service and their quality work has been exceptional so Ive even referred them to others and will continue to do so.

To give you a little history, I recently purchased a lovely 06 Blue M5 from one of their current customers. The purchase was made while the car was being worked on by ARB. Must say that they went above and beyond to facilitate the sale. The work(SMG Pump) that has been done has been great and zero issues with it since ownership. Not only did they help with the sale, but they helped me load and tie down the car to my trailer. Alex the owner was awesome and helped with the above mentioned. Not many shops would help with that. If I lived in the area, I would highly recommend this shop. The customer service is top notch and the work done is even better. They may not be the cheapest option but they definitely know their stuff and especially M5s. Again thanks for the helps guys!

The most important things you look for in a mechanic is honesty and quality, and thats exactly what you get from Advanced BMW.I got a diagnostics from BMW dealer before taking it to Alex and Im glad I didnt get the work done at the dealer. The dealers diagnostics was incorrect and Alex found the true problem (which was considerably less money) called me up, explained it to me and recommended that we save me some money. How many mechanics would do that?He fixed my truck in no time and charged a fraction of the dealers price.Alex at Advanced BMW will be my mechanic for now on and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a honest mechanic that delivers quality work.

ABR makes you feel at home, great group of guys who will take good care of you. No this or that straight to the point, cost wise as well as service. They have saved me a massive amount of time and money.I would recommend these guys, with no hesitation.

The only shop that does it right the first time,the mechanics are honest and its the cleanest shop in Spring. Ive had many bad experiences and lost a lot of time with trying to cheap out on my car with shady shops. Alex and Jordan have years of experience working on BMWs and Ive never had an issue with them. I probably wont be going anywhere else for work on my BMW.

Very nice experience! I took my car to the BMW dealership and they were no help I was practically kicked out and was referred to ABR. Couldn’t have been any happier! They are very helpful, profesional and dedicated to their job. It will be my go to place from now on for any repair.

UPDATE - the owners and shop manager have gone to impressive lengths to help make this right but theres honestly nothing that can be done to change what happened. I have, however, changed my star rating to reflect how impressed I am that they have made attempts to make things right. I do believe that they care about their customers and customer satisfaction is incredibly important to them. What follows is the original review that I posted on discovering that proper torquing procedures were not done on my intake manifold.===I needed to find a place to perform a walnut blast to clean the valves on my daughters 2008 Mini Cooper S. The car only has about 63k miles on it but it was running rough and had some of the symptoms of carbon buildup.Ive not had a walnut blast here in Texas so all of my experience is from the Philadelphia part of the country. The most Ive spent on a walnut blast has been $350 and that was a price that seemed to be the baseline at the places that I called in Houston. I chose to take the Cooper to ABR in Spring even though I was told that the price range was going to be $350-$425. It needed to be done and ABR was close to my house.The night before, I changed the throttle body which requires the removal of all of the same parts and hoses that would need to be moved to perform the walnut blast. I remember thinking that the mechanic that performed this procedure was going to have an easy time of it because all of the difficult to remove hoses and bolts were recently taken off, cleaned and properly replaced the night before. (I made his job much, much easier!) Because I am fairly meticulous, I replaced all 5 intake manifold bolts, properly torqued all five of them and triple checked all of the connections, bolts and wire clips.When I picked up the Mini after the service, I was told that they underestimated the time that it would take to blast the valves. It had taken the mechanic much longer and because of that, they needed to charge more than they estimated. I wasnt overly sympathetic but I wanted to be as fair as possible. I agreed to pay them the top level price of $425 plus a charge for new intake manifold gaskets (I had told them that I had worked on the intake manifold the night before but they replaced (allegedly) the gaskets anyway.) I was then told that, from now on, it was going to cost $550 for my other two Mini Coopers if I wanted them to perform this same service on them. I had already decided to try to find someone else.Tonight, when I was checking the condition of the spark plugs, I happened to notice that one of the 5 intake manifold nuts was missing! They didnt put it back on after the walnut blast. I was stunned! It was one of the easiest nuts to replace and it was obviously missing! It took me all of 10 minutes to find a matching nut in my mountain of Mini Cooper parts in my garage, remove all the parts that were in the way and properly replace/tighten the nut.I had hoped that I was going to be able to refer my Mini Cooper friends to a place that they could trust to perform this rather important service at a reasonable cost by mechanics that can be trusted. Unfortunately, I cant recommend ABR in Spring to anyone that cares about their cars and/or quality service. {ok - this last part seems a bit harsh in hindsight. Its clear that ABR has done and will do a great job for almost all of their customers. I imagine the ratio is much higher here than most places- so thats a positive!}

I got my dream BMW back in 08 and subsequently met Alex. He was the person I trusted to guide me through the BMW service maze when I had the warranty coverage security blanket. As the new models came in, it seemed my local BMW dealer had moved on from my trusted whip and Alex had moved on to bigger challenges. After making the decision that I am going to keep my current ride until it devolves to complete iron oxide, it was great to find Alex at ABR again. From helping correct a lower receiver that was damaged by road midgets to routine maintenance, I have always been happy. My most recent service was to perform routine brake fluid maintenance and repair a headliner tension cord. Alex went above and beyond by taking the time to look over the entire car and was able to find a leaking cam cover that was able to be corrected before it became a major problem. Few people take the time and have the attention to detail to provide truly exceptional service. Im happy to count Alex among those few people and look forward to a continued satisfaction in maintaining my (older) dream car.

After finding ABRs website and reading all of Alexs reviews, I decided to have them start with an oil change on my BMW. From there, I had them flush my power steering, breaks, replace a valve cover gasket and a connector cable for the sensors monitoring the engine performance. Theyve also totally rebuilt the front suspension on my sons 91 318is, which I was very much impressed with. In considering any work, Alex takes the necessary steps to keep me informed, including pictures of what should be done. The fact that theres no pressure to decide if and when I chose the service, is reassuring. All of his technicians are required to take 40 hours of training each year to keep them on top of their game. They work well together in the shop and in all areas of the business. Their knowledge and helpful service is much appreciated!

Had a loss of power on my 335i and spotted ABR on my way to another shop. This was on Friday right before hurricane Harvey. I was greeted by a beautiful dog named bones, then Jordan came to ask what how can he help. i explained the issue and he immediately ask one of the techs to take a look at the car. after a few minutes the tech found the issue which was a blown charge pipe. I asked if it could be fixed in which Jordan replied, if we have the part we will fix it today. keep in mind this at 5pm and the storm was about to come in.So good news they had the part and had me running at full power within minutesthis is first class service and even more impressive given the circumstance of what was about to happenBIG KUDOS to ABR

Top-notch company, providing top-notch service for top-notch cars, LOL! I’ve been to ABR Houston on two separate occasions and was truly satisfied with all work provided.I truly appreciate not feeling like just another number at the dealership, and getting a better price for the same, if not better service from people with a passion for working on BMWs.I love classic BMWs, and while I feel I know a great deal, I always come away with a better understanding of exactly how my car runs, and what truly needs to be done at any given time to it when I deal with either Jordan or Tree at ABR Houston.They explain everything thoroughly, provide a detailed estimate via text which is clear and concise, and the icing on the cake is they offer a three-year warranty on all work done versus a two year warranty which is usually offered by the dealership.Big bonus? A brand new BMW is provided for a loaner car when appropriate, and a shop dog named “Bones” who keeps you company when dropping off or picking up your car, LOL! He truly is one of the cutest dogs I’ve ever seen!

On top of Alex, Jordan, and the rest of the gang being legit good guys, they know their stuff and they know their BMWs from base service to race prep.Ive been going to ABR with my e90 M3 since I made a huge mistake and hydrolocked the motor during all of the flooding last year. Through that experience they handled towing, procuring a new motor, doing the swap and working with my insurance company with no complaints or troubles.Since then Ive brought the car in for all major service and have always had a stellar experience.

I gotta brag a bit on @ABR HOUSTON! This was my very first time taking my car to them wont be the last either. I had AAA drop my car off via tow truck due to me thinking I have water damage from Imeldas flood. My car was running bad misfiring all cylinders etc... (I unfortunately had to drive through a bit of high waters). Im assuming the worst because they way the car was running. The next morning I had a text from Jordan telling me the car was checked in, and being diagnosed. Later another text stating it doesnt have water damage, no bent rods or anything. However I did have a broken charge pipe (runs from the intake to the turbos, which was the cause of all cylinders misfiring and all) he sent me a link to click that redirected me to a page showing the estimate to repair my vehicle, and additional things they found while doing a multipoint Inspection with pictures of these items included (so you know and see it for yourself). I also told them about an issue with my driverside DRL . Grady (the mechanic performing the work) identified that issue as well and added that in with my quote to repair and quoted 3 hours of labor to repair that. So I left my car with them an additional day to repair the wiring issue with my DRL. In all actuality when it was all said and done it only took him an hour to repair the DRL. They refunded me the additional two hours saving me roughly $150 bucks. The point Im making about that is the honesty and integrity. I would have NEVER known it only took him 1/3 of the time quoted because I left my car for an additional day. Jordan told me the total cost for everything and Im like 🤔 Thats not what you said earlier it was more than that. He said yes but we refunded two hours labor because it didnt take them as long as he thought. The Car is back up and running like its new again thanks to ABR for the great work, and honesty and integrity! I will continue to use them as for all my BMW needs, and suggest everyone else go there as well for the best work, honesty, and integrity. Took my X5 there a few months ago for brake work. The issue was not resolved. Only changed pads without rotors. I do not believe these folks know my vehicle. Stated my suspension needed work based on the aggressive camber for this model and slight wear on inside of rear tires. If you dont have knowledge on a specific area its ok to inform the customer of this. Honesty and transparency goes a long way.Ultimately I took it elsewhere and had the brake issue fixed, along with other work I needed done.

If you live in the Houston area and havent been to this shop, you need to. The guys at ABR are the best at BMWs. The staff is great, they are so knowledgeable and helpful.

I have takin my car to ABR a few times now, and I have to say that each experience has been better than the last. In the past I have takin my car to other BMW repair shops around Houston and none even come close to the overall experience that ABR has to offer. The last time my car was their I got upgraded turbos put in, and Alex and Paul couldnt of made the process easier. They kept me updated on everything, and answered all the questioned I had along the way. Alex and Paul know BMWs like nothing else. The costumer service is superior to any other shop I have been to. I simply dont trust my car with any other shop than ABR, due to the fact that I know it is in the hands of the best. Keep in mind I also live about an hour away. Alex and Paul always go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right, the first time.
